Overall a good property but it felt like the forgotten step-child of the larger JW in which the hotel occupies a few floors. The advantages of being in the JW is that you get access to the gym and, with Bonvoy status, the lounge which are both excellent. The hotel also provides $10 each day for food and beverages at the cafe. The room was neat and spacious. The layout was strange and inconvenient with the bathroom being off on its own. That may have been just the suite layout. It was also August in Miami so hot and humid but the AC was having trouble keeping up. Also, no slippers! Location is close to many Miami attractions and shopping.

The hotel occupies three floors above the JW Marriott, with most amenities located within the JW itself. Check-in and arrival were smooth and efficient.||The room featured a lot of chrome, lacquer, and leather finishes. It was spacious but felt a bit outdated. Power outlets were limited. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets and towels were sub par. Only one caffeinated coffee pod was provided! The so-called “enhanced” internet service was slow. The video camera on door does not work. The tablet's firmware needs to be updated and had old info on it. On the plus side, there was ample storage space.||The bathroom was very large. On arriving, the bathroom TV was on and couldn’t be turned off—we had to call maintenance to replace the remote battery. The shower had issues - the handheld option didn’t work at all. I didn’t try the jacuzzi tub. There was no accessible outlet for a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the only light switch was located just outside the door.||The pool area was overcrowded in afternoon. Went in AM and there is availability. Lounge chairs are stained and there was a shortage of towels in late AM. ||As Bonvoy Elite members, we received a late checkout, two complimentary coffees, and 30 minutes of activity center access. The concierge lounge breakfast was adequate with excellent coffee. ||The room offered beautiful views. For a 1-2 night business trip, this hotel would be sufficient. The happy hour at restaurant near lobby is really good!

Google
Tucked atop the JW Marriott Marquis like a stylish secret, Hotel Beaux Arts Miami delivers the kind of high-rise indulgence that shouts Miami Vice in the best possible way. ||||Check-in is more boutique art gallery than hotel lobby: sparkling water, champagne, and a one-on-one consultation across sleek desks. Just know that personal attention takes time — peak hour arrivals may wish they’d brought a book (or a second glass of champagne).||||Chrome and white-leather-clad rooms are enormous, even at entry level, and suites are frankly ridiculous — think penthouse-sized palaces with enough room to both host a cocktail party and have a dramatic exit. The bathrooms alone deserve their own reality show: soaking tub, endless vanity, marble everywhere, and a teeny TV in case you want to second-screen while washing your hands.||||Technology in-room is mostly Miami chic — massive TVs, Illy coffee station, and a camera system to vet your door visitors, though the latter could use a firmware update. Still, the bed is perfect, the mood lighting does its job, and the in-room dining (courtesy of the JW kitchen) performs heroically well, even at ungodly hours.||||Elite Bonvoy members are rewarded with executive lounge access at the JW (since the Beaux Arts’ own breakfast nook is no more), and a couple of coffee vouchers, redeemable for some (delicious) barista-made beverages. Breakfast at the lounge is solid but not opulent, but the adjacent JW café turns out outstanding casual fare. The signature on-site restaurant, Boulud Sud, comes friend-recommended.||||Service is a standout — seamless, consistent, and human. From the bellhop who was waiting behind me the second I finished check-in, to the staff who apologized with conviction for a single dirty spoon. When things go wrong, they go right.||||The pool is nothing to write home about, but with access to a basketball court, bowling alley, and luxury dining and shopping within easy reach, you may not notice. Or care.||||Art graces the public spaces. Views will make your inner Instagrammer weep. And while there were one or two maintenance hiccups, compensation arrived instantly and without even having to ask.||||Bottom line: This is the worst-kept secret in Miami. Suites vanish quickly. Book now, or spend your next trip across the street wondering why your room doesn’t have a skyline view and a bathroom worthy of a Grammy winner.

Quiet and beautiful..just need Art in the rooms and new floor rugs! Love Mary on the 39th. But the assistant manager at the Lobby forgot all her promises fyi. This hotel is centrally located on the outskirts of Brickell near Whole Foods. It is from floor 39 and up in the Marriott

All the chaos of Miami disappears the moment you arrive on the 39th floor check-in. |The process was seamless and the fastest we’ve ever received. |Our suite was GIANT with a wonderful view and even though it was close to the elevator, we heard zero noise. |With a Whole Foods across the street and the fact it’s within walking distance to many venues, this hotel is a no brainer to continue to book.

Hot tub was broke. TV in room didn't work and they had to come twice to fix it. Some sort of flying bug in the room. No towels at pool. I've been to much nicer JW Marriott properties elsewhere, I would have thought this place would be much nicer. Good location and views.

We stayed in Miami for a night prior to our cruise, and the Hotel Beaux Arts was our choice. Keep in mind that this Autograph Collection is a boutique hotel within the JW Marriott Marquis. The Beaux Arts is located on the top floors - 39-41. There is a great rooftop pool and indoor lounge area complete with bowling lanes, air hockey and foosball and even a golf shop/golf education swing simulator! This hotel really has it all. The rooms are very modern and have many advanced tech features, and the bathrooms are really amazing with full tub, and a separate shower with a waterfall shower head. Check in was quick and easy and all the staff really goes above and beyond to take care of anything you require. Highly recommend this boutique gem!

Google
Overall, the stay at your hotel was pleasant, but there are significant areas for improvement, especially considering the intense luxury competition in the Brickell neighborhood. The following points highlight areas that need immediate attention to ensure the hotel remains competitive in its category:|| 1. Elevator Noise: The elevator beep on every floor is excessively loud and intrusive. Given the height of the building, this feature becomes stressful and detracts from the guest experience. Adjusting or silencing the beeping would significantly improve comfort.|| 2. Gym Facilities: The gym facilities are outdated, particularly the spinning bikes, which are completely deteriorated. For a hotel in this price and luxury category, maintaining state-of-the-art fitness equipment is essential.|| 3. Pool Area: The pool lacks harmony and fails to provide the luxury amenities expected in this competitive market. The bartenders displayed arrogance, which negatively impacts the guest experience. Additionally, the pool area does not offer innovative facilities, such as cold plunges, which are standard in other nearby luxury properties. A renovation to modernize and cater to newer generations is strongly recommended.|| 4. In-Room Offerings:| • The coffee service in the room is inadequate. Guests are only provided one red Illy capsule and one blue capsule, which feels cheap for a hotel of this caliber. Upgrading to Nespresso machines with a broader selection of coffee options would greatly enhance the in-room experience.|| • The complementary water is also disappointing. It is treated water rather than premium spring water. Offering a more appropriate brand, such as Evian, would reflect the luxury status the hotel aims to convey.|| 5. Common Area Utilization: The common areas on floors 19 and 20 feel empty and poorly utilized. These spaces present an opportunity to introduce additional facilities or amenities that appeal to a modern, discerning audience.|| 6. Pricing vs. Experience: At over $800 per night, the guest experience does not align with the price point. Many of the shortcomings mentioned above, from outdated facilities to lackluster in-room offerings, give the impression of cost-cutting rather than delivering value and luxury.||While the hotel has potential and offers a pleasant stay, it is falling behind its competitors in Brickell. Addressing these areas would elevate the guest experience and justify the premium price charged.

Yelp
Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Miami for a work conference. Overall, this hotel was good. Positives: - Clean - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed - Large room - Great location - Access to the JW Marriott pool, which was very nice Cons: - The only real con for me was the bathroom. Yes, it was clean. Yes, it was large. But it was just not ideal. The shower heads were rainfall shower heads and the water pressure was not high. The water also did not get very hot. The sinks were super modern but to a fault- they made it easy to splash water everywhere. I wouldn't stay here again because of the showers - being in Miami and sweating all day.. the shower is kind of important. Otherwise, it was a great hotel.

Yelp
Great idea, poorly executed. No directions to check-in without asking. One suite wasn't ready until 5:30pm and we were checked into a dirty suite (untouched by housekeeping). So, 4 trips to check-in before we could get keys. And we are both Titanium Bonvoy. Hard to get back to check-in without room key! All the toilets had glass doors. Even 2nd bath for guests to use! Couch so slippery, you slide off it. Stool in bathroom makes horrificly loud noise when moved. Light in shower so dark you can't see. The designer clearly never stayed in the room they designed. We will try JW Marriott next time.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay here, but as Doug Demero says "there are quirks and features." The hotel is located within the JW Marriott, it's a bit of a mission to find, you'll need staff to key you into an elevator to go to the 39th floor for separate check in. The check in is a small office, but I was offered Prosecco and the staff explained the 42 dollar amenity fee included : 30 minute chair message, tickets to the Pérez Art museum, 2 $10 dollar drink vouchers, and $40 dollar per a day meal credits. That was an awesome bonus, the restaurant downstairs is excellent. My room was a corner king on the 40th floor with 180 degree views of down town Miami. The television needs an upgrade, but the bed, and bathroom are top notch. Some minor issues, you need to put your key near the door to turn on the lights. For some reason there's hardly any towels. Parking fees are $58 dollars, but they washed my car and the valet were friendly. Overall all of the staff were professional and accommodating.

Yelp
Exceptional experience. Just plan on elevator time and have to pay for WiFi. Was in Miami for work and stayed at the Hotel Beaux Arts, located in the JW Marriott. Check-in was the usual breeze. There's a special card reader on the left side to get to this section of the hotel, which the main desk showed me. Late check-in, so was a quick trip up and the Hotel Beaux Arts concierge greeted me to do the check-in. Very friendly and gave me the lay of the floor-- there's a reception area and lounge, breakfast is available, internet logistics, and the like. Room was immaculate and the service staff was friendly throughout. The gym was top-notch. Very clean, weights and functional exercise machines, and free weights along with good space and no overcrowding. I ran looking at the buildings, river, and beautiful morning sun. Very close to a 5-star rating. Only big knocks are the excessive elevator waits mid-day and the fact that you have to pay for WiFi (in 2024). I literally waited 11 minutes for an elevator once and probably averaged 4-5 minutes during the day.

Yelp
Got upgraded to a corner king room near the top and loved the room and the view! This hotel is inside the Marriott hotel (they work together on some things, but offer a different experience on others). I got an email ahead of time explaining check in was on the 39 floor, but by the time I got to the hotel, I forgot this and was confused, so it was helpful that the Marriott front desk reminded me. Once I got to the right place, check in was smooth and they walked through the hotel benefits well. There is a daily amenity fee here ($42), which I knew before booking, but it covers perks like a free drink credit, a $42 restaurant credit, museum tickets, and a 30 minute massage. They didn't have any massage appointments available the day I was staying, but offered one for later in the week, which worked out great!

Yelp
When deciding where to stay during my trip to Miami, I took a number of things into consideration: the hotel brand, the location, and the amenities. I'm definitely more of a hotel person vs Airbnb, and I like staying in places that have a solid offering (even if I'm out and about the majority of the day). I ultimately settled on staying in Downtown Miami, as it was easy to get to Miami Beach as well as other places in the city on my itinerary. Since I'm a Bonvoy member, I naturally gravitated to Marriott which is where I found Hotel Beaux Arts. The photos and reviews looked great, the location was a yes, so I decided to book it. As with my other hotel reviews, I'll separate this review into pros and cons - so here we go! Wait - first, a little context. It's worth noting that HBA is a hotel in a hotel. It is actually housed *inside* the JW Marriott Marquis in downtown Miami, occupying the 38th, 39th, and 40th floors. They have their own front desk area on the 39th floor, as well as a separate restaurant, bar, and lounge area. Apart from that, the other accommodations are shared with the JW Marriott. This was an interesting concept, and one I had not seen before. Anyway, onto the pros/cons. One of the biggest pros for me was the decor. HBA is part of Marriott's Autograph Collection which is their brand of hotels that elevate the visitor experience by providing interesting/higher end decor and architecture. They sometimes are housed in repurposed buildings, and typically don't look like a traditional hotel chain. HBA is no exception - its modern decor and opulent design look great. There are also a lot of accommodations; being inside a JW Marriott gives you access to their pool area, fitness center, bowling alley, pickleball court, as well as a few other activities. They offer a breakfast buffet every morning (for a price), as well as 24/7 room service. Upon check in I was given a voucher for a free drink at the bar, and they paired it with a mini charcuterie board which I thought was a nice touch. HBA guests also have access to the restaurants and lounge areas Location is another pro for me - it was super easy to reach all of the Miami hotspots. The main strips of Bayside and Brickell were walking distance, and Wynwood, Miami Beach, and Little Havana were a short drive. The room itself was another pro - it was spacious and modern with great views of the city (my room being on the 40th floor didn't hurt). It had everything one would need in a hotel room - some standouts for me was a coffee bar and a selection of nuts and trail mix (separate from the mini bar). The bed was too soft for my personal taste, but that's more of a me issue. As far as cons, I don't have many. I think being a hotel in a hotel kind of takes way from the uniqueness of HBA - meaning walking in from outside you're not technically in the hotel and have to go upstairs for your dedicated front desk. If you're driving, traffic can be a little jammed here depending on the time of day, and it's not exactly a striking hotel from the exterior. I also think depending on what you're in Miami for, the location might not work for you. Despite it's central location, you're also in a heavy business district; if you're planning to spend most of your time in Miami Beach for instance then HBA isn't ideal. I didn't interact with much of the staff, but whenever I did they were very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Beaux Arts - the aesthetics, location, and accommodations made for a really pleasant experience. With so many hotels around Miami, I would want to explore others that the city offers, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HBA to anyone looking for a recommendation.

Yelp
This hotel did not disappoint! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed. We had room 3825 and it was amazing. The hotel has so much to do, we didn't leave the property.

Yelp
A solid establishment. Was disappointed to have no view when I saw the sun rise on the bay at the breakfast bar. I feel I never seem to get my preferences with bonboy. Hard spots: SLOOOOWWW elevators, noises from walls in early mo

Yelp
Really nice experience at this hotel recently. It's actually the top three levels of the JW Marriott (38-39-40) and is separate to the JW and operated by a wonderful staff of friendly, can-do associates. The check-in area is on the 39th level. We received a really nice welcome and introduction to the hotel and the services offered. Our room was very modern and had a lot of extra bells and whistles that we're not used to. The hotel is in good proximity for an easy walk to Bayside which has a ton of stores And outside bars. Overall an A++ experience.

Yelp
Marriott gold members get $42 dining credit, $21 drinks credit, 30 massage at the spa, a complimentary spa gift and I was also able to snag an upgrade. The views are magnificent from 38th floor... I had no complaints and I would love to come back next time I am in Miami! The restaurant on first floor is pretty good (we used our dining credit there).

Yelp
A mixture of great and could be much better. My room was spectacular. Large, with warm modern decor. Lots of wood and leather. The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Two sinks with plenty of space. Check-in was efficient, although it was in the Marriott lobby on the ground floor because the 39th floor Beaux Arts lobby had not been reopened since being closed due to COVID. The L'Atelier was also still closed, further detracting from the allure of the Beaux Arts as being distinct from the JW Marriott Marquis that occupies most of the rest of the building. Some inconvenient aspects of the room include what appears to be a few form/over-function design choices. The sinks in the bathroom are shallow and produce a lot of splashing when being used. The faucets for the sinks are operated electronically. The water comes out only as a trickle (perhaps as an attempt to reduce splashing?). I was never able to get hot water out of the faucets--it was lukewarm at best--despite pushing the temperature button up to full red. (Water temperatures for the shower and tub were just fine. They used typical mechanical faucet controls.) One must wonder if whomever made the decision to buy these--admittedly good-looking--sinks and faucets had personally tried using them to wash hands or brush their teeth. Nonetheless, Housekeeping in the rooms was terrific. Everything was clean and shiny. There were plenty of fresh towels. There were two plush bathrobes in the closet, but I was surprised there were no slippers because almost all the flooring was tile in the bathroom and hardwood elsewhere. Cleaning in the hallways, however, was a different matter. An empty cocktail glass sat in the elevator lobby for more than 24 hours. I noticed it when checking into my room in the afternoon. It was still there that night. The next afternoon, it was still there but someone had added an empty container of something (a protein drink?) to the pile. Riding the elevator in the afternoon, I saw an empty water bottle. Returning to my room the second night, I was more disappointed than surprised to see trash in the hallway near my room. (See photos.) It occurred to me that I didn't see any waste containers in the common areas. This aesthetic decision should be balanced with frequent monitoring when guests have no place to put their waste. Lighting in the room can be described as plentiful, but too many lights for two few switches. It's typical for floor and table lamps to have their own, independent switches. No problem there. But, as far as I could tell, the only switch for the ceiling and wet bar lights in the living room was far away by the door to the room. (Yes, this aspect being an inconvenience says something about the size of the room.) Why there isn't a switch next to the bar or the bedroom door is mystifying. There is a glass window between the living room and bedroom. Thus, turning the lights off is necessary for a good night's sleep.

Yelp
Names can be misleading. To decompose the name of this property and align it to reality is an adventure of its own. Beaux Arts style of design and architecture is nowhere to be seen here. Yet, it is a grand representation of Bauhaus concepts from the early part of 20th century and the modernism that prevailed after the world war. Elegant, luxurious, sexy. Sharp lines, polished metal, wood free from ornaments. It's a place that makes being here an unforgettable experience and not staying here an unforgivable experience. It is without a doubt a strong five star property as opposed to an entry level contender. For platinum and higher elites, breakfast is included in the highly private and scenic lounge. The selections are good, with many fresh berries, a couple hot items, charcuterie and cheeses. It's not a breakfast to brag about at five star level, but certainly not a run of the mill breakfast either. The inclusion of a menu would be nice to supplement the selections available on self serve basis. Even at property's peak capacity, the lounge is a quiet place, which provides much needed serenity. The Bay suite upgrade for Ambassador elites is quite cozy and appreciated. Spacious living space, with an extra bathroom and all comforts one would imagine in a five star property. It's a bit of a paradox that this hotel sits under Autograph Collection as opposed to Luxury Collection within the Bonvoy portfolio. The biggest drawback in the room is the technology. Despite the spectacular sounding Bang Olufsen sound system, getting connected to the tech here is a nightmare. The remote that comes with tv is incredibly slow and trying to get to Netflix or another app is an adventure of patience and persistence. Typing in a search is an augmented challenge. Inability to cast to TV from the phone severely limits the interface and is reminiscent of "Smart TVs" from the early days of connected televisions. It's a complete disaster. The iPad in the room is rather useless and limited in function as well. The iPad needs to control the room, provide easy ordering of drinks and ability to request custom amenities instead of preconfigured ones. Bluetooth connectivity is quite difficult to accomplish as well. Aside from that, the suite is excellent in every way. Just needs a complete technology revamp. Service was attentive at all times, with a private checkin desk on the floor. Not having a dedicated elevator is another drawback for the property and it is shared with the JW Marriott. It is generally not a big issue, but at peak periods, can become very crowded. Beaux Arts hotel is perhaps one of the best representations of Autograph Collection brand and is an absolute pleasure to stay in. From its timeless elegance of last century and representation of a very interesting design style, it is an oasis in the middle of Biscayne Bay and can often be obtained for a fraction of the cost relative to beachfront properties, while keeping the beach a short and unnoticeable drive away.

Yelp
Thank you to Yonathan at the front desk for making my stay amazing! My cruise docked at 7am and I called the hotel at 5am to see if they could take me for an early check-in at 8am and they kindly accommodated me! The resort fee/my Bonvoy status included a comp massage, a comp drink at the bar breakfast, daily F&B credit, a gift from the spa and more, which was a really nice surprise. The rooms are well-designed and the in-room Illy espresso maker was a nice touch! I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Yelp
A hotel within a hotel? Yes, that does exist! @hotelbeauxartsmiami Hotel Beaux Arts is a modern boutique hotel located in the top floors of the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. A separate lobby with a personal concierge and priority access to all amenities, I felt spoiled with options thanks to the facilities of both the Beaux Arts and the Marriott. L' Atelier was my favorite place to un-wine during the holidays. Open only to Hotel Beaux Arts guests, this exclusive setting included a cocktail lounge with modern art and views overlooking the Biscayne Bay.

Yelp
I am in love with this hotel. I'm so glad I came here and tried the place. I felt like a queen. I felt like the whole bar was own personal bar and it was so intimate and Vladi was so nIce and took care of me. Check out my pics. The hotel itself was so beautiful , chic and classy. Just the way I like my hotels. Will definitely be back here!!! Trust!!!!

Yelp
It is a very nice hotel and the customer service was very good. The rooms itself was very up to date and modern and you felt it was a luxurious stay. I stayed in the executive suite so of course it was spacious, however I felt like it wasn't as clean as it should have been. The drapes for the windows was either very dusty or moldy, couldn't tell which one, the couch was not very clean either with stains and scrapes. It wasn't disgustingly dirty but more so you can tell here and there somebody got lazy. Everything else was amazing, the sink water pressure which was a problem for some, was not for me, the show was amazing, however black tiles I don't agree with for sanitary purposes. Lobby and customer service is what really took this to another level.

Yelp
I wouldn't stay anywhere except here in Brickell. The hotel is amazing and ranks among the top of any Marriott brand hotel. Its modern, sophisticated, and private. Its located on top of the JW Marriott and has a seperate check-in located on the upper floors so upon entering the hotel let the bellman know and proceed directly to the elevator. It also has a separate restaurant, bar, and lounge exclusively for Beaux Arts guests. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with smart technology. The electronics are Bang & Olufsen. I get the corner unit with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Definitely check it out!

Yelp
This hotel is just stunning! It's located in the same building as the JW Marriott so it can be quite confusing for people who are looking for it. The rooms are to die for, starting with the spacious hallways that makes you forget you're in a hotel. My favorite room in this hotel is the Warhol suite as it has some of the most breathtaking views of the clear water and gigantic yachts parked below, stretching from the bedroom to the master bathroom (yes there are 2 bathrooms in this suite). The design is modern with lots of interesting gadgets such as a touch pad remote that controls the entire room. I've stayed in many luxurious and high-end rooms, but not a lot of hotels are as hi-tech and futuristic as Beaux Arts, which has got to be my favorite feature. If you're bored reading walls of text, I'll just sum this hotel up with a short description of why I love it so much: it is dripping in luxury, modern and sophisticated decor, and is filled to the brim with hi-tech gadgets that I'd love to have in my home some day. It's a very good representation of how glamorous and decadent Miami/South Beach is. Be warned, you won't want to leave...

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came here the night before our cruise. It is a very beautiful hotel. The staff was awesome! But I do have two complaints: 1. The room wasn't very clean. There were smudges on the glass above the bed and mirrors. The tub needed reglazing. The chair in the bathroom had dried (dark colored) water marks all over it. 2. They gave the impression that the breakfast would be complimentary but it was no where near that. It was extremely over priced for a continental breakfast. (over $66.00 for two) For the price we paid for the room, it should have been spotless, and there should not been a charge for a couple of bagels, eggs, fruit, coffee, and juice... IJS

Yelp
As good as it gets, 4.5 stars for us but we round it up. Check in at 39 floor, good if it's not busy! It's an Autograph Collection Hotel of the Marriott. Love the L'Atelier Restaurant & Lounge, private for 3 floors of Hotel Beaux Arts guests only, on top of Hotel JW Marriott Marquis, so you got to have all the Marriott amenities but a whole lot more. Love the suite we were in 4002, view of Biscayne Bay, skyscraper, yachts, boats, blue sky, and 180 degree view. Comfortable king bed, gigantic TV, automatic curtains, big jacuzzi tub, shower, extra bathroom, office, living room, iLLY Espresso machine, full stocked bar, his & her bath sink, and Bang and Olufsen entertainment systems. Love the TV on the mirror in the bathroom, the LED rainbow water faucet. I spent a bit of time to play with it! Molton Browne bath products, love! Black robes offered too! Love the state of the art gym and pool, shared with the Marriott! So the virtual golf, ping pong, foosball, 3D theater, virtual bowling, and a full basketball court, and more activities with your family. Breakfast buffet is $26, complimentary because we were PLAT member. Fresh juice, illy Coffee, love it! We booked the package deal with valet parking & we got Comp tickets to the Frost Science Museum and the Perez Museum. The boutique hotel boasts innovative technology, contemporary design, an intimate setting, makes you want to stay in and relax. They offer Mariano Bartolome Indoor Golf School, Enliven Salon and Spa too. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Port of Miami, the American Airlines Arena and upscale dining. Only 44 guest rooms and suites featuring complimentary WiFi, iPad, how about that! A few minor things: - Expect to see your neighbor naked walking around at the Epic Hotel Residence across the building. - Only 4 elevators for all of 41 floors of both hotels, we have to wait longer time when it's prime time lunch/dinner/weekend. So prepare extra 10 minutes to your event/dinner. - The LED rainbow water faucet, except it doesn't work as well! Water splashing over you. - No slippers! - When we come back for an extra key, 2 other guests were in front of us. Expected to way! Since they only have 1 check in desk! - Breakfast buffet is $26, complimentary because we were PLAT member, if pays, not worth it! - All restaurants on the premises auto added 18% Service Charge so keep an eye on your receipt. A true luxury, peaceful, quiet and we love it! We are already looking forward to return soon!

Yelp
Love this place and personalize service. Check-in at 12 pm Miami unheard of... In the heart of downtown... All this entertainment... 10 minutes from port... A win win I will be back. Love Talbot and yule

Yelp
This place is spot on for luxury. If you wanted to take someone to a nice hotel and impress them then you have the right hotel. It sits on the upper three levels of the JW Marriott. They have city and ocean views as well as their own lounge. The rooms are very modern and they have a lot of high end equipment in them. The bathrooms a jus as lavish as the rooms. The room that I stayed in had a ocean view. It was wonderful to wake up to see a sunrise from my bed. The room overlooked the port of Miami and several other high rises but the view was worth it. My only down side to this hotel is that the valet parking is $45. Steep if you're staying only one night.

Yelp
Beautiful rooms... stated of the art in room entertainment. A techie's dream room. This hotel is located inside of the JW Marriott Marquis on Biscayne. They have valet parking for $55 a night. We valeted so I don't know if they have self parking. The valet people were very professional and took care of us every time we entered and left the hotel. This hotel is very nice looking , when we got to the checkin desk we were escorted up to the 39th floor where the Beaux Check in desk is located. The people that checked us is was very pleasant. Once we got our keys it was on to the room. When I walked in The room I was WOWED. This room is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. I love that the room is state of the art.... smart tv, surround sound, IPAD, tv in the bathroom and more. The reason this hotel did not get 5stars is because they do not have a concierge area. But the rooms are amazing.. so if you want a great room this is the hotel to be at!!

Yelp
Worst experience ever, the house keepers either stole or threw away our bathroom products ... a whole big bag of products missing when we came back. Housekeeping of course claimed this to not be the case. Won't ever come back here and am cutting our stay here short.

Yelp
There's a lot to like about this hotel within a hotel, but there are, of course, some drawbacks to be aware of. First, getting to this area with traffic can be a nightmare. If you can Uber, or take a taxi here, so much the better. The hotel that it resides in is the JW Marriott Marquis. That's a very large convention style hotel, and thus it can often get very crowded. Taking the elevator down 40 floors is no picnic, and the elevators often get overcrowded with conventioneers packing in without regard to personal space. The Beaux Arts should have it set up so that it goes down without stopping if a guest enters it on their floors heading out. The room was comfortable and large, with huge floor to ceiling windows and a bathroom with both a tub and shower. Yeah, the sinks are shallow and splash you, but it's fine for a short stay. WiFi in the room worked flawlessly, and the AC worked to keep the room cold. They took forever to service our room; the second day not until 5pm. The on duty staff was super friendly (and super young), but took good care of us. Overall, this is a better choice than the hotel it resides in, and I would stay here again on my next trip into the Magic City.

Yelp
Decent hotel for the price in Biscayne bay, seems like the was a police convention there while we stayed. Unfortunately I was there with my kids, some of the pool antics displayed by the women with the police convention at the pool was really inappropriate, and caused me to explain to the kids society rules and what really shouldn't be done in public. Probably won't return to this place.

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful and has a classy feel with great views. My biggest issue was the service. The service left much to be desired from the long wait times to get car valet to waiting forever for someone at the front desk to help you because there is only one person on duty. I also was a bit disappointed because I had such a lovely room but found that no one cleaned out the fridge so that kind of grossed me out. They just need to pay attention to detail and have better customer service. The restaurant was nice and service was great but the price of the meal doesn't warrant the quality/taste but you can order anything you want if you get one of the higher end rooms. Had a great stay otherwise.

Yelp
STAY ELSEWHERE. Simply not impressed. Spend the extra money for luxury and arrive to an empty (unstocked) mini bar (not even a bottle or wine opener for the drinks we had to purchase at Whole Foods), two towels, front desk that doesn't answer when you call. Please save your money. Let our disappointment help you out. Message me so I can personally tell you how mediocre this place is.

Yelp
As a Marriott Rewards Platinum member, I have stayed in dozens of Marriott properties. This is far and away my new favorite. The hotel itself is described as a "hotel within a hotel". That is to say, the top two floors of the JW Marriott Marquis have been converted into high-end, luxury rooms and suites. After dropping your car off at valet (this is the only option, $36 daily), you enter the impressive lobby and are met by a Marriott employee who asks which property you're checking into this visit. If you tell them it's the Beaux Arts, you are escorted to a private check-in lounge on the 39th floor where you are met by 2-3 BA employees, one of which begins the check-in process while the other arranges for a welcome drink (we were offered beer, wine, or a cocktail...we chose bottled water). After a record-fast check-in time, you are escorted to your room and given a "room orientation" to acquaint yourself with the "comfort, convenience, and technological features of your suite". As Platinum members, we were upgraded to one of the magnificent corner suites and received a bottle of wine and cheese plate as a welcome amenity. The room orientation takes 5-7 minutes and is helpful given the unique features of this hotel suite. The suite itself consisted of an entrance hallway with powder room, a giant living area with wet bar, 55" tv, a white leather sectional, and floor-to-ceiling windows (complete with motorized, remote control sheers and blackout shades).Through the sliding glass door, is the master suite: again with large tv, surround sound speakers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Then there's the bathroom. Two large closets with slippers, robes, and the usual spa items (umbrella, iron, etc.), a glass-enclosed water closet and gigantic stand-up shower (big enough for two, at least). The bathroom is dominated by a mirrored double vanity with LED faucets and a tv inset in the mirror. There is also a sunken tub with hydrotherapy jets and top-notch bath products. You communicate with staff via an iPad to request things like in-room dining, turndown service, and valet. Every touch in the room seemed to be well-thought and purposeful. It felt more like a high-end bachelor apartment than a hotel suite. We will be staying at the Beaux Arts exclusively on future trips to the Miami area.

Yelp
Horrible service at every turn from arrival to departure. Reception clerk didn't know area (said cruise port was half hour away - it's 2.3 miles!, no suggestions for restaurants which I found on own nearby) - no offer to help with bags, inadequate explanation of the facilities and elevator, "business center" has terrible internet, room has no electrical outlet on one side of bed, coffee maker requires entire page of instructions to explain, no other coffee available, breakfast absurdly expensive and totally average, asked for taxi to port and told to use Uber. Decor is ugly - Design by Scarface set designer? Only redeeming qualities are close to port and view. Otherwise horrible experience and another reason I've been shifting my loyalties to Hilton after years with Marriott.

Yelp
If your looking for Luxury, this is the place to be. I arrived a few hours before check in and my room wasn't ready, which is to be expected. Upon my return to the 39th floor, I was greeted by my personal concierge, Linda who upgraded my stay from a standard King to a corner suite on the 40th floor with views of the bay and of the city. I think this may have been the Warhol Suite. Everything was automated and the Bang and Olufsen sound system in both the living room and in the bedroom made me want to invite people over for a party...I obviously didn't but really wanted to. I don't know how they do it, but each day I was greeted by staff by my name as if we were old friends. In addition to the room, Linda and her staff were able to get me onto the guest list of an upscale event at a South Beach restaurant. This was a night to remember. The only negative part of my stay would have to be the crazy traffic of the area, but that is no fault of the venue. Thanks for a great experience!!!

Yelp
NOT for the BUDGET Traveler. With that said this place is top notch. A sleek modern very hip and even more exclusive hotel located on the top three floors of the JW with its own private check in desk, B&O electronics, an iPad for interaction with the staff and electronic shades drapes. There are TV's behind the bathroom mirror, tremendous bath products ( The soap is creamy and lather intensive ) Free full breakfast is included and fantastic views of the water.

Yelp
The view is simply amazing. Comfortable sized room for two people in a good location between Brickell and Downtown. Everyone we encountered was very professional and over all the room was clean and neat. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5... the bathroom is starting to show a bit of wears and tear. The bathroom mirror had many noticeable cracks around it and the tub fixtures have lost its shine. Overall, good stay.

Yelp
I had no idea what I was getting into, honestly the pictures shown on hotel sites do nothing to accurately show the amenities in the room. Everything is automated. Use remotes to do things like open curtains or rotate the television. The IPad they provide you in room is just the best. You can use it to order room service, bath pillows, toothpaste, anything you can think of. It also provides all the info you need on the hotel including dining options. Additionally you can use it to have valet pull your car, have your bags taken down, or send a message to concierge. There are also buttons near the door for privacy and room cleaning instead of hanging a card on the door. The bed was very comfortable. They offer 5 types of pillows (memory foam, buckwheat, feather, body, and one other) that you can have staff bring to your room. The bathroom is great. Super oversized tub stocked with bath soak. Handheld and rain shower. Some sort of marvelous high tech sink. Over abundance of towels. And a tv built into the mirror. Love the furniture and decor in general. Very updated. Really enjoy the speakers in room. Room service had great food. The hotel has all sorts of activities. They have a great fitness center and private fitness rooms that offer scheduled yoga classes twice a day and virtual yoga available whenever. They have virtual golf and bowling. Free WiFi. Some sort of college or pro certified basketball court. There's a spa too. This hotel was actually a great deal, I would love to stay again.

Yelp
Wow!!! I'm not rich. But if I was and I was visiting Miami I would stay here every time!! (Well unless I was expecting to stay on South Beach a whole lot). Anyway, this hotel occupies the top 3 or 4 floors of the JW Marriott downtown. My room had a stunning view of Biscayne Bay with floor to ceiling windows. The hotel room is so technological. Everything from closing and opening curtains, to ordering room service can be done at the touch of a button. There's complimentary breakfast for you while you stay there. And a complimentary drink upon check in. The lounge area is very chic. There is a full, NBA style basketball court on the 19th floor (although it was being used for a banquet at the time. Stupid Yale alumni.) The pool is also on this floor and the fitness center, which has everything needed for an effective workout, is located on the 20th floor. The Hotel Beaux Art staff is what I am going to remember most. They were incredibly accommodating. I don't want to spoil anything for anyone else planning to visit, but it was my birthday and they did something very nice for me. The 5 star star rating is very deserved. This place was great.

Yelp
Three stars for the customer service and an amazing view but honey when I tell you these walls are thin!!! I could hear the man next to me complaining every night to his wife about his coworkers and how it's boring having dinner with them and I could hear another couple having extremely loud sex. As a light sleeper, I can not stay here again though it was hilarious. I personally wasn't impressed with all the gadgets in the room but this place is probably more suitable for a bachelor in his early 20s. Another plus is they did let me checkout at 3 pm since my flight was at 7.

Yelp
This place is pretty awesome. This has been one of the best hotel experience that I have had. It helped to kick off our forth coming week of cruising. The Hotel Beaux Arts is special section of the JW Marriott in downtown Miami. They encompass the upper floors of the Marriott building (38th, 39th, and 40th floors). However, you also get to use all of the standard facilities of the Marriott. 19th floor Full Basketball court, pro shop, and pool/hottub 20th Fitness Center (This is one the best hotel fitness centers I have seen or used) Our stay started with our greeting and meeting with the concierge. They were very helpful and offered us our choice of drink. After the brief checking process we were escorted to our room and shown how to use inroom IPAD and Entertainment center. We stayed in the Rooms facing the pool (away from the bay) and were thoroughly pleased. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered great views. The entertainment center used high end equipment (I enjoy tech gadget like while others may find it frustrating). The king sized bed was one of the most relaxing bed that I have slept on. The bathroom was impressive as well. Full Jacuzzi Tub with necessary bath accessories (salts, brushes, etc.) Separate Rain Shower Isolated toilet Large Waterfall sinks Built-in TV to the mirror Ordering Room service or ice is made easy with the use of the ipad. There is a built in app, in which you can place all order to the concierge. The buffet style breakfast is served on the 39th floor. The selection is premium, covering almost all of the bases. The cab ride from the marriott to the cruise port was quick, however make sure you get a good price on the ride. The Marriott concierge held us a cab. The ride cost us $25 and we think were were taken on that. As leaving from the port to a further location only cost us $12.

Yelp
Great hotel! Very modern, high-end and classy. Central location. Complimentary breakfast is also an added benefit. I felt like we did Miami in style. Friendly staff - very accommodating and helpful. Concierge service is extremely thorough and prompt. Found us last minute tickets to the Miami Heat game. Lively city with amazing history. Highly recommend a tour of the port from Bayside.

Yelp
Be aware the app navigations will absolutely not guide you to this hotel which is near impossible the find. This review reflects only the complete lack of customer service when I call requesting direction to their location as I ultimately gave up looking for the hotel. Instead of assisting me to find this hotel, I was told simply 'it's hard to find' and promptly just gave me the address again when I ask for assistance. Upon requesting further clarification, I was dismissed with a 'it's across from the Ross' comment. If you are unfamiliar with the streets of Miami, don't rely on the app for support or call the hotel. It is an absolute lost cause. Note to management - consider training your staff to be more helpful given the known difficulties in finding your location. This customer canceled his reservation and is now comfortably relaxing at the Ritz.

Yelp
Really, Marriott? Really? The JW Marriott Marquis is a very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, excellent amenities, good service. Just right. The Beaux Arts tries to be MORE, and fails. The Hotel Beaux Arts is an exercise in style over substance, of form over function. It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to set the alarm clock. Mind you, I design complex computing environments for a living, write code, and understand the internals of several networking protocols. Sure, it's neat looking, but it's five times more complex than anyone needs. The bathroom was maddening. The electronic faucets in the vanity sinks sure look neat with their LEDs and chrome. But, they're useless. Water comes out at a dribble. They shut off automatically after a minute or so to be "eco-friendly" or something, but since the water flows so stingily, you go through three shutoff cycles before you even start to get hot water. The shower is big enough for half a dozen people to stand in, more if you really want to get cozy, and the shower selector didn't work well. This is "luxury" as defined by the oooo-look-shiny crowd. Does the toilet really need a glass door partitioning it off from the rest of the room? It offers no privacy from someone else in the bathroom since it's just clear glass. Either make it functional by frosting it, or get rid of it so I don't go plowing into it in the middle of the night while stumbling to take a leak in the dark. I'd say the bathroom could comfortably be 30-40% smaller and give the extra floor space to the rest of the room. The sinks are ridiculous, with no way to hold water - there's no drain plunger. A sink that doesn't hold water and hot water that emerges at a trickle... shaving in the morning is bloody frustrating. God forbid you drop anything in the sink, either. Because of the way it's designed, it falls under a lip and then toward the drain, and you need to grope blindly to retrieve it. These are fancy public lavatory sinks, not bathroom sinks, and they aggravated the hell outta me. Please find whatever design school drop-out that put that bathroom together and beat them senseless. Another thing - a bunch of down coverlets + Miami = OMFG I'M MELTING! I had to run the A/C at 65 to get any sleep without stewing in my own juices. How 'bout just some nice high-thread-count flannel sheets and call it a night? It's Biscayne Bay, not a Swiss chalet. If you're a business traveler, and they offer you an "upgrade" from the JW to the Beaux Arts, say "no thank you." The regular hotel rooms are better laid out, with more functional bathroom facilities, better desk/work areas, and less overall silliness. If you're the sort who's easily impressed by some laminate wood flooring, brushed metal, and blinky-lights, it might be the place for you if you're willing to pay the $100 a night premium. The *only* thing I actually liked was the stereo - it was nice to wake up and have coffee with the local classical station playing through a decent set of speakers. Didn't make up for the fact that the nearest electrical outlet to the nightstand was halfway across the room and the workdesk a total afterthought as far as usable space. Yes, it's got a great view. Sure, you get a concierge to toady to you. Yes, there's a precious little lounge with complimentary breakfast and beverages. Still, the Beaux Arts is like the extra layer of frosting on an already tasty cake: unnecessary, overbearing, and ultimately unsatisfying.

Yelp
We were pleasantly pleased upon checking into the JW Marriott that we had been upgraded to a room at the luxurious Beaux Arts Hotel! The receptionist escorted us to the elevator, granting us access to the three floors reserved just to the hotel. The concierge was so nice and excited to introduce us to all the amenities and premium offerings elusive to just these rooms. The room itself was okay. With the hype between both receptionist we had spoken with we expected more. This could be a function of our experiences with other higher end hotels in other states or having been our first time staying in Miami. An iPad acts as a digital concierge allowing for ease of order for room service, valet vehicle retrieval, hotel overview, and more. Wall mounted controls open the shades, which expose a beautiful view of the bay. Potentially one of the greatest features of the room. Other than those two above, the room was a little dirty, the sinks were too shallow and splashed all over the countertops, the bed was uncomfortable, the decor was very modern and slightly sterile. Breakfast was underwhelming: boxed cereal, fruit, yogurt, and bread. We checked out a little disappointed we didn't get a chance to see what we missed out on, since the JW Marriott rooms never disappoint and already have a price tag over $600/night. If we went back to Miami we would stay at JW again but would not pay whatever the extra is to stay at the Beaux. Thanks for the upgrade though!

Yelp
From now until the end of time, every hotel will be simply a room compared to this. It was that fantastic. I shelled out about a third of my marriott rewards points for this stay and I can honestly say it was the best spent rewards points ever. The hotel is the top three floors of the JW Marquis hotel and is accessible by key card only. The rooms feature marble floored bathrooms with jacuzzi tub and rain shower. I was (happily) upgraded to a suite including a livingroom with a view of the entire biscayne Bay Area. Automatic opening curtains and an iPad are two of the coolest features of the room. From the iPad you can order services, towels, ask about dining and activities, order a taxi or your valet parked car, access the internet, and learn more about the local area. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The lounge featured free soft drinks and water which was a fantastic perk. Breakfast was in the lounge at the completely amazing hours between 6 and 11 so you can sleep in and still be well fed! While each day has a different hot option, they always include breakfast meats (hot and cold cuts), pastries and bread, cereal, juice, coffee, fresh fruit, and mimosa's. The staff is super helpful to keep you stocked and are quick to accommodate any request. The lounge itself is set up to relax in and is equipt with flat screen TV's, couch areas, and a bar. The front desk staff was always available to answer any and all questions. They helped me plan transportation to and from various attractions with cost estimates as well as recommendations. If I could have it my way, I would have unpacked and lived in my penthouse suite for the rest of my life. Or maybe just until I got my bedtime cookies delivered (every night by housekeeping!). Everything down to the finest detail was exquisite. I stay in a lot of hotels, and I will have to be pretty impressed to come across anything this nice after this experience. Completely worth the rewards points and I really hope to stay here again!!!

Yelp
I would totally have given 5 stars if I didn't include the attitude we've received by numerous employees... I'm sure I'll write more later, but this needed to be done now. I would like to address something... We stay MANY different places. Between the two of us, we have backpacked over 5 days in the woods, backpacked through and stayed in top spots in Thailand, stayed in the best places in Colorado, crashed on houseboats, sailed with a private Captain and crew, spent time in Jamaica and Mexico, done extensive work with American Red Cross disaster relief, been on a shark dive, etc. One of our favorite things (and mine to write about) is how people treat us, there is nothing more entertaining. I never go out of my way to impress for other's sake, yet do take the time to be 100% presentable. The looks and attitude we have received at this place have been almost comical. How DARE you treat us any different because I happen to have dreadlocks or he happens to be wearing a baseball hat. I speak with respect, smile and try to send out my best energy to everyone. You would think if someone is spending a small fortune, that they've worked hard for, you would go out of your way to smile, respect and accommodate right back.... Your hotel is near immaculate, your view spectacular, but you need to put your staff through some classes on how to control their looks and tone of voice. If we needed to take classes in ARC to treat ALL people in disasters with respect, maybe you should spend the loot to do the same with your employees? Addition: It just took an hour to have ICE delivered to our room...?! Then waited over an hour and half for a steak sandwich, that had an extra addition of twine inside! Not to mention, I saw a bellhop actually crawl aboard a luggage cart to fit more people in the elevator and chose to SIT on someone's luggage! Between the attitude and the unprofessional nature of the employees; this is a supposed 5 star hotel, correct? #payingtoomuch for #horribleservice

Yelp
Luxury has evolved! Hotel Beaux Arts miami should be in the dictionary next to luxury, modern, classy, state-of-the-art and AWESOME. The Beaux Arts is a luxury boutique hotel located on the 38th, 39th and 40th floor of the JW Marriott Marquis hotel in Downtown Miami and is a centerpiece for sophistication, technology and contemporary design. I recieved VIP service from the time I left my keys with valet to the time valet returned my car opened the door for me to get in and said, "thank you for staying with us." Upon arrival were had a Beaux Arts bellman waiting for us in the lobby of the JW Marriott Marquis. He escorted us up to the private check-in front desk of the Beaux Arts Hotel on the 38th floor which was quick, painless and very welcoming. The suited bellman then escorted us to our room.... he opened the door and jazz music was playing an amenity of wine and chocolate had been awaiting our arrival. The bellman then explained the in-room entertainment features of remote controlled video and sound systems, our huge LCD tv, cordless phones, home theater stereo, iPod station and of course the fully equipped iPad. The iPad had access to hotel services from ordering room service, scheduling spa times, calling valet to get our call, restaurant hours and MORE! The bathrooms were equipped with TV's in the mirrors and hot tub!! The in-room technology enhanced my guest experience more than any other hotel I had visited. The rooms left me in awe with its technology and majestic views of Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami and Miami Beach. Not only the rooms were SPECTACULAR, but the lifestyle and entertainment complex within the hotel were "WOW"! Amazing gym with EVERYTHING and a kick-butt view! A huge NBA approved basketball arena which can apparently be turned into a full-sized tennis court, virtual bowling, Spa and more...It is quite overwhelming all of the things you can experience at this hotel! We rented out the basketball court for a couple of hours and all I can say is "wow"! We had a basketball attendant who brought water and towels and catered to all of our needs while on the court. This was truly REMARKABLE HOTEL AND STAY!!

Yelp
The room was absolutely lovely. Bed was super comfortable, and the shower and tub (complete with jacuzzi jets) were very relaxing. Our view was gorgeous. Unfortunately, that is where the luxury ended. The virtual sports arena on the 19th floor was unavailable because of a private party with no apology from the concierge. Dining was limited and unimpressive. On top of that, it took 45 minutes to get ice to our room. We stayed there two nights, and that was enough. Never again.

Yelp
Wants to be something it's not. Trying to be upscale without providing upscale service or amenities. People want obvious things to be easy - that's what they pay for. Rooms are small, but beautiful and have some cool new technology (although a lot of it doesn't work). For the price, there are a ton of better options within walking distance. We stumbled upon Kimpton Epic and wished we had stayed there. The elevators from the top floor where the hotel is located take ages. Other hotels would have a separate elevator with this set up. Ordering coffee in the morning takes at least 45 minutes and there's no option for fast coffee other than walking 3 blocks to a crowded Starbucks. The hotel coffee shop was never open in the morning. The shower is tiny and impossible to store shampoo bottles or shave your legs. They provide no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. Not even pumps in the shower. Nothing. Customer service stinks. This is a long review but I have time since, based on my outgoing calls, I ordered coffee 40 minutes ago...

Yelp
I stayed for a week at the Hotel Beaux Arts and the place was amazing. It is on the highest floors so the views for almost every room are amazing. Upon checking in at the private reception desk, there was a issue with my bank card not being notified for the transaction. We had to wait around until a couple of things to be sorted and in that time the front desk person offered to hold onto our luggage and he even invited us for a tour of a upgraded room with a different view. Upon returning, the Valet crew is amazing. They are so professional and a masterclass of valet service. They know to have the temp. in the vehicle between 70-76 temp range. The elevator gave me motion sickness, but that's because my body hates me so going up so many floors and down was unpleasant but not anyone's fault. The hotel room itself was impeccable. it had a awesome bathroom, everything was very clean the entire room is automated and the room service was very prompt. The only knock is the breakfast that is for the beaux arts guest only really sucked. It was a cold bar, but there was a attendant who was very helpful..even offered to slice my bread for me so that brought that experience up. The pool is awesome, the same floor of the pool there is a poolside menu for food and a myriad of activities to visit including a movie theatre. The staff was amazing throughout, the location is being built up so in a couple of years this place may be the best place to stay in the area. There is a daily destination fee which i have seen lowbrow hotels due.. why not just include it in the price and bump up the nightly fee? The hotel wifi was also not clear. We had paid for it in the destination fee although when you go to sign it asked for the credit card information. once again, this is a managerial and administration concern, the hotel itself is awesome and i would stay at this one again if i visited the Biscayne area.

Yelp
I wouldn't stay here again. There are far better options within walking distance. Here's a list of the issues that we had in May '18. - elevators take at least 5 mins - mirror in bathroom was broken - bathroom sink did not have hot water - in room speakers required aux cable to connect to your phone or a CD to play - soap scum all around the shower - dirty carpet - toilet seat broken
