The room was exceptional food limited put what is available well worth it. I broke down in the area and the reception staff were more than accommodating in my time of need. If you are fortunate enough to meet Helaine on the reception you will have a warm and friendly experience. Thank you so much Helaine for everything.

Only stayed in the hotel for one night and the most amazing night it was.Met the most wonderful staff member called Helaine (hope I spelt that right) she made my stay complete by going up and beyond to help me and my family with everything we needed. Hotel room was perfect and clean, food was great and what more can I say…. Perfect thank you to all staff and the biggest thank you to Helaine for making us definitely come back to this hotel again

The hotel very clean and tidy. Everything you would expect and a whole lot more. The staff though have been exceptional and attentive in my time of need. They were able to speak English which was a big bonus for me as I cannot speak french.Recommend this place 100% I would like to say a very big thank you to the staff

Pleasantly modern refurbishment of an old school . The owners were delightful people who took good care of us. The breakfast was 12€ pp and was a bargain for the nice spread. A nice courtyard provided a quiet pleasant ambience and a place for solitude if needed. I saw several people with their dogs so it's a dog-friendly place. If I'm ever back in this part of the world this is where I'll stay.

This is an AWESOME place to stay. Nicolas and his wife were so welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are beautiful clean and include many amenities. The bed is very comfortable. A lovely rose garden to sit in. A great location for walking to town and bus station nearby. The breakfast is delicious too. I highly recommend this inn!!!! 5*****

Excellent accommodation. Lots of space...Rooms very comfortable. A truly peaceful Saturday night. Heavenly quiet. Breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace. Huge variety of cereals, fruits, coffee tea you name it. Quality superb!... TV and internet, mais oui. A short walk to the Atlantic and a huge variety of first class restaurants. At the le Madrid we enjoyed a Fantastic Sole Meuniere!!!

Unpleasant. Would not provide glasses for us to enjoy late afternoon wine in the courtyard because 'the kitchen is closed'. Instructed us to 'use the glasses provided in your room'. These were paper cups on the sink for rinsing after brushing one's teeth. If they offered the deed to the property as an incentive, I would not be convinced to return, and their approach to hospitality tells me that would not bother them in the least. Their overnight caretaker - engaging and cheerful - was the only bright spot in this service wasteland.
