Hotel Bendesa

The hotel is a bit outdated, but still great value for money. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a balcony and mini fridge. The bathroom is fine as well The outdoor area with pool and palm trees is spacious and perfect for relaxing. It’s very quiet since the hotel is in a side alley, yet only a 5-minute walk to busy Legian Street

The hotel room looks a bit dated, but is still pleasant, especially for what we consider a very reasonable price. The breakfast selection is very limited, but very tasty. The hotel facilities are also quite complete, with a fairly large parking lot and a swimming pool. The hotel staff is also very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, we ended up staying at a construction site. Bricklaying, chiseling, and milling are going on all day. Another thing worth noting are the towels. Although they are changed every day, they look old and have many cracks around the edges. Nevertheless, they smell fresh and are clean. The value for money is right! 👍

In the heart of Kuta but quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms were simple but really big. A nice budget friendly spot to do some last minute shopping before flying home.

We stayed here for 19 nights/3 rooms as a family holiday. (Ground floor) no lifts. Location is perfect for us. Easy access to JL Legian and JL Benasari. ( Back door) Supermarket and laundry just on the doorstep in Benasari. Rooms cleaned daily by friendly staff. Bed comfortable, fridge in room, AC worked well, plenty of hot water. Linen etc changed regularly. Breakfast served daily again very friendly staff. Pool access great and clean. For the price it was great. Things not available. #Daily bottle water #no hairdryer #no inroom safe. At front office only but that worked well. #Room towels for pool use only just ask for more. #limited toiletries #more shade would be great and more comfortable pool lounges. Restaurant closes just after lunch. BUT FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION I WOULD CERTAINLY STAY AGAIN.

Didn’t expect this hotel to be the most expensive one we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Indonesia, however, that was the case after accounting for the 1.3million rupiah (£65), stolen from my wallet by the staff. Pay a small amount more and stay somewhere more reputable. After reading other reviews it seems theft is commonplace at this hotel (both in rooms and with left luggage), it’s just not worth the risk. The staff showed us a few minutes worth of CCTV footage after “reviewing” hours worth. Miraculously, but unsurprisingly, nothing was found. Our bags were left with the hotel staff with 2 Mil rupiah in a wallet inside. Several hours later we return to find our bags in the same position they were left (in a staff only area), but with the only 700k left in the wallet (presumably leaving some in the hopes of us not noticing for a few days). Plenty of waffle and nonsensical excuses from the staff. No resolution was offered and we left out of pocket. Their pools not bad to be fair to them! I personally don’t think it’s worth risking the security of all your belongings though, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

In all my years of travel, i have never been to a more excellent hotel, it was sublime, the rooms were as clean as my search history. ||The service was amazing, I had asked for more towels and recieved them exactly 1.23 seconds later, just amazing.||No words can be used to describe the absolute joy I felt from staying in this place, You would have to pay me to never go again. To the next person staying at this hotel, You are incredibly lucky.||the holiest hotel of all hotels.

We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights in May 2018. The location was excellent, it is just a 30 second walk from the main strip. Probably 5-10 min walk to the main club Sky Garden and 15 min walk to the beach. ||||The rooms themselves were very clean (even smelled very clean) and were good size. We had a large double bed and still good amount of storage and space to walk around. ||||I really liked that it was very close to a 24 hour mini mart - meant there was always water/snacks able to be bought.||||Staff were always friendly and nice throughout our stay. ||||The hotel provided breakfast at a very good rate and it was very good quality (great value for money). We had the Nasi Goreng and the Pancakes, both were fantastic. ||||Only minor disappointment is that there is quite a lot of rubble around with the ongoing building works. There was the occasional banging, however never during sleeping hours. It will be even better when it’s finished. I never had a hot shower, it was always lukewarm at best, but this was more than acceptable after coming in from the 30 degree C plus heat.

Staff very friendly and happy. My superior double room is cleaned daily with new towels and bedding. Nice pool and gardens, well kept. Lovely balcony overlooking pool area. ||The room covers all basic needs, has refrigerator and a/c. No coffee making facilities, hairdryer or toiletries (there is toilet paper). I had bought my own, so no problems. ||Location is fantastic for shopping, beach or clubbing. ||Nice and quiet at night, security guard present. ||I like the ambience of this friendly and safe environment.
