Hotel Basilica

We stayed here for just one night, but it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel completely at home and added such a personal touch to the stay.|The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable perfect for a restful night after exploring Palma. But the real highlight was the breakfast! A wonderful spread of fresh fruit, pastries, hot options, and excellent coffee everything was delicious and clearly made with care.|Even though it was a short visit, we left feeling refreshed and looked after. This hotel truly delivers on charm, service, and comfort. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

We’ve been traveling for 40+ years and have never had a better hotel experience!!!. The facility is supremely comfortable and near perfect but it’s the staff that makes this hotel so exceptional. They are so eager to assist you in any way possible. What an impressive group. And the price is remarkably reasonable for what is provided. This is ‘the’ place to stay in Palma!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Basilica in Palma. The hotel is slick, full of character, and beautifully designed, with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.||The rooms are well-appointed, featuring functional showers with Molton Brown toiletries, a comfortable, good-sized bed that was very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The free well-stocked minibar was a lovely touch. ||The rooftop terrace was|Lovely to watch the sunset. There is a small plunge pool with a charming view of the cathedral and nearby basilicas, perfect for a quiet break in the city.||The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and even going out of their way to bring a bottle of Freixenet Brut when they learned it was my husband’s birthday, a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.||The location is ideal, just a 6-minute walk from the cathedral, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel calm and private.||Overall, an elegant and welcoming boutique hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return on our next visit to Palma

A very pleasant hotel with a friendly and caring atmosphere where attention is paid to every detail. Upon check-in, we were offered a glass of cava and received all the information about the hotel that we could possibly need from the concierge. The location is very central but also quiet. We were able to sleep with the window open without any problems. The beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is fresh, well-prepared, and varied, and is served in a charming breakfast room that feels intimate without being crowded. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to return to Hotel Basilica.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Basilica in Palma. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved our room - the bed and pillows were wonderfully soft, and it was such a nice touch to find welcome champagne and chocolates waiting for us. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the views from the top of the hotel were absolutely stunning. Everything about our stay made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma!

Just fabulous hotel, that i couldn't fault, from the moment you walk through the old doors of this stunning boutique hotel, you are so kindly greeted. the hotel small, ultra clean, with fabulous rooms our had a balcony which was beautiful outdoor setting. Breakfast is excellent quality small buffet and all the service was impeccable.|Location right in the middle of old town and a stone throw from the Cathedral on the sea front.

Awesome hotel in great location in Old Town Palma. Lovely rooms. Lovely communal areas and the views from the rooftop pool|Terrace are amazing. Great range of breakfast. Staff are so helpful and friendly.

Amazing experience, delighted to stay here. Very very friendly staff. The pool area and the views from there were super amazing. I absolutely enjoyed. The location can’t be any better. If you are looking for a luxurious experience in the middle of old city this is it. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast as well. The patio was really cool.

I am willing to reveal a nicely kept Palma secret - Hotel Basilica must be one of the best places to stay in Palma. From the first second when house manager Miguel offered a drink and made us feel like at home to the last minute of the stay, the hotel was feeling like being at the luxurious home. Location is the first class. Hotel roof terrace views are the first class. Breakfast is the first class. But most of all, personnel was the first class. One of them really stands out. Neda, hotel employee, was like a friend, connoisseur and personal assistant, all in one. She enhanced Mallorca's stay in Palma. So happy to have met such a nice human being. Hotel Basilica, thank you for absolute a perfect stay and hope to visit you again, if nothing just reminiscence on a fabulous stay in Palma. I wish we can assigns sixth star to Hotel Basilica.

This hotel was great. Walking distance to everything we needed. Being from the United States we didn't know what to expect, but this hotel was extremely accommodating. The staff was helpful calling cabs and giving recommendations in the city that made our two day stay lovely. Be sure to pack comfy sandals and or walking sneakers. One staff member in particular was Abel, who gave my girlfriend and I amazing recommendations while making us feel at home here at Hotel Basilica. We will definitely be back! Overall - will definitely recommend
