Hotel Bawa Regency

Room was good and spacious... They even called me to cross check on my late checkin which i would say is great.||Overall neat place and lots of food options and shopping are available within 2-4 kms of this place. Staff is also good here, no complains.

Although the hotel is located in the bustling Dadar area, the rooms are a bit quiet with negligible traffic disturbance. Although they were short staffed (due to a festival), they strove to meet our requests. A great stay for a couple of days if you do not mind the small rooms.

Clean and well equipped rooms. Limited choice in breakfast buffet. And the staff are indeed very polite - they politely say 'no' to almost every request made the guest.

Request you to just go once and enjoy the aroma of this hotel. Very near to Dadar station east.I have booked 2 triple occupancy room and both the rooms are just waooooo with common door inter connected. Complementary breakfast is awesome . Even after spending almost 20 days and 2 Lakhs in this hotel I was asked to pay 299 plus tax for an empty plate just because I ordered outside food. My room door lock didnt work and I was standing at the lobby for 2 hours. I didnt want any compliments or money back but no one even bothered to ask a sorry for it.

Great service. Busy day so checkin was slow - room well set with amenities -window mesh in metal will get rusted by shower water hiring it regularly - shower could have had a drain nearby - ( it leaves the entire floor wet - good linen and good attention to detail . Keep up the cleanliness .

Too costly for room area. Very small room. Second day rent increased reason know to them . Gave wrong information about location. Person in charge of bills was not polite. No travel desk took so much time and finaly didn't reply so un professional. Breakfast was just not up to the mark. Room was so Congested one can not breathe easy. Nothing was tasty and you have to stru gle to get sambar. One customer went out looking at arrangements. Ocumlated some points asked to deduct in the bill got the answer next occasion. Felt help less.
