Worst hotel.
Lalit from front office is literally spoiling the hotels' reputation.
Please don't choose this hotel to stay. They make a commitment, take the money and then don't own up to their commitments. They're just sitting their to make money.
To me, all other good things go useless when such things happen
My suggestion, don't choose this place to stay
Ps : I tried reaching out to the hotel’s General Manager, but she has been adamant and is defending her staff’s wrongdoing instead of addressing the guest’s concern. She's stopped responding to emails and has fully ignored the matter as if nothing happened.
Think wisely, are you okay with visiting such a property where even the general manger acts this way ?
