Hotel BCL Levante Club & Spa

Couldn’t fault the staff. Every member of staff were very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. We were all inc. The food and drink selections were the best we’ve experienced in an all inclusive in Benidorm. The rooms were lovely. Massive bed. Large room. English tv. WiFi throughout the hotel. Large balcony. The accommodation was let down by the bathroom. The shower especially needs attention, mould and peeling ceiling paint. The whole hotel is looking a bit tired. |We expected better entertainment. The best was a Freddy Mercury tribute from the entertainment guy, which was very good. We gave up on the magician. |We realised that it wasn’t in the hotels interest to keep you in there. It is much cheaper for them if you’re all inclusive to have you go elsewhere for evening entertainment.|Location was very good. Bars with entertainment across the road. It is not too far to walk into town either. There’s a taxi rank outside the hotel if you don’t fancy walking.

Amazing Stay – Beautiful View & Fantastic Entertainment! First of all, the view is stunning, definitely one of the highlights of the trip aswell as the grate pool a little chilli but you get used to it plenty of of room to sit and relax. Another huge standout was the entertainment team, especially Joan and Jonny. They were both amazing – so friendly, full of energy, and genuinely made an effort to get everyone involved. From poolside games to evening shows, they brought so much fun and made each day more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, and in a great location. Staff were helpful, the facilities were well maintained, All in all, a nice experience. Only real problems was the shower light was leaking water from room above and the crome cast on the tv wasnt working, dinners could be a bit warmer and the dinner options were not restocked after 9pm, hotel evening entertainment was not advised clearly was only inform on events by Joan. Other than those little things fantastic.

Overall, it could be a lovely hotel. Had a few issues that weren't addressed in a timely manner by management. Went down for breakfast and came back to a huge amount of faeces in the bath. Took a video and reported to reception. Worryingly, someone had been in our room. They more or less said we had done it. Why would adult females even contemplate doing this. When they checked the door key card, the cleaner had been in, yet not cleaned the room. Management still denied any liability. ||Only had breakfast, and I must say the staff member called Vanessa was rude. Taking food and drinks at 10:20, then refusing guests to have another drink . ||The bar staff in reception were the best out of the hotel but still very slow||Could be a lovely hotel but staff training in customer service is definitely needed .

Starting from the hotel, everything was clean, good drinks, 3 lovely pools and good people all around. The area is amazing, close to so many things. The highlight of the trip for us at this hotel was the animation team. Joan and Mar made our holiday super fun, joyful and entertaining. There was never a boring moment thanks to Joan and Mar, we feel like we’ve made true friends, definitely had a good laugh and we left on the Saturday night with the most amazing performance by Joan who interpreted Freddy Mercury and Queen’s best hits, he was fantastic. Area of the hotel is nice, at the top of the road which leads down to the beach,strip and bars/restaurants. Great tribute acts across the road also...... unfortunately that's the best part...... rooms are so dated, first room we were in was dirty,no water, stained walls. Our room key failed 4times,in one go, even the receptionist couldn't open door.....After 2hrs finally got inside, changed rooms but on a high floor so dad couldn't enjoy view as got vertigo. Food was just a massive mish-mash nothing went together. Hotplates under salad area,all other areas were cold. The hot food just had headlamps, unless you like limp salad or lukewarm food,(I'd hate to see this place in the hight of summer!!! One bar staff on lobby bar, pool bar opened when they decided to. Wasmt clear what dribks were all-inclusive (ud think nearly all drinks were)! Spa was smelly, half the treatment showers didn't work. Broken tiles. And had to pay extra for haircap+foot socks. Definitely disappointed, for the price we paid in Oct for 4daya all-inclusive. Ate out 3of those days. 4* no way 2-3*at the most!!

We stayed here from 4th to 11th October. The staff are all pretty friendly. Plenty of loungers around the pool. Previously we stayed a little more central to the main strip. However, there are three great bars immediately opposite so you don’t have to go far if you don’t want to. The animation crew were good fun and laid on fun and games during the day and provided karaoke and music in the evenings. Joan and Mow were very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. My only comment (as a fussy eater) would be the food was a little monotonous and a tad over cooked for my liking. The house wine and branded spirits were fine though. Parking onsite is available @ I think 14€/day but we managed to get a free spot in the adjacent street for the week.

First off we was greeted by the lovely reception staff, easy check in too. Following on was the room, huge beds, very comfy and pillows were like marshmallows. Towels were nice and soft and everywhere was nice and clean. The kitchen staff were great. I have a dairy allergy, it took one or two people to understand due to the language barrier but we did get there and they showed me everything I can and can’t eat which was absolutely brilliant! Pool was nice and big, plenty of sun beds, really can’t fault this hotel at all. Bar staff were lovely and cheerful and it really makes all the difference!

Have been too this hotel on 3 occasions . However it is not as good as before. The bar staff are hit and miss! There wes a new guy who claimed to have 23 years of experience !!! but couldn't make a simple cocktail. We had to ask for our room to be done as it was missed and not once was it cleaned well also practically beginning for moor toiletries from house keeping. It's a nice hotel, Adult's only in a good location. All-inclusive ?? Just go B&B or Half Board.
