Hotel Benidorm Centre

We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel is perfectly located between the old and new town, and close to the beach. The room and hotel in general was immaculately clean. The beds were very big, and comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Upon checking out, the person on reception was very friendly, and asked about our stay (being genuinely interested) and was very personable. When we stated that we would definitely stay again, he stated that when we do book to notify the hotel and they would try and give us the same room again - which was lovely.

Great location and very clean. Bedroom has plenty of storage space and bathroom large with walk in shower. No tea and coffee facilities or shampoo but shower gel sachets. You would have to open a few sachets to get a good wash. Breakfast ok. I read reviews about helpful staff but unfortunately we didnt see it and I smile at everyone! Bar, not sure if open as didnt see anyone in and hotel bar on street too loud (for me lol) to sit in and mostly empty. Ok for a base but basic and nicer hotels for the price. We chose for the location near to old and new town. In my opinion not a 4* hotel, sorry.

Spent a week here over Christmas.||We arrived around 12 noon but were lucky to be able to check-in (normal check-in is 2pm). We were in room 1001 on the top floor and had a large terrace overlooking the Calle Gerona side.||Our room was large and light with plenty of storage space. A fridge was also included with no extra charge. We hired a kettle for a 10 euro deposit, and also a day safe (I think this cost 19 euro for the week, with an extra 25 euro deposit fee that we got back at the end of our stay).||The bathroom was large with a walk in shower and the lighting was good. Housekeeping was done daily with fresh towels provided.||We were room-only but paid for breakfast on a couple of mornings (9 euros each). There was a good choice of hot food, breads, pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheeses and fruits. ||The hotel is in an excellent location - 5 minutes walk to the old town, and about the same to the beach. As it's on the Calle Gerona there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby.||Service from all the staff was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay.

What a little gem in the heart of Benidorm! 💎🌞 If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Manuel at reception gave us the warmest welcome 🤗—so friendly and incredibly helpful. The bar staff were awesome too 🍹😄, super attentive and always smiling. Breakfast was excellent 🍳🥐 with fresh fried eggs made to order and a great selection of hot and cold options. The whole hotel was spotless and smart 🧼✨. Beds were super comfy 🛏️ and our room was huge! We’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again ❤️. Added bonus: it’s adults-only 🙌 and has convenient parking right under the hotel at a great daily rate 🚗💶.**

Great hotel at the end of the strip. Room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. Will definitely be staying here again as it’s great value for money. Breakfast was fantastic

Just back from our second stay, this time for 22 nights, and once again found all staff friendly and attentive, special mention for JuanV, Yolanda, Cristina and Luminita in the bar/cafeteria, Jaime in the restaurant. Bedrooms and facilities meet our needs, no queuing for lifts or restaurant, evening entertainment very good, central location gives easy access to beaches, bus stops, shopping, old town, alternative bars and restaurants for every taste, already thinking of our next stay.

Stayed with friends Arthur and Dave from Nov 15 to Nov 20 had a superb time. Staff very helpful and friendly and always smiling especially Luminita and Juanbi to,food very good hotel spotless, location central for everything......Will definitely return
