Hotel Bawa Regency

We stayed here for a month and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are well-maintained, and the cleanliness standards are impressive. A special mention to Yuvraj and Kamal for keeping our room spotless throughout the stay.||The staff is exceptionally polite and always ready to help—no matter the time of day. Even late at night, they made every effort to accommodate our requests.||The only downside was the breakfast, which became quite repetitive over time. While it’s decent for a short stay of 1–2 days, it could use more variety for longer visits.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in. The entire staff was friendly and helped whenever needed. The security staff was very courteous and helped in moving the car according to the road rules and ensuring there was always a place to keep the car close and accessible. Vasant and Aditya did a fantastic job taking care of the room. Allwyn was very helpful and took care of any needs with in-room dining and room service. All in all, a phenomenal stay.

Stayed for 10 days at Bawa, the thing that stoodout the most for me was their focus on quality hospitality. Hotel staffs are very polite and good at their job. Shoutout to Rakesh, Shreenath and Vasant who went out of their way to make arrangements to meet our requests. Thank you for the positive experience!

We stayed at Hotel Bawa Regency, Dadar for 3 days and had a really good experience. The staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty with decent variety. Overall, a neat, comfortable, and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for a short and hassle-free visit to Mumbai.

A great hotel experiences I’ve had at Bawa Regency! The service was truly top-notch, from the warm hospitality to the attention to detail, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the entire staff, especially Allwyn and Punyendu, for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Truly appreciated!

The room service was great, All hosts were wonder Alwyn made our stay pleasant with his warm smile. Kamal and Uvraj were on call on time. Laundry service was also good.

Worst experience. I had made a booking which I had cancelled well in advance as due to impending war like situation all flights from Chandigarh to mumbai were cancelled. The hotel did-not refund the money and now are not heeding to our complaint Worst customer service

Worst hotel. Lalit from front office is literally spoiling the hotels' reputation. Please don't choose this hotel to stay. They make a commitment, take the money and then don't own up to their commitments. They're just sitting their to make money. To me, all other good things go useless when such things happen My suggestion, don't choose this place to stay Ps : I tried reaching out to the hotel’s General Manager, but she has been adamant and is defending her staff’s wrongdoing instead of addressing the guest’s concern. She's stopped responding to emails and has fully ignored the matter as if nothing happened. Think wisely, are you okay with visiting such a property where even the general manger acts this way ?
