I am so glad that I found this hotel. This was my first trip to Santo Domingo and I was really impressed by all the staff members here. I felt so comfortable after entering the building and meeting the receptionist Patricia. This lady made me feel like I belonged in Santo Domingo. She pulled up my Travelocity booking and checked me in so smoothly I was just relaxed. I had questions about things to do, safety concerns but she just made me not worry. I was assisted to my room by, I think, Francisco. Needless to say, I had an awesome rest.||||I was assisted by the manager the next day in finding a tour which included a personal driver and it was very budget friendly for me. I told her what I wanted and she did the rest. The driver (Ricky) went out of his way to give me an enjoyable time visiting the colonial zone, there eyed cave, etc. ||||Rosemary helped me to find places to eat, told me of how to get to places safely. It seems like I needed something from all the employees and they came through. They organized my transportation to the airport and the driver, Richard, arrived promptly to the hotel to take me to Las Americas airport.||||I don't know of other places but I am so thankful I stayed at Hotel Real Bella Vista that I don't plan on looking anywhere else. Their location just seems ideal to me as well, I could walk to the supermarket and shops or to the main roads for transportation.||||||I must wish the staff here all the best because if my stay is the norm then they are really a great group. This attitude seems to be in all the staff because even the manager's helpful mannerism with customers and fellow employees was displayed in his cheerful attitude. I was at home. I just can't thank them enough.

Since the first moment I entered this Hotel I was treated correctly. The front desk staff was awesome..They ask and understand all my needs and work with every single situation to make my staying a wonderful one. I was here for like a month! So I can guaranty that this is the norm. The service off limits! the Kindness outstanding! I need to mentioned some names because you guys make me feel like I was home! Thanks Janina, Francisco, Rosemary,Cynthia,Patricia, all the lovely maids and their hard working employees that make you feel special. Also need to thanks the GM Eduard Munoz for your always be reachable and attentive!||||Need to come back to Dominican Republic in november and here is definitely the place I will choose to stay. I love staying at Hotel Bella Vista last January. Excellent customer service, I truly felt at home during my one month stayed at Hotel Bella Vista. Location is close to all the attractions and business areas. You won't find a better place to stay.

The hotel management and staff are very attentive and caring.||This privately located hotel is comfortable, cozy and located near the heart of town, yet close to major roads that lead to neighboring suburbs, and about a half hour from SDQ airport. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is great.

My family stayed at the Real Bella Vista to celebrate my fathers birthday. It was off season (Februrary) but with the indoor pool area, the game room, kids club and activities arranged by the animation crew, there was plenty of things to do at the hotel. ||The crew and service at the hotel was exceptionally good. Rafael at the reception was very helpfull and patient with our tour planning. The kids were having a great time with Sonya and Augusto and the rest of the animation crew. Everybody at the hotel was super helpful which helped make our stay very special. Thank you, and hope to see you again.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were good although a little scruffy in places. Food was usually good. Bacon was cold one morning.||There was bit of a party going on one night that was noisy and it was very late.
