Hotel Bad Fallenbach

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days as a couple and had a truly wonderful experience! The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and dinner was simply outstanding. One of the highlights of our stay was going on a hike with the lovely Daniela – such a special and enjoyable experience that made our holiday even better. We warmly recommend this hotel!

Love this hotel with all its details from the warm welcome to the breath taking views or the care in their communication and the beautiful level of service that is done with so much love! We spend my husband birthday with a toddler and it quickly became one of our favourite hotels ans holidays! Thank you for the whole team for all the great work and care

Easily one of the best hotels we ever visited. Just recently a family of 4, we are currently visiting this beautiful hotel in the alps. It is not a family hotel - more wellness/sports oriented - but facilities and staff are family friendly. They even feature a very nice playground. The pool is awesome. Our room is simply stunning and the views breathtaking. Everything is very well thought through and designed, but not overloaded. I can only imagine how beautiful this place is with snow. Food is superb, breakfast is hearty and healthy. We enjoy the smiling staff and the coffee (and cake) break in the afternoon. Will definitely return!!!

It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views of the Passeier Valley. Friendly and excellent staff, spacious rooms, a good SPA with infusion sessions, extensive breakfast and dinner,... the cake in the afternoon is also a nice extra. Nice location for all kinds of activities: walk in the Passeier valley, cycling to Merano, visit to Bolzano... We recommend the hotel to everyone! Kind regards, Family Verstraeten

An exceptional design, customer-oriented staff and outstanding suites surprise even spoiled guests.The design of the SPA area, a 25-meter swimming pool and beautifully designed outdoor facilities are convincing or even exceptional. A sauna area surrounded by forest makes every heart beat faster. ||The welcome of the guests at the reception is warm, sincere and all processes convince by professionalism. The collaboration between back and front office works perfectly. Networked cooperation and a good team spirit are not only given statements but reality.||The kitchen crew spoils the guests with outstanding and well presented creations.||The service team is very professional, serves its guests attentively and impresses with well-coordinated teamwork.||The entire hotel area is very clean and "top" maintained.||||In short, the value of relaxation is just perfect if one wants to spend a holiday in order to find relaxation, but not want to spend the stay near a large center or resort. ||||Can also be recommended for families traveling with children or even babies. The hotel has an adopted infrastructure for such kind of guests.

The hotel is beautiful! Every details are perfect, in the rooms, in the restaurant, in the reception. It’ present a large swimming pool inside that continues outside. In that area there’s a Family’s Sauna . On the 4th floor there’s relax area plus 2 sauna and infrared one. Walking throught the passage in the forest there’s a large sauna with mountain view , and every day augfluss, below the relax area . The restaurant use height quality foods emphasised by the Chef! Compliments to the all staff! Very kindly and professional. I spent only 3 days in the suite, ( jacuzzi on the balcony, infrared sauna, 2 separated bathroom)but it’s seems like to be on 1 week holiday. Nothing will be wrong !!!

I'm not sure how old this hotel was but it looked brand new. We stayed on 12 March and didn't realise that the town itself would be a ghost town and I think we were the only guests in the hotel, however I'm sure that as spring arrives the town and hotel will come alive.||The location was fantastic, with a very good sized one bedroom apartment, it was very well equipped and the bathroom was spacious and lovely (downside - there was a huge window between the bathroom and the bedroom, it looked like there should be a curtain on the window but there wasn't so nobody could be in the bedroom at the same time as someone using the bathroom, quite problematic when you have your teen with you). ||The sauna and steam were excellent with a patio overlooking waterfalls. ||This was also the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.||Wifi, not fantastic but it was free.||Breakfast was probably the only thing to let our stay down, but as previously mentioned I think we were the only guests so to set up breakfast just for us was probably understandable bothersome.
