Hotel Barosse. Adults Only, Charming Acommodation Pyrenees

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Barosse. Our room was stunning. Dianna has a very good eye for detail. Our evening meal was freshly cooked local produce and excellent. This is an amazing place. The grounds and the house are beautiful and we had a lovely spacious and comfortable room. However, what really made the place shine was Jose. He is so nice, friendly, and attentive. We had two breakfasts and a dinner at the hotel and they were spectacular. During our two week trip in Spain and France this breakfast was the best, and the dinner was among the best. Unfortunately, my wife was sick during our stay so we didn't see much of the sites, but Jose made our stay special.

We stayed two nights here, in the little separate cottage out back, with airconditioning for those 39c days. We were going to bring our little pups, the cottage would have been perfect for them with its' little contained patio. Fabulous breakfast, accommodating to our late-getting-up selves! José is the consummate host, it could not have been a better place to stay.

Great place to come back to after a long day hiking. Very quiet and tidy neighbourhood. Incredible and generous hosts, fantastic food with a selection of excellent wines. Breakfast was a treat in itself. Rooms clean and spacious. Home from home.

Our honeymoon here was simply perfect! The team was incredibly warm and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location near the Pyrenees was breathtaking. We actually enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. Grateful to Jose and Gustavo for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

The only problem we had here was that we had just the one night. There was so much more we wanted to explore, so will just have to make a return trip.| The whole place was clearly a life's love, with so many thoughtful touches. Jose our host couldn't do enough to ensure a perfect stay. When he realised my wife was vegetarian, all sorts of specials seemed to appear for breakfast. And talking of the breakfast, this was the best we've had whilst travelling through Northern Spain. Hope to return.

This was our first time in this particular part of Spain, and basing ourselves in Jaca for the first three nights of a fairly long road trip, we wanted to kick it off with a little style. This beautifully appointed hotel, in every sense, couldn’t have made for a more perfect start…our host, José, was so helpful at every turn, starting with a very thoughtful (and very fresh) breakfast each morning. As we weren’t familiar with the area, José gave great guidance/tips for making the most of Jaca and all this beautiful area has to offer. The room was very comfortable, with stunning views outside…Jaca town itself is not more than five minutes drive. Tip: the local Mercadona supermarket is perfect for stocking up on all those road trip essentials. Worth going to Jaca just to stay at this perfect hotel…many thanks again José for giving us a great start to what turned out to be a very memorable road trip, Brian & Ann

AMAZING! There is not enough stars to do this place justice. I have never had a more incredible stay anywhere and I highly doubt I ever will. Jose is the most attentive host imaginable. Every little detail was perfect. We did the romantic stay with dinner and massage included. It was worth every cent and is a bargain. It was our anniversary and Jose and Gustavo did everything to make it special. I am so glad that we were able to spend our anniversary there. It is something we will always remember. The breakfasts and one dinner that we had at the hotel were spectacular. Everything was always fresh and we were attended to like royalty. It really was tough to leave this place and I hope we are able to make it back some day. It is located in a quiet village just outside of Jaca. It is within a quick drive to a ton of activities, but also far enough away from things to be peaceful and relaxing. I can't recommend this place enough. If you are going to be in this area, this is a must. Jose and Gustavo make you feel like royalty from the second you enter to when you leave. This place is an incredible value for what you get. I have never stayed at a better place and am sure I never will.
