The landscape from the room is wonderful, the jacuzzy of the room is a perfect experience! The bed and the pillows are so comfortable!! The great air gave us a breath experience |The garden and the Jacuzzy are so nice|The food and the service are so great |I would stay for more if I new all this

They are very pleasant propreitors. It’s nicely decorated. There stairs to the entrance and rooms, which is why it is nice that they offer to help with the luggage. The rooms are clean and pleasant.

Wonderful visit here. Staff was very accommodating especially given the holiday. Great breakfast, amazing views and places to relax.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious, Amazing Breakfast and most of all the view over the clif to the maditrenean sea and the sea shore. Room were very clean, public Jacuzzi warm and convenient. Lots of towels and free coffee and tea at the lobby.

Really disappointed with my experience with this location. I unfortunately had to cancel my trip and communicated the cancellation during the proper window. They claim to never received this cancellation and charged me the full amount of the reservation. They then gave my reserved room to someone else even though I tried to come anyway. Essentially, they double dipped and got paid twice for the same room.

Very disappointing hotel. We found insects in our bed. There is plastic single use glass in the bathroom and same for coffee. In the shower we found someone's hair. We brought a bottle of wine and asked for a 2 glass for wine and were refused. The concierge told us that we can use coffee disposable glass. TV quality signal is poor and doesn't fits acceptable standard. The breakfast very disappointing. Worst breakfast I ever had in Israeli hotels.

Great little hotel, if you have no problem in climbing multiple stairs. They do offer to carry your luggage up the stairs, if you call them. There are 4 brothers who manage the hotel and man the front desk. I only met 3 of them, and they were all impatient with people on the phone and in person. They were polite, but I felt I was "bothering" them and they were "doing me a favor". A HUGE ADVANTAGE is their open terrace, which, in my opinion, makes the place. The wonderful breeze that blows through is delightful. The breakfast selection is very good and fresh. They will make you an omelette and make you a cup of great coffee, but NOT on Saturday (they keep Kosher). The rooms are okay. Nothing more, nothing less. All in all, 4 of 5 stars... 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This was a very nice small hotel with a balcony view of the Mediterranean and the same view from the dining area. The people are very friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was great. This was our first time in Zichron Yaakov.
