Hotel Bagni Vecchi

Wow, this spa was absolutely amazing! We had an incredible experience. At first, we couldn’t decide between the one in the center or this one in the mountains, and I’m so happy we chose this! The antique style, with everything made of stone and wood, creates such a unique and magical atmosphere. Every single room has its own story, scent, and decoration. As a very detail-oriented person, I checked everything—and I was truly impressed! From the outside, you can’t imagine how amazing it is inside! The spa even has Grotto caves, which add to its unique charm. The entire experience was beyond expectations. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Even the breakfast menu was fantastic, and the food was incredible. I thought 5 hours would be too much, but now I wish I had even more time! Highly recommend. We are beyond impressed!

Absolutely scandalously beautiful! Wow! Brilliant few hours before we stayed at its sister hotel Bagni Nuovi. Old baths, on mountain terraces. At the start of the legendary Stelvio Pass. Healing waters, great lunch. A must visit. X

An amazing experience, best place to have a relaxing weekend!! I recommend everyone to try it, we enjoyed every moment of our stay there! Self service breakfast and apperitivo with lots of options! The place was so clean and the staff were nice and friendly!

I was at QC Terme Bagni Vecchi and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. Located in the heart of the Stelvio National Park, these spas offer a perfect combination of relaxation, well-being and natural beauty. The setting is enchanting, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The spas are immersed in nature, creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity that makes you forget the daily stress. Hot spring pools are powered by natural hot water and offer a variety of experiences, from hot tubs to outdoor pools. The rooftop pool is particularly charming, allowing you to enjoy a spectacular view while relaxing in the hot water. The wellness centre is well equipped with saunas, Turkish baths and a natural sweat cave. The treatments and massages offered are of high quality and the staff is extremely professional and courteous. QC Terme Bagni Vecchi has a fascinating history dating back centuries. Each corner of the spa tells a story of tradition and well-being, making the experience even more special. QC Terme Bagni Vecchi are an ideal place for those looking for relaxation, well-being and authentic contact with nature. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to spend a moment of serenity and regeneration.

Despite calling both ahead of booking and on the day of the visit to be reassured both times that my and my friends' day entry would include apperitivo, we turned up and were told there were no more slots left. We were left hungry and the spa was crammed with people despite apparently needing to book ahead to control visitor numbers. The experience was very poor compared to previous visits and the staff were unhelpful at best. Following the visit, Bagni Vecchi refused to process even a partial refund for the disappointment.

We arrived for the Spa. The thermal water rooms inside are always full of couples, - if you are a socially conservative person, you will not be comfortable with their interactions. The baths are dirty: in the cave bath, there was an open Durex floating around. For the amount of money that is paid to enter the Spa center, the service and the cleanliness could be much much better. We also forgot an Apple Watch in the locker: we were the last ones to exit the Spa at night. Next morning, 10 am: they say they haven’t found it, although the locker has not been occupied by anyone: we skated a key to go check. Again, for the “luxurious” experience that they promise, it’s not worth the money

The spa itself was amazing but very crowded, the service however was not compatible with the price we paid. When we arrived we where told the aperitivo was fully booked already, they decide this on who first arrives will have spots and after a certain amount its full, which makes no sense because we all paid the same then dont let so much people in.

One of the best spa experiences. Breathtaking views. Visited as part of 5 hour wellness spa break. The location is one of the best, visited in March with snow capped mountain views. Snacks offered throughout the stay. Well equipped changing rooms with make up remover, but E and Shea body creams, hair dryer and hair straightener. Lockers offer slippers and dressing gowns. A happy hour runs from 4pm can benefit if you happen to be there during the visit. Very relaxing and thermal water is magical. Would recommend and would visit again.
