Bergblick (Grän, Tyrol) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Hotel Bergblick has been providing Tyrolean hospitality in one form or another since the early 17th century. These days, it’s a carefully renovated heirloom property, replete with period clocks but also 21st-century amenities like their indoor/outdoor panorama pool. Natural wood paneling dominates the rooms, which also feature floor-to-ceiling mountain views and patterned wall treatments. Their saloon bar is a fine place to end the night over a game of pool on an original Brunswick Treviso table." - Tablet Hotels

A nice place but certainly not a 5-star hotel. There’s no air conditioning so you must leave your balcony door open; however they permit smoking on the balconies and peoples’ smoke entered my room - quite disgusting. The beds are hard, the pillows are limp and lumpy. Not very pleasant sleeps. No iron nor ironing boards. Nice but small saunas. The food was good but over the week I noticed many leftovers being served in different fashions.

Amazing! From the service, to the food and all of the facilities. The views are incredible from all areas of the hotel. The wellness area is lovely and relaxing and the swimming pool has a great view of the mountains. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. One member of staff even called up a local shoe shop when we had issues with our hiking shoes. Just perfect.

My stay at Bergblick was one of my fondest memories of my trip to Switzerland/Austria. I stayed three nights here back in 2014.||||Area-- The hotel is distanced away from everything, except for the Neuschwanstein Castle. It's a sleepy little town with a cross country area near the grounds and free parking.||||Staff- Incredibly pleasant and helpful. Staff spoke English.||||Food- Obviously the food is one of the highlights for many travelers. I would not hesitate again to sign up for the nightly dinners at the hotel. (8 Euros at the time I traveled). The meals were delightful and the dining room had a great room. We were assigned a table during our stay and it was kind of fun to sit next to the same people night after night. It added a certain kind of uniqueness and charm.||||Room- Our room was spacious, but didn't have much of a view. The bathrooms were updated and modern. I remember the pillows were terrible. We didn't hang out much here.||||Note- the spa had weird hours during our stay. Open 2-7pm. Perhaps this is typical for European spas? During our stay, we traveled to Aquadome Spa, which I highly recommend.

Hotel has been renovated recently and it looks great. The restaurants has a great view overlooking the mountains and valley. For the Staff no request is to much. They just want to make it perfect for you as a guest. Food is very good and rooms are spacious. We were there for the first time but want to go back as soon as possible. Is just a perfect hotel to get away from the stress in your daily live

The Bergblick in Grän is a beautiful hote with a great kitchen. The rooms are rather spacious and modern yet still tradionally decorated. Food is excellent. We had the Gala-Dinner. Really delicious. It has a very good location to go hiking. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the spa.

We had a really bad experience here, families with children are not welcome, we were silenced by the manager himself, who pointed his finger at my kids and silenced them because someone complained that my children were loud( my children were just laughing), it was our third time there and although the rest of the staff is friendly we will never go there again because of this unprofessional behavior. No 5star hotel, and no serious business sends the manager himself to solve simple issues with customers, so 👎. We love Tanheimer Tal and next time we will pay our money somewhere we are welcome.

The Bergblick Hotel has been renovated only recently and we must say, it is perfect.||Starting from great food in a restaurant overlooking the valley, to modern alpine-style rooms, a lovely spacious spa, excellent bikes you can hire for free and really nice and helpful staff that try their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.||The owner really made the place look special, he is by the way a classic church clock tower collector and starting from the entrance you are surrounded by the technique and some nice examples of his collection. He owns another house just down the road from hotel.||||The hotel is a bit up the hill, therefore you can overlook the lovely Tannheimer Tal and the surrounding mountains. Right from the hotel you can start your hikes up the hill, or bike into the valley on well sign posted roads.||||Just across the border from Germany and two hours from Munich, this is a great place to enjoy a few days in the mountains.

Just a great hotel. No effort is to much to give you a good feeling and a good holiday. We arrived at the hotel after a very stressfull period and left after a week completely relaxed and with our batteries fully loaded. just everything perfect.
