Good location, rooms are ok, but dirty they didn’t change sheets, found lots of hairs under pillows

Love it, it's near the center (downtown) but you don't hear much noise when you are sleeping.

Room was ok. Shower had no pressure, not enough pillows on the bed. Super loud as there is a nightclub behind it and they were playing all night

Great place check in first to get access to parking. Very nice and clean. My daughter loved the faux grass. This will be my go to. No inside amenities though.

Walked in and paid for room #1 1550 pesos. Left our bags and went out 10 minutes later for dinner and drinks. Came back at 2 AM AND FOUND OUT THAT BED LINENS WHERE DIRTY WITH EYELASHES, hair and make up stains. Clearly hadn’t been washed after last guest. Asked to get fresh linens and where told not possible cause no maids At that hour. No reimbursement either. Se left. We where grossed out. Do not recommend this place at all. If you do go, be sure to check your bed sheets.

Security threatened to fight me and handcuff me. Got close to me showing fake badge and telling me to keep TV sound low and came close to.me 5 times or more to.scare intimate me. 2 Security guards. TV was not loud. Harass me because I am American

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The first night someone came into our room with a key card and when we asked who was there (bc it’s a double room) they left right away. We told the front desk and she seemed to care less. They have camera everywhere so they should have been able to see who came into our room. Then my cousin and I woke up with bites, we told them that we would like a refund or another room. The manager I’m guessing because she didn’t introduce herself telling us why didn’t we leave in the first place and to never come back. Rudest customer service! The maid was talking to her husband while we were in the room telling him that she’s going to have to stay late bc she has to wash the blankets!! The blankets weren’t even changed!! The lady was being so disrespectful that my mom went toe to toe with her and her worker holding her back. She came out us the most rudest way ever! Please don’t stay here

Worst hotel experience ever. I travel to Tijuana for medical treatments stayed here because it was easiest for me to walk huge mistake. I was in a remodel room 🤣. Amazing what Photoshop can do with pictures. Bed was seriously concrete when you sat down your teeth actually hit each other and clanked shower would not drain no refrigerators ice machine was by the pool always empty because they don't have time to go buy ice. rude staff especially management, only three good employees there was the checkout clerk yesterday morning My bellhop and the bartender. Reservation help and correspondence was none I had questions and when I finally reached somebody I got two different answers. I was ready to eat the cost and move across the street to the Fairfield Plus they are cheaper and a lot nicer hotel, but decided to stick it out. Don't stay here go across the street to the Fairfield or STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
