I am so glad that I found this hotel. This was my first trip to Santo Domingo and I was really impressed by all the staff members here. I felt so comfortable after entering the building and meeting the receptionist Patricia. This lady made me feel like I belonged in Santo Domingo. She pulled up my Travelocity booking and checked me in so smoothly I was just relaxed. I had questions about things to do, safety concerns but she just made me not worry. I was assisted to my room by, I think, Francisco. Needless to say, I had an awesome rest.||||I was assisted by the manager the next day in finding a tour which included a personal driver and it was very budget friendly for me. I told her what I wanted and she did the rest. The driver (Ricky) went out of his way to give me an enjoyable time visiting the colonial zone, there eyed cave, etc. ||||Rosemary helped me to find places to eat, told me of how to get to places safely. It seems like I needed something from all the employees and they came through. They organized my transportation to the airport and the driver, Richard, arrived promptly to the hotel to take me to Las Americas airport.||||I don't know of other places but I am so thankful I stayed at Hotel Real Bella Vista that I don't plan on looking anywhere else. Their location just seems ideal to me as well, I could walk to the supermarket and shops or to the main roads for transportation.||||||I must wish the staff here all the best because if my stay is the norm then they are really a great group. This attitude seems to be in all the staff because even the manager's helpful mannerism with customers and fellow employees was displayed in his cheerful attitude. I was at home. I just can't thank them enough.
