Hotel very good, friendly staff and evening meal in restaurant fantastic. Breakfast overpriced and limited for example no fried eggs or omelet. Overall a nice stay as rooms were very well sound proofed plus very comfortable bed

Really modern hotel a few minutes from Lille Europe station and 15 mins walk from Lille centre. |Clinical reception service. |Rooms large and well equipped. A slightly off-putting opaque bathroom.|Main negative was the room was quite stuffy. |But a good option if you can get a good price deal.

I only stayed one night at Hôtel Barrière Lille, but it was exactly what I needed — clean, modern, and super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk from Lille Europe station, and the area felt safe even in the evening.The room was spacious, quiet, and well-designed, with a really comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. Check-in was smooth and the staff were polite and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Hôtel Barrière Lille. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Lille Europe station and close to the city center, which made getting around really convenient.The staff were welcoming, professional, and spoke excellent English, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. My room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, with a super comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. I really appreciated the modern design and large windows with great city views.

hotel it’s good. found all facilities needed but, no shower gel in the bathroom. Had to use shampoo as shower gel. Room was well equipped but shower gel bottle, empty. That’s not good at all

Stayed at Barriere for our 10 year anniversary for a weekend.From the moment we stepped in,we knew we are in for something special.We had a very warm welcome at reception,and a flawless service troughout.|A huge shout out to Melad ,who was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine list and the menu,he made our dining experience unforgettable.Lucas was equally amazing,explaining the cheese selection and pairing each with the perfect jam.We can’t recommend the food in the restaurant enough.Each dish was a masterpiece.Every member of staff,was brilliant, and their dedication to making our stay perfect,truly stood out .Thank you Barriere for making our stay so unforgettable!

My sister and I stopped here whilst InterRailing. It was her first little holiday after her husband died and also her first InterRail holiday. We wanted a little luxury to smooth the way. Byway Travel booked us in here. GOOD CHOICE.||We loved the hotel and Lille. 10 mins easy walk from Lille Europe Railway Station. Similar to the Old Town||Very welcoming at check in and they allowed us to keep our rooms a little late as our onward train was an hour after check out. And we were so lucky to be upgraded on the return visit and had lovely views of the gardens behind the hotel. But even the road facing rooms on 9th floor were quiet. ||Huge bed. Like sleeping on a cloud. Housekeeping standards high, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent spacious shower. Good shower products. Well laid out for travelling. Wall to ceiling windows meant plenty of light poured in.||Staff were all super professional and delightfully warm.||Breakfasts were really REALLY good. Huge selection. ||Next time (& there will be a next time!) we will eat dinner in the restaurant which I think is on the first floor overlooking the gardens.||The only thing I would wish for is that they had twin rooms. I’d love to stay for longer but it gets a bit expensive when we both have separate rooms.||Thank you and a big well done!

We had a great stay. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The hotel suite was very nice. All good there but..I gave 4 points..because of the resto, la Terrasse du Parc, we had in our package from Weekend desk.It was not good at all. Again the staff was friendly but the food was awful. The resto has the ambiance of a canteen. The breakfast was also 'comme ci comme ca'. That was such a pity. Avoid this resto and your stay will be a 5 out of 5!
