We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Beaucour in Strasbourg. The room was lovely and full of character, with charming decor that made us feel at home. Service was warm and professional — the staff spoke lovely English and were very helpful throughout our stay. Top-notch breakfast with fresh selections and a cozy dining area. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the main tourist spots and picturesque old town. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of charm in Strasbourg. 🌟

Great place to stay. Parking garage across the street is convenient. Easy walk to the cathedral and town. Lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel was great. The air conditioning worked wonderful. The rooms were comfy and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was great and accommodating. There is a little water and coffee bar in the lobby which was quite nice. The decor is a little dated but the beds were comfortable and clean. The only down side is that even with the elevator there are a lot of stairs and little steps. This is not a good place to stay with a wheelchair or stroller or any mobility concerns.

I could not say enough good about this hotel, the rooms, and staff. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and comfortable especially given the price. The staff were incredibly friendly. And this beautiful hotel is very well located. Just 5 minutes from the cathedral. I definitely recommend!

My wife's 60th birthday was going to happen at the Hotel Beaucour. I messaged the hotel and they had a surprise promotion that I agreed to - rose petals on the bed, a special birthday card, a hand written message on the mirror, and a bottle of champagne on ice. I asked for a little something extra; a cake. They recommended a nearby bakery. I ordered the cake online and messaged the hotel. They picked up the cake and had the cake in the room when we arrived with all the other goodies - THAT'S SPECIAL SERVICE !! Very quiet cozy hotel. Very earthy feeling wood beam interior. Everything worked and clean. SMART TV allowed me to watch anything I wanted in English. Very close to everything downtown. Bravo. *****

Hotel staff was outstanding in providing restaurant recommendations, making dinner reservations for us, and generally being very helpful, to enhance our visit to Strasbourg. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. I wish there had been a place near the sink to hang a hand towel, and a shelf in the shower for toiletries, but those are small bits, and did not affect our enjoyment of Hotel Beaucour. I wish there were fewer steps to access Registration; they were awkward with luggage.

Another hotel where the Tripadvisor reviews are a puzzle. First, the positives ; great location, friendly staff, nice toiletries.|However, one of the fundamentals for a hotel is a good night’s sleep. The bed in our room had a plastic mattress cover on it. The elastic had gone so nothing was holding it down on the bed. Every time we turned over in bed it rucked up. On top of it was a thin cotton sheet and nothing else. The result was that we were hot, sweaty and uncomfortable all night. Sleep was not great. In addition the room was hot and stuffy with fairly ineffective air con.|We had a sofa in the room with worn patches on the arms - well past renewal date. The bathroom was tatty and dated with mouldy grouting. The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged by water and rotten.|Breakfast was very dull with empty food containers not refilled. We only tried it one morning and then went to the cafe next door - much better food and much better value.|The overall decoration in the public areas was tatty and disconnected. |I really didn’t understand the over-decorated outside area but many places in Strasbourg seem to be flamboyant so maybe it’s a local thing, just not to my taste.|Altogether very poor value for money.

Do not even think of staying anywhere else when visiting Strasbourg. The staff and service are top rate with attention to every detail. I appreciated the welcome email with detained information about how to get to the hotel via the train, and questions about my room preferences down to wash cloths. The lobby area with complementary cofffe, tea, etc. was delightful. Thanks to all for making this such an oasis for guests.

Yelp
It was pricey, but very fair for it's convenient location. Room was big and so was bathroom.

Yelp
Cute, quirky hotel. Fantastic location right in the city center. Easy parking in the huge parking garage next door. 139 euros/night. We only stayed here one night. That was a mistake. Next time, we're staying here for much longer. We were fools not to plan more time in such a beautiful city.
