Hotel Bawa Regency

Aditya did a great job to clean our room on a daily basis. Upon reaching the hotel in the afternoon, it was a pleasure to relax ourselves. Our personal belongings were in place. Everthing was neat and tidy. The bathroom was clean and towels were changed everyday for cleanliness. I recommend this hotel. The location is safe and accessible to go everywhere. The room is soundproof and there is no noise. Nice breakfast every morning. The Bawa Kitchen food is also top notch and it is very tasty.|I'm going to miss this place.

I had a pleasure of staying at the hotel. The room was very good in terms of size and cleanliness. Toilets were also super clean. Special mention for the bed mattress as it was comfortable yet firm so no back problems after sleeping. The staff is excellent and always smiling and ready to help. I would book the hotel again if I want to stay in Dadar.

Amazing service big credits to Ali for his hospitality and keeping the room clean. Staff were very attendant to all of our needs and kept perfectly on top of everything. Big credits to Kiran and Ferdul for the hard work and effort they put into their dear customers

Room was clean and high standard. Clean and really comfy bed and pillows. Ali my cleaner was really good too! Breakfast was also nice especially the omelette made to order and good tea!

Hotel is clean and room size is also good. Staff is very helpful, Ferdul and Kiran were nice and helped a lot during my stay. Only downpoint us that there is no restaurant in the hotel but you get room service. |Overall worth a short stay.

We came from UK 🇬🇧it was a very good location, near to the shop and food joints near to the train station.very clean hotel, lovely breakfast , special thanks to Rakesh helped with logistics of the getting around the place , hemant, Zeeshan, shrinath . |Pawan at the entrance was always helpful and smiling. He helped with tips about how to get around the place and local shop.|Security guard Harish always looked out for safety and security.||Room service was amazing , very prompt even at midnight 1 am and afterwards .|Feradul,Kiran, Komal, kashish ||Jadav in breakfast time was always helpful and allowed extra food breakfast for children too

I recently stayed at your property from 8 sep 25 to 8 sep 25 and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. I would like to bring a few issues to your attention 1. The bed in my room was making constant noise, which made it very uncomfortable to rest. 2. There were flies (makhi) inside the room, which affected hygiene and comfort. These issues caused inconvenience during my stay and did not match the quality I expected. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure such problems are resolved for future guests. I would also appreciate your response regarding the corrective steps being taken. Today my waste of money and waste of time very bad service

I have been a Bawa customer since almost a decade now. It is commendable to note the unchanged and ever improving Staff courtesy, wonderful ambiance, comfortably rooms, delicious & homely food and centralised location. It is indeed a home away from home. Thank you Bawq.
