Hôtel Bar Restaurant Pâtisserie Le Beau Séjour

Amazing stay at this quirky hotel in a fantastic location and with a fabulous breakfast. We ate lunch and breakfast at the hotel, walked some of the rose granite coast and swam in the sea. We had 2 rooms with 4 adults and 2 children. The nautical theming of the rooms was great and our children loved the beach cabin bunk beds. Breakfast was amazing with freshly baked pastries, galette, fruit and coffees.

What a disapointement! The st Jacques galette was not freshmade and we found a stone in de leak that i unfortunatly bite in it. I feel my broken tooth now and regret i paid 16€ for it, even though we signaled it to the waitress. No refund was made on the bill. Plus will have the go to the dentist now. The mussels were fare too small to count it on the menu on that season. Real tourist trap! Just not done this. Every new table was welcomed with no good evening welcome but with an upfront warning for the extra delay. Shame shame shame cause the location and the taste was definitly there but probably because of a miss management the high potential is just not met. Hoping that this review wil be a real wake up call for the owner. This is no compliment to the profession.

I love this place so much. It’s relaxed and has good music, whether it’s streaming or live. I love the vibe. It just feels good ✨

We tried to have lunch, we were told that it wasn’t possible so we had a drink and watched them seat some people for lunch, no reservation, long after we arrived

Firstly the whole establishment was immaculately clean! We were in Room 8 with a great terrace overlooking the beach, well worth a few extra euros. |We spent the afternoon at the Forum across the road, SO relaxing and extremely good value.|Had lunch in the restaurant and it was so good we went back for supper…….and the breakfast was amazing, the best crêpes I’ve had in years! |Everyone was really friendly and helpful……we could not find fault in our stay, the only thing is that the photos online don’t do justice to the reality…..we will definitely be returning!

We booked two nights here during our road trip in Brittany. For the best deal book direct with the hotel. Our room was small but had everything we needed and a lovely sea view. Breakfast was amazing: fresh juices, fruit, croissants, fresh bread, Breton cakes, crepes plus bacon and egg if desired. You are encouraged to take anything you can’t eat away with you. We dined there one night, I enjoyed a St Jacques Galette and my partner had a Chicken Burger. There was a great atmosphere in the bar with its collection of around 300 whiskies! The staff were lovely and amazingly hard working. The owner was very helpful as were Marie and Anthony. We’d love to return.

Awful and unwelcoming service, utterly slow (almost two hours to get the napkins and the cutlery!) We ordered several things, "moules frites" which arrived almost an hour after we got there, plus 4 galettes and a salad that never arrived. After complaining for the third time we left without paying for the moules and the cider. None especially good. We got only apologies from the staff, but no intention to solve the problem. The restaurant was crowded, but other people arrived later and left before us after having their lunch. Beautiful place, but definitely not the one to have anything to eat.

we waited more than 1 h for 2 galettes, the side salad took even longer (ordered around 18.15, when the restaurant still was almost empty). quality of food ok but nothing special. the waitress reacted quite rude when i told her that we had been waiting already for 45min (" i know"). all in all disappointing.
