We decided on a half board holiday this year, as we didn't want to feel tied to the hotel as we wanted to enjoy the evening entertainment Benidorm has to offer. Although we found the the restaurant area very clean and had a good variety of food, we had to wait until 8pm for the restaurant to open which meant for us there was alot of unnecessary waiting around. We also found it unusual that you even had to pay for water with your evening meal. We are on the 9th floor and to be fair the view is absolutely stunning. We have apparently arrived during a 'heatwave' and because of this we can not really make use of having the windows open, because as soon as you do the air conditioning goes off. I understand why it does this but in future I will make sure I have a separate balcony with a door so I can enjoy both. Our air conditioning is very noisy and to be fair really isn't the best, our room never feels cool enough and to try and feel the benefit more we have had to have all the blinds and curtains closed, so it has been dark alot of the time. The hotel itself is up high, but not as high as others, but just be aware to get back to the hotel in the evening there is a big slope and lots of stairs to contend with. The hotel is spotless, very clean and we have had our beds made every day. All members of staff are friendly. For us we probably wouldn't come back to this hotel mainly because of the restaurant times, but we have genuinely had a lovely week away.

Myself and my daughter stayed for seven nights for a quality time holiday together. My daughter is celiac and as soon as the staff in the restaurant knew they went above and beyond to accommodate her dietary requirements.|The food (breakfast) was very tasty. |The room was spotless and the view is amazing. The beds were really comfortable and lovely pillows. |All the staff are friendly and very helpful.|I feel my only qualm is that there are very few sunloungers which are targeted by towels very early and the pool is underneath a glass roof so we tended to head for the beach. |I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We could not have chosen a better hotel for us. Location is superb. 15 minutes and youre in the action and more importantly, 15 minutes and your back in the peace and quiet sipping a tea on the terrace. Stunning view from our room. Very clean, modern, good facilities, breakfast choices are many, nice pool, great terrace, super staff. A hotel for the more discerning reveller.

We stayed at this hotel in March for an extended weekend break and had a really good experience overall. The location is at the far end of the beach, which made it a peaceful spot while still being convenient.||Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, and looked recently renovated. The highlight was definitely the excellent balcony – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.||I’d read a few reviews mentioning the steep hill up to the hotel. While it is true, there’s a much easier route via the lower ground entrance, which only involves a gentle slope and a few steps, so don’t let that put you off.||We stayed on a B&B basis and found the breakfast to be great – certainly plenty of choice. There’s also a beautiful sea view terrace where you can enjoy drinks, which was a lovely touch.||We didn’t experience much of the hotel entertainment, and from the little we saw, it didn’t seem particularly impressive – but since we were out every evening, this didn’t bother us.||All in all, a clean, comfortable hotel in a good location, with great views and a nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was the best hotel we’ve stayed in in Benidorm. From when when we entered the hotel the receptionist was so friendly. ||Location was great not far from bars , beach and restaurants. We love walking so was able to walk up to the cross.||Our room was lovely very clean and the views from the room brilliant.||The staff were great especially bar staff Elisio and Teo so friendly and always happy. Entertainment was just a man called Angel on the organ and quite a lot of Spanish in dancing but my partner and me loved it - when in Spain 😊||Lovely food. We were half board and we never got fed up of food a great choice and always hot. Again restaurant staff great.||Would stay here most certainly again😊

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Benikaktus! The location is excellent, with a stunning sea view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Benidorm. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the panoramic pool is absolutely a highlight. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the very start. A special mention goes to Elísio, whose service truly stood out. Always attentive, polite, and ready to help, he made us feel completely at home. Without a doubt, a hotel I highly recommend and hope to return to soon!

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location with breathtaking views. It's up a hill so that's the only negative for people who are unable to climb a steep hill. The pool was lovely, ideal for a cool off. I would definitely recommend this hotel, would give it 4*.

I was a bit curious about this place , BUT, Yes a Big But , it's bloody brilliant definitely stay here Again the view is Aammaazing from the room the food had soo much to choose from and staff cud not do enough for u , we got there said the tele does nt seem to be working , within minutes they were up to the room fixed in minutes, my husband was pushing the wrong buttons apparently haha. The bed board lit up and there was a roller blind which was electric at the side of the bed so u can block the sun out , the windows had a glass on that u cud see out but no one cud see in Aammaazing And we did,nt book the best room just a normal room ,they gave us a kettle to have tea n coffee when we need it, we went self catering but chose to have a few meals at the hotel , wow £12.00 for an all inclusive evening meal ?? Where wud get that Anywhere ?? And the drinks were so cheep too .Love love love it , i cud,nt have pick a better priced place for this hotel 😉 Enjoy x
