I've noticed that my review was flagged so I'll post it again, because my experience was absolutely terrible. I stayed at this hotel a couple of months back when i was in Paris for a business trip and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. Despite assurances from the staff, there was a significant mix-up with the airport transportation I had arranged through them. I ended up waiting for two hours and had to resend the confirmation email several times, which was quite frustrating. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member named Elva. I felt that my concerns regarding the transportation issue and an unexpected extra charge on my bill were not adequately addressed. The explanation given was that the charge was due to a booking error on Expedia's part, but this did not alleviate my concerns about being overcharged. Additionally, I was asked to pay a 200 euro deposit for potential minibar usage, which seemed excessive given the limited items available. The terms for the return of this deposit were also unclear, which added to my discomfort. I also noticed a lack of responsiveness to feedback, both in my personal experience and in other reviews I read. This, coupled with the high price of the stay, made me feel that the value for money was not there..actually not even close and resembled a stay of a suburban hostel sorry to say. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe improvements in customer service could greatly enhance the experience for future guests, I also spoke to a couple of lovely people that I met on my stay there that seem to have had a similar experience. I highly recommend you re-evaluate your customer service and the experience they have. Best of luck with it all in the future, unfortunately will not be coming back there again not would I recommend you guys as there are many great alternative places to stay at.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Champs-Elysees and within walking distance of many landmarks. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Service at the hotel was outstanding. I lost an item in the room and the team made a great effort to return it to me and communicate. Really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Google
Great location, good breakfast, and comfortable beds. This place isn’t worth 4 stars though (I mean real stars). It’s a good 3 star hotel at best. Rooms are a little tight, the bathroom was not very clean, the place is very loud )bad sound proofing between bedrooms).

A very cute boutique hotel in an amazing location. The front desk team and concierge were delightful! We were greeted with a smile, check in was easy and our every need was met. We have stayed at other Paris hotels that cost twice as much and provided half the service.

Overall it was fine. The breakfast was good. Rooms are small, which was expected, but I asked for our room to be fixed up and for new towels, neither of which happened. I had to go down to the front desk to request more towels and the room was never clean even after ask g and putting the “please clean” tag on the door. There is major construction happening directly across from the hotel which starts at 7:00 am. Expect noise.

Google
hotel that tries to present itself as high-end but is actually expensive for a three-star service. very polite and helpful staff but then in the end they are not efficient. I had the disabled room and the water in the sink only came out hot. I asked to fix the problem and in two days they didn't. their breakfast is one of the worst I've ever eaten. the scrambled eggs were so badly done I still felt the dust when you ate them. and the bacon was full of fat and very badly cooked , either burnt or half-cooked. really disgusting. all served by a cold and bordering on rude waitress. if you can, for what it costs, choose another hotel.,. in Paris it is full.

I’m giving this hotel a one based on what I recently experienced. Based on my previous stay, the location is great, the rooms were nice and the staff friendly and helpful. However, my current encounter has been less than pleasing. I have stayed in this hotel twice before the pandemic. I was scheduled to return in a few weeks. When I went on line to make an adjustment to my reservation, I was surprised to see the website wasn’t working. I called the phone number on the bottom of my confirmation email and was told the hotel was closed and wouldn’t open until the middle of the month. This concerned me because my trip was schedule around that time. I did a little digging and found a different website that led me to this hotel, but it was now under new ownership with a new name. When I called the number on the website, there was a little difficulty locating my reservations. Once they were found, I wanted to confirm the information I was given by the hotel operator. To my SHOCK, I was told the hotel was closed until the middle of the year. This floored me on so many levels. First being, no one bothered to alert me to a change in ownership. Or a temporary closure of the hotel. It is by the grace of God, that I called when I did. Otherwise, I would have arrived to a closed hotel with no place to stay. I had until two days before my arrival to cancel my reservations without charge. The operator telling me my reservations would be cancelled without charge, was nice but gave me the impression they were going to charge me if I hadn’t said anything. My previous two stays were nice and the staff were friendly. However, this experience has made me very uneasy about staying at this property or any other under this brand in the future.

The service here was extraordinary. The daily breakfast was great and included in our stay. Most notably Adam, Kareem on the morning shift and Kareem on the evening shift anticipated our needs with great recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing as well as ordering taxi service for 5. Uber does work pretty well for a van for 6. We booked additional activities though the hotel with Kareem for a tour of the Eiffel Tower to the summit and tour of the Louvre which we could not obtain online. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to France in the future.

Yelp
My friend and I stayed at Hotel Beauchamps for two nights. The location could not have been better, just a block away from Champs-Elysees. The staff was very professional and helpful. I liked that the hotel automatically locked in the late evening and required a room key to enter, which added a layer of security. Our room was super cute and the bathroom was a good size with a nice shower. I would definitely stay again.

Yelp
Great location, check in was a bit slow but it was a big group of us. Service was great, staff was friendly. Rooms were tiny (standard in Europe) but were clean and comfortable.

Yelp
My wife, me & our 2 boys (5yr & 7yr) went from San Francisco to see Paris for the 1st time during the winter break week. We reserved Hotel Beauchamps for check in 02/17/20 & checkout 02/19/20 (2 night) & mentioned 2 adults & 2 children and paid thru princeline.com. In our 2nd & the final night at around 10 pm we came to our room after all day city tour & tried to open the door but the opener card was not working. My both the boys already tired, sleepy & older boy wanted to go the bathroom. I went down to lobby to replace the card & they said they blocked our room due to 5 people staying in the room. I asked them how they knew we're 5 & they said they saw us in the camera. (I did not ask them if they have a camera inside the room!) I said we are the same 4 persons -2 boys & my wife. Then right away they said we cannot stay 4 persons in the same room & said we have to pay for another room & we have to sleep two persons in each room. I told them our 2 boys are 5yr & 7 yr & how they would sleep in the separate room & asked them why you guys did not tell us when we were checked-in on 02/17 when we 4 were together in front of you guys at the lobby. They mentioned that the employee who registered us at the checking was not well-trained & that was her mistake. Both the employees were very rude & they gave us 2 options - either leave the hotel with NO refund or get another room. I was totally lost. We had the next morning flight at 7.25am & had to leave the hotel for CDG Airport by 4am that night. In a foreign country, in the mid of the night, my older son 7 yr boy was waiting for long time to use the bathroom & the hotel employees threatened to call the police if we stay in the same room without getting another room. We did not have any other choice - they forced us to get another room for $128.54. It's totally unprofessional & unethical and the total situation was very scary. I am not recommending this hotel to any person. There are thousands of hotels in Paris. Please go for another hotel NOT this one. BTW They put nice pictures on the booking site but the reality is different -rooms are very tiny, old, smelly, dirty, dark & suffocating. The elevator is barely can fit 3 persons. Stay away from them.

Yelp
Hotel Beauchamps was decent for the price of 130 Euro per night. It is excellently located (right next to the 1 metro stop called Benjamin Franklin). The front desk staff all speak English and are helpful, though some more than others. One evening after a soiree of random fondue in the latin quarter and lots of wine stops my mother and I wanted a night cap (night bottle?) for the room. Room service was done for the night but the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to find us a bottle of wine and deliver it himself to the room alongside some pretty entertaining stories about his adventure in the Bronx, NYC. We appreciated the extra effort. The internet connection is NOT GOOD. You have to pick up daily slips with a password and username and after entering the info for each of your devices it often disconnects and it very slow. The TV in our room also did not work well. But other than that the rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. **If noise is a problem for you, ask for a room that doesn't face the street because there is a very loud club across the way. This can be a problem for sleeping and also reducing your desire to party to hard until 6 am.

Yelp
I think overall we were very pleased with our stay here for the weekend. We were in close proximity to the Arc de Triumph and were only a 20 minute uber away from the train station. Along the street with the Arc de Triumph there are several places to eat and high end clothing stores which makes most women happy. There is a bar in the hotel which we grabbed drinks from before going out. I was pleased with the size and amenities in my room however my coworker was not. They told her they would upgrade her to a nicer room which ended up being in the attic and very musty, and only accessible after taking the elevators and then walking up two flights of steps. When she asked to move rooms because it was not comparable to ours the front lady desk nor the maid were not too pleased. We ended up figuring out that she got "upgraded" because the maid had not cleaned any rooms that were the room type we paid for, and she was headed out the door until the receptionist asked her to come back and clean one of the rooms that was the type we paid for. Other than that reception was very friendly and I feel like we got what we paid for. The only other thing I will note is the night club across from the hotel. We came in late one night after being out and the uber driver let us off at the corner because there was so much traffic on the block. So if you don't like noise I would suggest requesting that you are not staying at one of the rooms at the front of the hotel. Also, there is a wine shop across from the hotel, and I was able to grab some wine to bring back home and didn't have to walk far with heavy bottles.

Yelp
The location of this hotel is really ideal. It's practically on Champs Elysees and walkable to most places, besides, the Franklin D Roosevelt metro stop is only a block away. The staff speak English and are very pleasant. We had a handicap room because we checked in early and it was the only one available. The lady at reception pointed out that it will be a large room for that reason (the room did not seem particularly large except for the bathroom). It was clean and pleasant. The sink was not working and our shower was not draining properly but this was fixed the next day after making the hotel staff aware. The second night at the hotel, the bar/club directly in front of our window, held a very loud soirée. It being gorgeous wether, the good times and the pumping music were partially held outside. This was on a Tuesday night! It was absolutely impossible to sleep and it's a large reason why this review is awarded 3 instead of 4 stars.

Yelp
I had a wonderful stay here. I booked my trip to Paris for the marathon and the location of this hotel is a short block away from Champ Elysee where the race starts. The staff speaks fluent English and definitely friendlier than I expected from local Parisiens. The rooms are small and tight but that's just about every hotel in Paris unless you book a suite, which cost an arm, leg, and a head. Basic Wifi is free but it is a bit slow. The annoying part is you need to get a new wifi voucher from the front desk after it expires each day, which is simply a piece of paper with a new user name and login password. Trust me, it is a blessing to even have free Wifi because there's almost no public wifi anywhere in Paris..unless you buy a data plan. Despite the small rooms, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The best part is the bathroom. i like that they have a built in towel heater, which is great during the colder days. Just be warned that there are some rooms that face the street and there are two night clubs directly across from the hotel. Expect music and drunk people screaming until 7 am on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Otherwise, if you request for a quieter room, they can accommodate that.

Yelp
Hotel Beauchamps was AWESOME, very clean, modern, perfect location - literally 2 minute walk from Champ Elysees and Franklin D Roosevelt metro station. If you like to walk, the Arc De Triomphe, Louvre, Opera House, and Concorde are close. Free wifi (u must ask for the password) Nice and hot breakfast good variety (eggs, bacon, etc. not just the usual Parisian crossaint, tea/coffee) however pricey 22 euros pp. Rooms have frig and there is a market down the street and several restuarants/deli in area as alternative, 2 night clubs across the street (R&B, Hip Hop, Techno) perfect if you like to party. Hotel staff was the best....very RESOURCEFUL, helpful, even willing to assist us with learning new French words/phrases. Convert money ahead of time. Hotel charge 10% exchange fee

Yelp
Not honest...I booked and pay this 4 stars hotel. At the reception they told me very nice way the hotel DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITION since 2011 and what they will do the soft drink of the mini bar are free like this you can drink water to be able to support the summer heat...Is it a joke...No it is true....I talk to the manager and he told me the real french way ....Sir this the hotel and in France a hotel do not need AC to be a four stars...Is that a joke...No choice I had to stay since no refund...At night until 6am the night club located in front of the hotel did not let me sleep iwith the fight, music and police intervention..The room are very small and the odeur is horrible...No maid service during my stay..And the director again say this is the hotel..I have DISPUT THE CHARGES WITH VISA for service not done wich I recomend to anybody getting in this situation..HORRIBLE
