Hotel Benilux Park

Beautiful tranquil hotel, surrounded by lush plants and trees, a real oasis in the heart of a busy area. Exceptionally clean and everywhere smelt of a beauty spa! Lovely cold air con in reception and extremely helpful concierge. Room was spacious with a balcony and all toiletries, towels, hairdryer, tea and coffee provided. Pool was lovely and calm with chilled ambient music playing. The pool bar make a fabulous cocktail! Breakfast choice was excellent with something to support every dietary need. |Would absolutely recommend and come back.|Local beach is Poiniente, busy family beach, 5 min walk. Old town is good for restaurants, very busy but only a 10 minute walk.|Would recommend a visit to Altea, beautiful town, 15 mins in tram with quaint cobbled streets and boutiques, a church a fabulous restaurants, away from the high rise buildings of Benidorm.

Lovely rooms lg celling fan as well as air con, comfy beds clean at all times, lg balcony ,beautiful gardens and pool,we found best time to get lounges was about 3 in afternoon as people who went down at 9 and stayed most of day moving off and if looked around can find some were to sit sun out all day. Breakfast in morning good tasty and hot ( if tea drinker take your own tea bags there’s not like ours) plenty off hot water in rooms .did not try food as lots places around to eat few mins walk to beach

Lovely hotel, close to the beach like a 5 minute walk. Old town is about 10 mins away and then its new town.|Its lovely and clean and the hotel smells amazing! I was on floor 4 and it smelt like the perfume department at harrods.||Sunbeds - unless you get there at 9am you won't get a bed by the pool. There are plenty of beds in the surrounding area but they don't get full sun because of the trees so will be shaded. ||Breakfast - good choice of English breakfast, fruits, meats, cereal, cake, chocolate fountain, pastries etc||Rooms - aircon is brilliant and it stays on all day not like some hotels where it turns old if the balcony door is open.

Loved this hotel, exactly like the photos. Beautiful inside and out. 🤩💖✨ You really wouldn't think you were in Benidorm. A great find and definitely value for money. Breakfast was delicious, pool bar food very tasty we didn't eat there in the evening but it did look good. Staff friendly and very polite. Overall a great 4 night break. Thank you Michael and team. 🥰😊👍

The hotel itself is wonderful — clean, calm, organized, and the reception staff were excellent. I would have given five stars, but unfortunately, our dinner experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting.||The first issue was the unacceptable behavior of one of the waiters, named Juan. My friend and I had just served our food at the buffet and approached the counter to take some cutlery, as we hadn’t noticed that there were already utensils placed on the tables. As we picked up the cutlery, Juan suddenly approached us and started shouting loudly in Spanish: “Where are you going to sit? Can’t you see the cutlery on the table? You don’t need to use these!” He kept yelling, and everyone in the restaurant turned to look at us. It was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable.||When we sat down at the table, he came over again and aggressively removed the cutlery that was already on the table, saying, “Since you already took your own, you don’t need these anymore.” The way he acted was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We both felt really bad, even on the verge of tears. It ruined the entire moment.||Secondly, the food was awful. There were very few options, and the meat was mostly fat and gristle. We paid €25 each for a dinner that was not only poor in quality but also came with a humiliating experience.||This was the only reason I couldn’t give this hotel five stars. no guest should be treated this way.

Just got back from there, lovely friendly hotel, spotlessly clean , a little paradise in Beni, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 from the old town and about 20 ish from the beginning of the” strip” |Had a lovely time in the hotel which has very friendly helpful staff who work very hard to keep it running, rooms are modern and kept spotlessly clean , standard room is not massive and storage limited, the bathroom is a bit open plan and could be awkward for some people ( read in between the lines).|The air conditioning can be left on while you are out which is a bonus to come back to ! you get a kettle, fridge, safe , coffee maker and hair dryer in the room , cup supplied are too small, very comfortable large bed.|You have one reception bar and one poolside bar, pint €4 cocktail €10 ,1 medium sized swimming pool which is lovely but need to say the rules are no towels left on the sun beds before 9am you can use them before 9am that’s ok but cannot leave a towel on it and wonder off !|After 9am you can leave your towel ( supplied) and go to breakfast for 30 minutes max if you do not return by then and “ Blakey” is on duty he just walks round writing down times that the bed was left unattended and he will remove your towel/ belongings to the reception and someone else will be on your bed when you return ( not their fault ) and you have to do the walk of shame to the reception to retrieve your towel ,that’s the rules !|There are not enough sun beds when the hotel is at capacity and you do see some people doing the walk of disappointment/sat in chairs around the pool , this is not helped by the hotel having a row of cabanas which you can rent at extra cost ,if they got rid of them they would be able to fit in a lot more sun beds for people paying to stay at the hotel!|Only stayed bed and breakfast so cannot comment on dinner, the breakfast is fine plenty of choice ( buffet style) it does get busy but we always got a table although it hadn’t always been cleared ! and you can get a glass of fizz and coffee to go until it finishes.|Had dinner in the touristy part of the old town but got the feeling you were being taken for granted, we thought you got a much better meal / service and value eating on the fringes of the old town but there’s food for everyone there from paella/ grilled fish to Sunday roast / KFC ,Burger King & Mac D|The notorious “Strip” was brilliant plenty to see & do good live music from cover bands very busy especially at weekends but please have your wits about you if you go there the later you stay the more people have to drink and it can get like the “purge” around 4 am please be mindful for your own sakes but go out and have a wonderful time !|I would definitely stay at this hotel if I went to Benidorm again , thank you to the staff well done especially the gentleman who does the overnight reception ( wears blue glasses) very friendly and polite.

Had a great stay, Hotel is very clean, rooms are very nice overlooking the pool area.|Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location in the old town and a 5 min walk to the beach. Would stay here again.
