Just back from a 5 night stay for our anniversary. Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Plenty of sunbeds. Food was great. But the best part of the hotel is the staff. Friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. From crazy Christina, who " made" me a desperado as they don't stock them #yummy#rocketfuel. Juan who looked after us at the bars. Anna in the restaurant who sent us bubbly to our room and had the chef make us a cake. Best hotel in benidorm. Can't wait to return xxx

Just returned from a pleasant week's stay in this hotel. Clean room with reliable air con, efficient cleaners, nice pool area and decent food. We had the half board option and were impressed with the standard and quality of the food available. Good location between the "old" and "new" areas of the town. Only downsides were having to pay for water at dinner and for the room safe. Would definitely stay here again.

4 is us stayed here with 2 per room. Hotel lobby is spacious, staff friendly, nice rooms but fridge wasn’t very cold and it was very small. Hair dryer in room, you pay for the safe, 10 euro refundable fee for a pool towel but I had to use for 5 days as whenever I asked at reception they didn’t have clean ones to swop it with. Plenty of sunbeds, no sunbed wars. |Breakfast had quite a bit of choice but coukd he done with a bit more fresh fruit like melon, definitely need another water machine as 1 isn’t enough, it also has the juices in and is very slow. |5 minute walk to the beach, bars within 1 minute, the strio a 10 minute walk n Old Town is 10 mins, I would stay here again.

My sister and myself have stayed five times at this hotel and we’ve already booked for September 2026. ||The location is fabulous with the beach being two minutes walk, old town in one direction and the strip in the opposite direction so you can literally decide on what takes your fancy and be there within 10 mins along an easy coastal walk.||The hotel itself is spotless and well-looked after. We always stay half board and there is always good choice and it is pretty quiet and no rush. We’ve met lots of people here because the staff make everyone feel so welcome and the vibe is very relaxing considering you’re in the middle of Benidorm. ||If you want to venture away from Benidorm it is really easy with buses running frequently from close by. There is also a beautiful spa (at another hotel) that we usually book and have some quality sister time and unwind with a couples Thai massage.||We started on three day break, increased to five and next year we’re there for seven…

Rooms are very spacious, and immaculately clean! Beds are very comfortable, lovely music and relaxing atmosphere around the pool! Staff are very polite and are happy to fulfil any request. Thank you for making our stay memorable Juan Vicente Grana!

An excellent hotel in a great location. Two streets back from the beach, next door to Winners bar and lots of other bars/restaurants. A 15/20 minute walk to the top of the strip, 15 minutes to the Old Town. Rooms are a great size with huge windows and good sized balcony and a big bathroom. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. All the hotel is beautifully clean, modern and well presented. The swimming pool is a decent size with plenty of sunbeds. The pool and bar staff are also brilliant, they like to engage and have a laugh. Always happy to help. The two guys who worked the evening bar were especially great. The evening entertainment was also good. We'd definitely go again. We went midweek so not as busy as the weekends.

The hotel and the staff were great, the rooms very clean. The rooms had a/c but it was turned off though it was hot , I had to go and buy a small fan to use. When I asked why the a/c was not turned on they said it November now and all of them were turned off., the problem was that the weather was very hot. It was a big selection of food in the restaurant but not quite nice to eat. Overall not so bad.

We went for a week to Benidorm where we have been several times before and on this occassion we were looking for a hotel that was near the Old Town but not in it as most of those hotels there don't have pools or balconies. We booked via On the Beach Benidrom Centre Hotel as it had an ideal location for us. |Upon arrival (around 10.30pm) we went to the front desk in a very bright and white modern looking reception. We checked in no problem (no deposit asked for which was nice as some hotels are now charging deposits when you check in) and were given our keycards. I asked for a high floor after reading the tips and hints on here and we were given the top floor (10th) a corner room (1003). |The room was spacious, modern and had a safe (which we never used) a large tv that you had to have some patience with to find the BBC and ITV etc but they were all on there. Lots of wardrobe and drawers to put your stuff. The bathroom was also spacious with lots of complimentary packets of shampoo etc, combs, shower caps etc and even a shoe buffer. The best thing was there was a window in the shower so you could look out onto Benidorm whilst having a shower which was different. The floor of the bathroom was a bit strange though with some brown stains on but I don't think it was what you or me were thinking.|We were BnB and went to the breakfast which was typical of a Spanish buffet breakfast. The bacon was thin and the sausage looked like they had been boiled not grilled they were very anemic. There was fresh fruit, lots of cereal, breads, meat etc. The strange thing about the buffett was there was no one there to ask your room and it was like that for every meal. You could just walk in and have all your meals without question.|The pool was a nice size and not too cold and on our first day there was a DJ playing not too loud dance music and every 10 minutes he would pick up a sax and jam along which was different but nice. On the other days they had music piped in.|There was a bar which was never busy and at nighttime on the other side of the hotel was a pub which again was never full and sometimes had artists on. The staff were very pleasant. Our room was cleaned daily. The balcony had blue astro turf type carpeting on it which was unusual and a table and two chairs and an ashtray. |I would certainly return to this hotel it had some quirks like a reading area where one lady had fallen asleep doing her wordsearch lol. Lovely place would come back. Get a room high up the views are amazing.
