Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. We stayed 4 nights with a room in the new building and we are very satisfied. The only negative part was the lack of restaurants that where open in the evenings, we found a pizzeria and the hotel restaurant.

One of the most beautiful views we’ve seen from a hotel room. The pool was beautiful and staff around the pool do their best to offer you a bed depending on the number of bookings that day. The pool area is run independently, so is used by other tourists in the region and locals. This gave it a great atmosphere, but it was busy compared to other hotel pools and hotel guests aren’t prioritised for beds. Breakfast was as good as everywhere else we visited in Italy. Lovely size room and perfect for our 4 day trip. Easy to walk to the rest of the town and a short drive to many other beautiful towns in the area.

First Impressions||Nestled amongst the vines in the village of Barolo this traditional Italian hotel with views over the village and the vineyards is ideal place to stay if you are touring the region. The welcome was friendly and the staff were very accommodating. ||||The Rooms & Facilities.||The rooms were spacious and very traditional and are decorated in a clean and non fussy manner. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was spotless. The bathroom has a shower curtain than a door but the water is hot and plentiful. This is a lovely place to stay and the family are very accommodating. The TV is dated but why be in the room when you can be drinking out on the balcony that overlooks the village and vineyards. There is a great pool with a bar area and sunbeds. The hotel restaurant is good and serves traditional local cuisine. ||||Service.||The service was excellent, all the staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. ||Overall||I enjoyed my stay here it was a great hotel with first class service and I would not hesitate in returning. ||||Service- 9/10||The Food- 8/10||Room - 9/10||Facilities - 9/10||Value for Money - 9/10. ||||Would I return - Yes

This is a rural hotel with very nice views of the hills and vineyards. |The rooms are very run down. They need new beds, linens and a fresh coat of paint. |Thankfully there is a balcony so the doors can be left open for fresh air because it is very musty. ||

Cozy Hotel in the middle of the small town Barollo.|Hotel has its own Restaurant which serves Traditional Menü.|Rooms are clean, with small balcony and a view of the small town /vineyards. |Pool is well maintained and has organized rules during pool time.|Breakfast was also good wide variety to choose from and local produced as well.|Located just 5mins fron the center of the small town.|Just a minor con, it can get loud in the evening when guest comeback from dinner or so. The noise along the hallways can get in your room. If you you go to bed early might not be a good idea .|Other than that we enjoyed our stay! |Tip: book months before in advance, especially weekends during High season, rooms and price can be difficult and expensive. |

This is a very comfortable hotel with a pool (though that was frozen over when I stayed) and a great breakfast selection. It's family run and friendly and helpful. I also found it great value, especially compared to similar places in other beautiful wine towns. Oh, did I mention the views? Stunning. Highly recommended.

Charming small hotel with beautiful views of Barolo village and surrounding vineyards. The breakfast was SUPERB with fresh cappuccino and other coffees. Staff were helpful and friendly. Value was very good. I would recommend and maybe return some day!

Location and view is nice, but for me the rating goes down to nothing because of the very cute and friendly dog that’s sitting alone more or less all the time in a cage in the parking lot. Yes there is food and water, yes it’s not minimal size (maybe 3x1.5 meter), but hard floor and even if the family owner comes and walk the dog it’s cruel.||||It’s not a rabbit, it’s humans best friend and they need a pack. ||||The young girl in reception told me he only sits there when they have lunch and dinner guests, still he was there 24 hours after that, night as well.||||Anyway… besides that it’s a average hotel, hard beds, old furnitures, dark areas. But of course great view and pool area is nice, but you cannot go in the pool without a rubber swimming hat! Guard will tell you every time, so more or less no one went in even with 32 degrees and sunny. Very strange and I have never seen anything like that when traveling the world.||||Staff/reception had one plus and that’s the young man from the family, good service, the others I didn’t see a smile for 3 days.||||All in all, don’t get a dog if you gonna let them have a life like that. And if you do, maybe understand that it looks very bad.
