There were brown marks all over the curtains. The heating didn't work in the room, and the service guy came and tried to gaslight us that the heating was fine, which it wasn't. Eventually he brought an electric heater. It would have been much better if he had just said, "Sorry there's a problem with the heating, let me get you an electric heater". They were very good about exchanging the feather duvet and pillow for non allergenic ones. The breakfast was nothing special except they appear to have found the slowest, worst toaster in Europe. Finally, at checkout, they tried to make us pay again for the whole stay, despite already having paid on Booking.com.
