Lovely place to stay in Baden Baden. Old world charm. Pleasant and helpful staff. Each room is different with art and interesting furniture. The afternoon tea in the garden is a pleasure. Our room was a junior suite so we had plenty of room and it's quiet whatever room you're in, I should think. The hotel is just a short walk from most places you want to go in the town. You need to get a taxi from Baden Baden train station.

Wonderful stay at the Belle Époque in Baden-Baden. Initially, I changed rooms as the first was a little too large and impersonal for my taste. I think it was a converted conference room. The man on reception offered me a choice of two alternatives. The new room (superior double for single use) was in a building next to the main house with a lift. It was lovely, a good size with a balcony overlooking the terrace and garden. It had a lounge area, desk, minibar, very comfortable bed, and a small but well planned bathroom. TV with multiple channels, including ten in English from the UK. WIFI was poor in the building and I often was unable to get WIFI in my room. ||Breakfast was very good, eggs cooked in different ways, cold meats, vegetables, pickles, breads and pastries, a variety of teas and juices, coffee, yoghurts, mixed fruits, and seeds. The team really tried different gluten free bread to get one that was good. Aternoon tea/coffee was included 3-5pm with cake. The team were formal as I would expect where I had stayed, helpful and attentive though. The cleaning ladies were lovely and chatty. Everywhere was so clean and well kept. The hotel does not have its own restaurant but you can eat at their sister hotel almost opposite.||The garden and terrace were beautiful to eat or sit out in - terrace with chairs or garden with loungers. There was a small fountain, it was so peaceful. The location was great - 5 minutes to walk into town and close to the Lichtentaler Allee and the rose garden. I parked in the hotel’s car park, it was easy and secure, if a little expensive at €24 for 24 hours (at the time of my stay).||Ultimately I loved my stay and would happily return.

Let's start with some useful information: not all rooms are situation in the “historic” building. The rooms are divided into three buildings (pay attention not all have elevator). The main building is a magnificent an old mansion. The garden WOOOOW!!! Beautiful and very well-kept. I must say that perhaps the highlight of the facility is the main building. Breakfast is also served there in magnificent rooms. I must say that I noticed a big difference on the quality of the breakfast offer between Sunday morning and Monday morning....choice of food ok but nothing special. For a 4-star hotel I would have expected more. The staff very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the waiters. I suggest having a cocktail in the garden. Very kindly they showed us two rooms and let us choose the one we preferred: very large and bright room. I must say the room spacious and worthy of a 4-star hotel, the bathroom on the other hand very disappointing. Small and cramped. Overall a good stay in the heart of Baden Baden, the city center is within easy walking distance including the two thermals baths. Very nice and pleasant town. Overall I highly suggest a stay at this hotel (also tried the Petit Prince restaurant in the sister hotel with great food).

Stunning hotel in the middle of town. Like a magical oasis in the desert!! Beautiful setting, a lovely big room overlooking the stunning gardens. Excellent staff and service. It all combines to make a wonderful stay in a delightful hotel. Thoroughly recommended, thank you.

This hotel has seen better days. The rooms smell|After anti-moth paper or just old humidity . It was terrible. But the staff tried to be friendly and professional although I had the feeling they know that the „belle epoches“ were over long time ago.

The belle epoque hotel takes you back in time to a beautiful, aristocrat era. Luxurious without being pretentious. The staff were all very friendly, kind, helpful and anticipated your needs without having to ask. They all remembered my coffee order after the first morning. ||Breakfast was served in a sumptuous dining room. The selection was delicious having both indulgent and healthy options. The garden just off the dining room is an oasis in the middle of the town. ||They serve tea between 3-5. And set you up in front of a cozy fireplace. The tea selection was huge and delicious. ||The room is large with a vey comfortable bed ( I have difficulties sleeping and slept through the night). The bathroom has a shower and a huge jacuzzi tub with an extra paid option where they bring you goodies for a beautiful experience. ||The location was a two minute walk to all the shops. ||I fell in love with this charming hotel and will definitely be back.

A real rip off. Living off a reputation they should have lost long ago. Tired and dirty rooms (there was food waste in ours when we moved in). The staff were insensitive, robotic, rude and unhelpful. All anyone cared about was getting their hands on as much of your money as possible

The building itself is a work of art. We were luckily upgraded to a deluxe suite room in the main building, with fantastic view overlooking the charming courtyard garden and mountain trees further away. The room itself was clean, well-decorated and sufficiently equipped. The gentleman at the reception desk was very helpful, welcoming, and professional. In general we greatly enjoyed our stay there. The only complaint is about the breakfast service. We sat inside the dining room since all the outside spots were taken. By the time all other guests left and we were the only guests remained eating( still 45 mins before the breakfast service ended) , the staffs began to clean up the tables, making all kinds of noise banging cupboards around and stirring up dusts all over the place. We felt so disturbed that we just finished our breakfast in a haste. Why just couldn’t they clean up until guests finish their breakfast? Or is this another case of racial discrimination since our presence seemed “ invisible” to them? This is not the service I expected in a 4-star hotel, with a price like this. They should be properly trained to respect their guests, regardless of their country of origin or racial appearance.
