Hotel Barahi Pokhara

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The standard of everything is topnotch. The rooms are very clean with full amenities, food is amazing, the breakfast buffet is very rich and has a lot of varities that serves all tastes, the staff is very professional and friendly. One of the lovliest experiences that we enjoyed every night was the Barbeque dinner. It's really worthy, the food is amazing, the vibes are very nice and the service is outdtanding. All.staff were amazing especially Shiva the waiter at the barbeque dinner. It was a very nice experience that added more joy to our trip to Nepal

I stayed at this hotel during my trip, and it became even more special because the hotel staff surprised us to celebrate our married life. The decoration and the thoughtful gesture were truly touching and unexpected. The staff were very kind, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. This small surprise made our trip unforgettable and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended, especially for couples and special occasions!

Incredible!! The staff was super kind and helpful. Gurga and her amazing staff treated us professionally but also personally. The food was outstanding. I loved how little things made an impression. The use of glass bottles for water was so pleasant. No plastic bottles. Our fridge didn't work but it was cold enough on our patio to set out milk for our coffee. Their inhouse ground coffee that is available in the rooms, with a french press, was delicious! And if you like shortbread cookies you need to try their own hotel baked ones. Best I have found in South Asia.

My parents stayed at Hotel Barahi Pokhara and absolutely enjoyed every moment of their stay. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made a big difference. My parents were initially allocated a room on Level 4, however my dad has difficulty walking up stairs. Without hesitation, the staff kindly arranged a room change to the ground level, which we truly appreciated. This level of thoughtfulness and understanding really stood out to us. The room itself was clean, neat, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything felt organised and welcoming. A special thank you to Chinta, who went above and beyond during our family dinner by generously offering an extra dish, making the evening even more special and memorable for us. The location of the hotel is also excellent — conveniently close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Pokhara on foot. Overall, Hotel Barahi provided a comfortable, hospitable, and memorable experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pokhara, especially families looking for warm service and a central location.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The service was outstanding, every staff member is so friendly and truly went above and beyond. Our kids had the best time, especially enjoying the breakfast and the pool. Laxmi is simply the best! She even coordinated with my kids to surprise me with a birthday cake and song, which made my day unforgettable. For me, it’s a 10 out of 10. Truly impressive. Well done, Team Hotel Barahi!

Excellent place, very nice location, 2 mins walk to the lake and the market, very friendly staff, from the top management to even the security guards. The breakfast was sumptuous. Pro tip: plan a trip with the in-house driver Indra Aryal - his smiling face, local knowledge, and heling nature makes for a great day trip.

The facilities are beautiful. The room was spacious, and our king size bed was very comfortable. The buffet had wonderful food. But above all else, the staff was exceptional. The level of friendly service at Hotel Barahi exceeded any experience I've had in all my worldwide travels. I highly recommend it!
