Do not recommend at all. I’ve never been so disappointed in an experience. I visited the spa on 28th January 2026, at 5pm. The entrance was 54 euros per person. It was not too crowded.
This specific spa was recommended by an Italian friend. But alas, I strongly do not recommend visiting, unless you like a seemingly unhygienic spa with deeply unpleasant customer service.
The staff seem to strongly dislike their jobs, and appear to struggle with professionalism. While waiting, the two receptionists were giggling and nudging each other while pointing at our group. When it came to our turn, instead of calling us politely, Federica waved us over using a jerk of her head and a rude expression, as if she were smelling something foul.
The spa itself was poorly maintained, with what looked to be mildew on the walls and mysterious floaty bits and hair in the water. There were two couples making out in the baths and in the hot tub outside. The water felt dirty and poorly maintained.
The women’s changing rooms and showers are very far apart, so after showering, you have to schlep back in a damp bath robe to a cramped locker room. I would also suggest having towel and linen returns in the women’s changing room instead of having guests unceremoniously fling their linens into an unmarked commercial bin in the lobby.
Finally, Frederica from the front desk, I hope you are reading this. I’m not sure if anyone has told you this before, but giving a once over to a guest requesting for assistance is not how you do it. I do not appreciate you rolling your eyes when we asked for extra towels. Surely asking for an extra towel is something you’ve previously experienced, and the bare minimum at a spa. The way you handed over a single towel, and sneered when we asked for another, is inappropriate. As if it was a great inconvenience to your person. I highly recommend that you reflect on your career choices because it is strikingly apparent that hospitality is not for you.
For other guests, if you are reading the reviews, you may also notice a pattern of poor service to non-Italian guests. Take that as you will, though I personally recommend thinking twice before booking.
