Hotel Bagni Vecchi

I was at QC Terme Bagni Vecchi and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. Located in the heart of the Stelvio National Park, these spas offer a perfect combination of relaxation, well-being and natural beauty. The setting is enchanting, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The spas are immersed in nature, creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity that makes you forget the daily stress. Hot spring pools are powered by natural hot water and offer a variety of experiences, from hot tubs to outdoor pools. The rooftop pool is particularly charming, allowing you to enjoy a spectacular view while relaxing in the hot water. The wellness centre is well equipped with saunas, Turkish baths and a natural sweat cave. The treatments and massages offered are of high quality and the staff is extremely professional and courteous. QC Terme Bagni Vecchi has a fascinating history dating back centuries. We arrived for the Spa. The thermal water rooms inside are always full of couples, - if you are a socially conservative person, you will not be comfortable with their interactions. The baths are dirty: in the cave bath, there was an open Durex floating around. For the amount of money that is paid to enter the Spa center, the service and the cleanliness could be much much better. We also forgot an Apple Watch in the locker: we were the last ones to exit the Spa at night. Next morning, 10 am: they say they haven’t found it, although the locker has not been occupied by anyone: we skated a key to go check. Again, for the “luxurious” experience that they promise, it’s not worth the money

The spa itself was amazing but very crowded, the service however was not compatible with the price we paid. When we arrived we where told the aperitivo was fully booked already, they decide this on who first arrives will have spots and after a certain amount its full, which makes no sense because we all paid the same then dont let so much people in.

Unique historical spot with. Felt like enjoying the spa in the museum. Great place to relax after an intense day skiing.

Beautiful location and the views from our room and infinity pool were just spectacular. Service was good overall; breakfast could have been better to include prepared egg dishes, for example. We did not have meals in the restaurant so cannot comment there. Overall a positive experience.

Very nice view. They should pay more attention to clean all the pool areas but overall great hotel.

Exceptional hotel with immaculate service and breathtaking views. Termal natural hot water is superb. Front desk manager Stefania was highly professional and attentive to all our needs. Definitely will come again to visit

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT A TOURIST TRAP, EXPENSIVE AND NOT UP TO A 4 STAR STANDARD. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO UNFRIENDLY, DINGY ROOMS WITH BROKEN SINK AND A SHOWER SO SMALL THAT DOESN’T FIT A MIDGET NOT TO MENTION THE POOR QUALITY OF THE MASSAGES… TO TOP IT ALL UP WITH SO SO SO MANY OUTSIDER GUESTS THAT AS AN HOTEL GUEST IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO ENJOY THE TERMAL BATHS BECAUSE IT GETS REALLY CROWDED. PS. The Restaurant it’s very bad as well!!! WILL NEVER EVER GET BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN
