Amazing experience, delighted to stay here. Very very friendly staff. The pool area and the views from there were super amazing. I absolutely enjoyed. The location can’t be any better. If you are looking for a luxurious experience in the middle of old city this is it. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast as well. The patio was really cool.

We had a two night stay in this beautiful hotel, situated in the heart of palma old town. Excellent location with everything within walking distance and close proximity to bus stops and amenities. We felt the pictures online didn’t do it justice, it was much grander than expected in real life. The rooftop pool area is very small but very much appreciated in the heat, with beautiful, breathtaking city views, and is also open until 10pm great for an evening sunset dip. The entire hotel was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very well equipped with a free, complimentary mini bar. We enjoyed everything about this hotel and would most definitely return!!

The breakfast, location, views, proximity to local attractions, friendly and attentive staff, and guests were all wonderful. They offer Catalan fare for breakfast and it was fantastic. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants, sites, and shops. The staff were attentive and professional during my entire stay. The guests were not disruptive in the slightest. Highly recommend this location so that you're not right on top of the touristy parts of Palma. If you want touristy parts of Palma, it's only a ten minute walk from the hotel.

This hotel was an absolute find! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The perfect hidden gem in the heart of the old town of Palma. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted instantly by the reception staff who then provided us with a glass of Prosecco and took our bags up to our room for us. So seamless and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the decor is stunning. We booked a classic double room which was gorgeous, the comfiest bed ever with amazing bedding! You get robes and slippers provided. We had a Juliette balcony with stunning views over the basilica. Breakfast was fab, great selection of pastries, hot and cold food as well as freshly cooked omlettes. The location was perfect, lots of amazing restaurants right on the doorstep and only a short walk into the centre of Palma. We stayed for 3 nights and this was perfect to see the the sites. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back again :)

We had the most wonderful stay at the hotel and couldn't be more grateful for the kindness and attention to detail from the entire team. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We were celebrating our mini moon and my birthday, and the thoughtful touches – of a note and a bottle of cava waiting for us in the room – made us feel incredibly special. The hotel rooftop was amazing for a little rest from the city with the amazing views. Highlight of our stay relaxing on the rooftop! A very special thank you to Celeste, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference and helped make our trip truly memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently checked in to make sure we were having the best experience possible. Thank you again to everyone for making our celebration so meaningful – we’ll absolutely be back!

Quite simply the best hotel experience we have had. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with a range of pillow options and a/c plus a fan. Having the pool and rooftop terrace gave us a lovely relaxing space and somewhere to soak up the sun. Everything was perfectly maintained and the entire building was beautifully appointed. One of the best hotels we have stayed in recently. It is small and very central with lovely clean bright rooms. You can easily walk to nice restaurants and all the places you need to see in Palma. The staff there are outstanding, so friendly, helpful and happy, they really went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay in Palma. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back.

Four of us (two couples) were at the hotel for two nights. We’re very experienced travelers in Europe. We met to discuss and rate our hotels. For this one, one of us merely said, “LOVED IT!!”, which summed it up for all of us. We also agreed the breakfast was delicious, the rooms (and hotel) were well appointed and very clean, and the hospitality was second to none. It’s a 20 minute (and 20E) trip to/from the airport, with lots of restaurants and places to walk in the old town nearby. If we go back to Palma, we will all absolutely stay at this hotel.
