Beautiful soviet era hotel with modern rooms. Clean room with great amenities. Convent locations with most major attractions within a short walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel 3 times, in August, September and November.I work as a manager in a department in the tourism sector in my own country, but the best thing for me in this hotel is the employees. the staff are really great and helpful.Especially Aleksandra and Alina, who work at the reception, work really devotedly and are very helpful, they tried to help me with everything every time I came to the hotel. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel is its friendly, helpful and dedicated staff.I would like to thank especially Aleksandra and Alina. If I briefly talk about the hotel The location of the hotel is nice. The river view is wonderful. Close to public transportation points to reach the city center. The hotel also has a pool, spa and parking.Wifi connection does not work very well everywhere except the lobby, in some rooms the wifi problem needs to be solved but you can use your own internet.Rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff are great too.In my opinion, the most negative part of the hotel is the restaurant. They are weak on food and need a stronger food menu and more delicious food. The most negative part for me was the food, but you can also buy food from outside. For me, the biggest plus of the hotel is its staff and location. I would definitely like you to see the river view.See you again when I visit Minsk city again. Take care Hotel Belarus family

The location of the hotel is very beautiful and lively, as it has a very beautiful garden in front of it and a very large and wonderful water canal. It is also close, a 15-minute walk from the Galleria mall and many restaurants and brands. It is also close to a street that does not calm down on holidays and many museums and churches. The design of the hotel is beautiful. Where inquiries have a very large area and multiple sessions, it contains a small coffee shop. The hotel also contains a simple supermarket, a pharmacy, a money exchange outlet, and shops that sell heritage items. The hotel consists of six elevators that operate quickly and comfortably. The hotel rooms are clean and of medium size, but the single rooms are somewhat small and the bed is very small, but the view of the rooms is It is very wonderful, as you have gardens and an irrigation canal in front of you, and the breakfast is very varied, and the hotel contains a swimming pool and an integrated care center.. An experience worthy of it and we recommend it.

I have stayed here before and it's a clean, safe bet for first trips to the capital. A (now) western level of comfort and all the services are there. Cafe and lobby bar have very affordable treats, for example. Breakfast is varied and decent, very efficiently cleared tables and topped-up food areas.||The rooms are modern, clean and the views are likely the best in the capital - ask for a high floor. The only annoying things are the centrally controlled AC and only half-openable windows. The latter undertsndable, but still annoying for photos!||Being an old Soviet hotel, you kinda have to expect the brown water - It's something I see a lot. But for lesser used rooms, housekeeping need to be going in and running the water for a good five minutes every now and then - to save guests getting a shock. For those unfamiliar with the region, it can be concerning.||Book ahead for a better price. They'll take cash or card (Apple Pay/UK Visa Debit working at this time)

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, cleaning is done daily. There was a beautiful view from the window on the 17th floor. There was not enough kettle in the room. The hotel also has a dining room, a restaurant with panoramic views and a swimming pool.

Great Hotel. Many aspects of the Hotel are 5 star - the Foyer, shops, reception, pool, restaurant, breakfast, King rooms, the views, Panoramic lift etc. Very friendly and helpful receptionists, barman, shop assistants whom were all very patient with a confused New Zealander haha. All spoke English. I learned a little Belarus but was afraid to use it ). Next time I will. Breakfast was a Belarus buffet which was great and interesting foods for breakfast. Far better than the conventional Western breakfast. The breakfast staff were most professional and helpful. Good security who were diligent and aware but still respectful. The pool staff were friendly, they have their rules and one had to obey )) The saunas are perfect. ||||I had a King room, very large with interesting ornate furniture. Plus a veranda with brilliant views. Excellent bathroom. A friend stayed a night in a double room, smaller but looked perfectly adequate. Good cleaning staff that were most happy to help.||||Just a 200 metre short walk through beautiful gardens and over a river bridge to the main street. Galleria Mall restaurant Васiлькi top floor is worth a visit. Original Belarus setting and decor, and the Belarus food they serve is superb. I found Oktyabrskaya Street a lively nightlife area. ||||Belarus people are most friendly and cultured. ||||Plan to return in Winter for the snow. Excuse me if I say to much ) Simon

A very nice modern hotel in Minsk within walking distance of down town. The reception was very helpful and they spoke English. On the ground floor there were several shops, a bar and a restaurant which was also the breakfast room. The coffee/bar next to the reception is rather handy and friendly. The shop sells sweets, snacks and alcohol in addition to the usual souvenirs. The lifts were modern and fast. The rooms were adequate and clean as were the bathrooms. Except for tea and coffee, most facilities were available in the room. The Panorama restaurant on the very top floor was very good but can get crowded if there is a reception. A very good hotel and my only criticism is the feeding frenzy at breakfast time which starts at 0700hrs. There are coach loads of people who have to depart at a specified time and they all descend in a body. I found this rather unappetizing.

Much better than I expected. Quick check-in, Ekaterina was very helpful even though we were a little complicated with extra wishes. The rooms obviously recently renovated. A little small but absolutely ok. The bathroom clean and well arranged. Breakfast was really good with something for everybody's taste. From continental to English to sweet cakes and porridge, even near to the end the employees still were bringing replenishment. Modern coffee machines and tea available. Very satisfied with the whole stay and that for an unbeatable price. The view of the city was very good and the hotel is placed near the park with an easy walk of about 10 minutes to the city centre.
