Hotel Bayview

The rooms here are ADORABLE. They are small but efficient. The complementary breakfast was also really nice and they always have coffee and cookie available. The concierge people are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and just overall helpful. I felt like they went above and beyond expectations. The location is beautiful, and the hotel offers bikes for you to ride on the path by the shoreline (highly recommend). The only downside was being a little far from everything, I had to take a lot of taxis.

Extremely nice staff, the best breakfast I ate during my Taiwanese trip. The staff is offering free transfer to the hotel from the railway station. I specifically appreciate the flexibility on changing our stay dates. Keep doing your great job!

We stayed in the honeymoon room with a balcony facing the ocean. It's comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The room is not huge, but plenty of room for our belongings, a queen size bed, a nice sofa and a dresser. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the pebble beach and has quite a few great restaurants in walking distance. We just wanted to stay put and explore the local area and it worked out super well for us. The included breakfast is fantastic with both Chinese and western options. The workers are all diligent and courteous. They make excellent recommendations and helped us with renting local cabs to take us to other spots like the harbor and the Night Market which is only 10 minutes by car.

I stayed at Hotel Bayview when the earthquake hit Hualien. I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and the hotel’s solid building structure. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, I was amazed by the hotel’s resilience during an earthquake that occurred during my stay. Despite the tremors, the building remained sturdy and secure, providing a sense of safety and reassurance. Juan and his team deserve every star on Google reviews. I was originally planned to stay 1 night, but called them up for 2 night stay. It was cheaper to book direct. It was also arranged for us to have 3 rooms on the same floor, sea facing. The ocean was great (not the sandy types though). Rooms looked like the pictures - great. We used = We borrowed their free bikes. We found a little path into the forest and rode in too. Nice little coffee room open all hours where you get free coffee/ packet cold drinks and loads of little snacks. Small coin laundry I left something behind in the hotel and Juan contacted me straight away. Thank you so much for serving from your heart. Our family enjoyed the stay.

A fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were great - comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, thoughtful theming and design, and an incomparable view of the ocean. Other perks include a 24 hour cafe with snacks, delicious breakfast buffet, complimentary bicycle rentals (with a beautiful trail by the ocean readily accessible), and complimentary ride to and from the train station. Would very highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was beyond expectations for the price per night. They had complimentary breakfast and snacks, Never gone hungry during our stay. The rooms were clean, and had a nice ocean/beach theme. The hotel is right next to the beach, if you are lucky enough you'll have a water view from your window. Bike rental is also free and there is free shuttle service to and from the hotel from the train station.

This was a nice two night stay for us. The people were nice, the rooms were good, the breakfast buffet was good and the views were very good. We would come back. During the day you can go up to the roof for even better views.
