Hotel Benikaktus

We were only there for 4 nights B & B ....Our first impression was 'WOW'. The room was spotless, lots of cupboard space, extra room to sit and look out the window, the only minus would be the one–ply toilet paper. 12e per night for parking. The location is ideal if you don't want to be right in the middle of the noise but certainly close enough for the action. It is right at the far end of the beach. Perfect views. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The reception and restaurant staff spoke good English. Plenty of selection for breakfasts. Lidl was 15 mins walk. Plenty of other supermarkets, gift shops and restaurants close by. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful October stay at this hotel after a recommendation from my parents who have stayed here before. Our room was on the 7th floor with breathtaking views of the whole beach. The room itself was spacious and very clean.|We had breakfast and an evening meal every day, the food was always fresh with enough variety for everyone.|The gentleman on reception was always polite and helpful, the restaurant staff and maids were friendly too.|You had a little walk up the hill to reach the hotel which we didn’t mind as it keeps you away from the noise of the bars along the beach. If you like scenic walks keep walking past the hotel up the hill and there are stunning views near the tower and cross.|We will be staying at this hotel again next time we visit.

Absolutely fantastic.|I am writing this while at the hotel. First visit but already booking for same time next year.|The hotel is right at the end of Levante beach affording amazing views of the whole of the bay.|The staff are excellent. The greeting from reception was exceptional even though it was a busy chevk in time. Our room was ready early due to the fantastic housekeeping staff. |The room is clean, fresh, spotlessly clean and very well looked after. Excellent facilities. The view is AMAZING. Low seating so looking at the view is uninterupted.|I am laid on a lounger by the pool at the moment and cannot think of one single nehative thing to say about this place.||ALL BELOW FIRST CLASS|Communal areas|Welcome|All staff|Bedroom/bedding/towels etc|Shower|Air conditioning|Balcony|View|Swimming pool / jacuzzi|Outdoor showers / toilets|Bar / entertainment area||I could write a lot more but a cocktail is calling my name.||Needless to say i highly recommend this hotel. I booked direct with the hotel and the reservation process was very smooth. The hotel confirmed the stay the week before and I paid on arrival. Welcomed by very polite professional staff and offered a glass of cava each, which was lovely. |The room was immaculate with a view across the bay and the sea. The terrace area was like a little oasis of calm in such a busy and crazy resort. Our waiter Raul was wonderful and attentive. |Breakfast was varied with buffet style continental, cooked breakfast, salads, cereals and a mixed bread and fruit selection. |We Will definitely return|🫶🏻🥂

Hi all,| |The location of the hotel was great for everyone because it was about 5 minutes Walk. The view from the room was fantastic watching people on the cable ski activity. The room which I stop in The a/c was very noisy and there were nowhere to put your wet clothes on after you been to the pool or the beach. |The restaurant was clean but the food wasn’t very good there couldn’t cooked burger properly. It was still red inside the burger. The staff as very nice there

The room had an amazing view over Levante Beach and location was very good. Hotel is located on a steep hill so go in the back way for an easier climb. Close to the main new town but not too close to hear the noise. Staff all very friendly and room is clean and towels changed and beds made daily. |Issues I had where there is no separate bathroom in a seperate room, sink next to bedroom and the shower is open apart from half a screen covering, luckily toilet has a sliding door but as was sharing room with a friend I found the lack of privacy uncomfortable. Was staying B&B and it was a buffet breakfast but the hot food was either luke warm or cold. Pool is freezing and definitely not heated but the terrace area was a sun trap and plenty of beds but gets busy so not sure what high season would be like. I probably would stay again if they offered a room with private bathroom behind a door and not open. This was a massive issue.

The location is wonderful however the food is very poor for a 3 star in Benidorm. The bar staff are very unfriendly and rude.|The pool area has sun loungers stacked up around it everyday, so it is difficult to enter the pool and you have to get the sun beds from the stack ,which is also difficult. The staff do not help.|The rooms have an enclosed balcony,with windows that do not open properly. I wanted to give a honest review as the reason I booked was that the reviews I had read ,were positive. |The food on ocassions was under cooked and the fruit was not fresh.The bar prices are also very expensive.

We did not have a good experience of this hotel food was poor and bar staff rude and very unfriendly. The view is wonderful but the pool area is small,no access to the pool as surrounded by by sunlongers which are hard to get of the big pile. Not for us but other residents were happy there.
