We were in Strasbourg for a wedding in the old town, so this location was perfect. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always ready to assist. We had missing luggage and they helped us with tracking and receiving those bags. The room was bigger than we anticipated. It was clean and had some charming touches. It was also quite peaceful for a hotel right in the center of the action. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was sizable. We were delighted and I’d come back without hesitation.

Hotel Beaucour enjoys a perfect location right in the heart of Strasbourg, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the city on foot. The property itself is full of charm – a romantic, traditional half-timbered house beautifully decorated with flowers. Each room is unique, and the room we had this time was pleasant and nicely furnished. The bathroom was particularly lovely, and the overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. For the room, the price was fair.||The staff were very friendly and helpful, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.||However, the breakfast experience was really disappointing. The dining area is much too small for the number of guests. On two mornings, we couldn’t find a table and had to return 20 minutes later. The buffet selection is very limited and the quality below expectations. What was most frustrating was that key items such as baguette and butter ran out (on both days) and were not replenished for a long time. On the first day, no bread was refilled at all for nearly half an hour, and we left. It was clear that the staff were doing their best, but with only one person responsible for the entire room, it was simply unmanageable.||If we should return to this hotel, we will definitely skip the breakfast and spend the 20 euros per person in a nearby café instead.

A generally positive experience. The hotel is located between the Cathedral area, and Petite France, with a tram stop just two minutes away. My room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff are super-friendly and helpful, wi-fi worked well, and the windows and curtains have excellent soundproofing and blackout properties respectively. || My one complaint is that on my first day in Strasbourg, I returned to my room at 3pm for a rest, to find it hadn't yet been serviced. Although the staff then offered to clean it, I feel this should have been done much earlier. ||I would definitely stay here again- it was affordable, central, and friendly.

We spent three nights at Hotel Beaucour and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was quaint and full of character, with exposed wooden beams that added to the charm. The hotel’s garden entrance immediately set a welcoming tone, and the view from our room was lovely. The common spaces were just as inviting—the coffee bar in the lounge was excellent, and we appreciated the warm, friendly, and accommodating staff. A thoughtful touch was the umbrellas they provided for all three of us during a few rainy days, which made exploring so much easier. The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk everywhere, from the stunning cathedral to Petite France, and found ourselves surrounded by excellent restaurants — a must in a city like Strasbourg, which is such a culinary haven. What really stood out was how well the hotel preserved its historic energy. It felt like we were experiencing a piece of Strasbourg’s heritage while still enjoying modern comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both charm and convenience in this beautiful city.

After four nights in a hotel, one gets to know it quite intimately. This was the case for us, and the verdict is: a great choice, one that we would return to in a heartbeat. Like all great hotels, the Hotel Beaucour hums with the hospitality and energy of its staff. The front desk personnel were consistently helpful, our room overlooking the charming courtyard was spacious and, as many have noted, the hotel’s location — just across the river from the cathedral quarter and a mere block from a tram stop — can’t be beat.

Hotel is in a fabulous location, close to the centre. The whole look of the hotel was beautiful and different from anywhere else we have ever stayed. The welcome when we checked in was superb and we were given a map of the city and recommendations for dinner as well as a discount voucher for a boat trip which we made use of and enjoyed. We were also offered free tea and coffee and cold water which was a nice touch. There was also tea and coffee making facilities in our room. |I felt the hotel offered a lovely experience, was very comfortable and above the standard that I was expecting for the price we paid. I would definitely recommend and stay again should we visit Strasbourg again in the future.

The hotel was fabulous! The location was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the little extras, such as the honesty bar and the water top ups. The express breakfast was also great! The court yard was a real treat where we could enjoy a quiet glass of wine, with everything on our doorstep!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Beaucour in Strasbourg. The room was lovely and full of character, with charming decor that made us feel at home. Service was warm and professional — the staff spoke lovely English and were very helpful throughout our stay. Top-notch breakfast with fresh selections and a cozy dining area. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the main tourist spots and picturesque old town. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of charm in Strasbourg. 🌟

Yelp
It was pricey, but very fair for it's convenient location. Room was big and so was bathroom.

Yelp
Cute, quirky hotel. Fantastic location right in the city center. Easy parking in the huge parking garage next door. 139 euros/night. We only stayed here one night. That was a mistake. Next time, we're staying here for much longer. We were fools not to plan more time in such a beautiful city.
