Hotel Benilux Park

Lovely 6 nights at this hotel. The hotel is situated super close to the centre of the stunning Old Town (5-10minute walk) where you will find Tapas Alley, Gin Street and endless quirky side streets full of bars, tapas, cafes, shops and restaurants. The beautiful smells of the foods and the atmosphere is second to none. It is safe and friendly and nothing like the image most have of Benidorm.|The beautiful beach is only a 2-3 minute walk away with lots more bars, shops, cafes and restaurants very close by. |The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and has a very calm and relaxing vibe. The rooms were comfortable, clean and very sound proof. All the staff were warm and welcoming from the reception, catering and house keeping.|We received welcome drinks on check in and had robes and slippers in our room. Towels were replenished daily.|Check out was 12pm and the transfer bus drops off/picks up right outside the hotel.|The pool area is quite shaded so we opted to use the beach most of the time but the pool area was comfortable and no rushing for sun beds.|We stayed B&B, the breakfast is served until 10:30am. It had a lot on offer from hot drinks, juices and cava. Hot buffet, cold meats, cheeses, fresh breads (& toast machine), jams, spreads, a proper honey comb, fruit, salads, pastries, sweet treats and a chocolate fountain. Not everything was to our taste but we found plenty of options to choose something from.|The ‘new town/strip’ is easily accessible either by taxi for around 9€ or a 15-20 minute walk there are also regular buses for around 1.60€. Taxis are plentiful and the hotel reception don’t mind booking one for you, they arrived very quick.|We spent a morning in Altea this was a very accessible and frequent bus (number 10 bus) and took around 40 minutes to get there for around 1.80€. Well worth a visit but there are a lot of steps to climb.|All in all if you are looking for a relaxing hotel with everything accessible during your visit then I would recommend this hotel.|If you are looking for a loud party vibe with lots of like minded people then this is not the hotel for you.|Would I return? Yes

Beautiful hotel, staff friendly and so welcoming from checking in to departing. Spottlesly clean every where .Only booked for breakfast, so much choice amazing, atmosphere not rushed,even had a harpist playing while we ate. Room with terrace,perfect, bed so comfortable sleep like a log every night. Pool area very well managed, even the location |perfect for going out and about. Will definately be back soon. Really did have a fantastic week.

We were here last Christmas and New Year and had a fabulous time, and as we were staying nearby we just visited to ensure we had booked the correct grade of room for next Christmas and New Year when we will stay here. Again the staff could not have been more welcoming, even though we were just saying hello!! Stopped for a wonderful and gorgeous tasting mojito ( they are still the best available in Benidorm). Asked where to get a taxi and the reception staff phoned for one for us, even though we were not staying there !!! Can’t wait to come back for Christmas and New Year. Superb hotel staff.

Group booking for 24 of us for my husband’s pre 50th birthday.. check in was quick and all of our rooms were ready by 11am. |Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Decent mattress and pillows.. toiletries provided. Shower gel/shampoo and conditioner.. vanity kit, shower cap. Only down side was lack of iron.. they had a steamer but had it leaked. ||Pool area was clean and tidy. Pool beds were very comfortable pool towels available.. good pool DJ. and music..only downfall was the bar service.. very slow.. ordered cocktails through the app and it too so long we had to go up and get them. Pool side food was really good. ||Breakfast was plentiful.. something for everyone.. guitarist/harpist was a lovely sound.. ||Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. ||Gym was small not much equipment but had what we needed.. |Yoga on Saturday morning was lovely, had a 1-1.. ||Corridor where bedrooms were.. floor 4 had a strong smell of sweaty/damp. ||Excellent staff. Friendly and attentive ||Location was fabulous.. ||Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back..

A fabulous hotel which is an oasis from all craziness that is Benidorm.||We had a standard room on the 7th floor with a fab view over the pool area.||The room was bright, spacious, well equipped and had a fridge and kettle with tea and coffee provided.||Breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of hot and cold options to suit all tastes.||Pool area was lovely feels like you are in a tropical garden, drinks very reasonably priced and we always managed to get a sun bed.||DJ set on one of the days around the pool was brilliant and really got everybody in a good vibe. Everyone was dancing including those in the pool and on their balconies.||We are looking to return to this hotel at Christmas we loved it that much.

The hotel was incredible, very friendly staff and the rooms are amazing.|The beds are soo comfy and clean. Such a relaxing staff|The pool area is so cosy and relaxing!|The breakfasts were lovely too!

The Mercure Hotel ticked all our boxes - great location, lovely rooms with comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff and good food. A perfect stay and we will be back!
