Hotel Bernerhof Interlaken

This is a newly refurbished hotel in Interlaken, and it was the perfect introduction to this beautiful country. Upon late arrival at night, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming, providing a wealth of information and recommendations that truly enhanced my stay. His attentiveness made me feel right at home.||||The room was modern and stylishly designed. While it was compact, it never felt claustrophobic, and I appreciated the small balcony that offered lovely views of Interlaken. Breakfast was a highlight, served with a stunning view that made each morning special.||||The hotel’s location is superb—just a few minutes from the main train station and within easy reach of bustling streets filled with supermarkets and souvenir shops. Plus, the complimentary coffee available all day was a delightful touch.||||Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my Swiss adventure!

Lovely stay at this super hotel. Great location right at the railway station but trains very quiet so not too noisy, close to shops and restaurants. Our room for 3 was very spacious and comfortable with the 3rd an actual bed not a sofabed. Bathroom and bedroom super clean. The reception staff really welcoming with lots of local tips for trips and restaurants. A modern hotel with traditional customer service values is how I would sum it up.

We stayed overnight as part of a hike around Lake Thun. The location is very convenient both to center of Interlaken and to old town. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast is nice. Importantly, the service is amazing. They greeted us with a smile and asked how our hike went. Then they were available for any questions or requests. What a pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bernerhof Interlaken in Switzerland on July 17-18 and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is impeccably clean, including the bathroom, and the rooms are spacious with a beautiful view outside. Jerome, Doreen, and Thomas were incredibly accommodating and hospitable, never tired in providing helpful instructions. The customer lounge offers free drinks, which was a nice touch. They also allow you to store your luggage if you check in early or check out late, giving you more time to explore the area. The food was great, and our stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was included. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff and the restaurant team for their warm and welcoming attitude towards all the guests. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Bernerhof Interlaken to my friends. The hotel’s proximity to the train station is a significant plus.

I can not say enough about how fantastic this hotel was! Wow. Staying in this hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and home like! The host Thomas And the other staff members whose name I did not catch Were extremely friendly and knowledgeable with much detail which is much appreciated. The room itself Was extremely clean, and the cleaning crew came in every morning to clean as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and in the bathroom the Shower pressure was awesome and strong. The view from our hotel balcony was unbelievable and the flower basket was so cute. I will recommend this hotel to anyone in Switzerland visiting Interlaken. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner Because there was only a 3-1 three in one , in the shower (shampoo, body wash, hand soap). Which was no problem because I was able to go to the pharmacy down the road to get product which is a 2 minute walk. This hotel is exactly what you need when visiting Switzerland and you get a phenomenal view of the alps and mountains. Sidenote, the west Interlaken train station is about 100 feet from the hotel Which was extremely convenient to venture out all over Switzerland And if you do have a car, which we did, they have $10 a night parking Behind the building. The hotel is a minute walk from the west train station. Bus stop is equally close to the hotel. Rooms are spacious. However limited space for clothes and shower towels are small. Front desk is wonderful in helping you find restaurants and other places. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the casino. We stayed for two nights and was comfortable. The big plus with the hotel is at night it is quiet. Secondly, when you come off the train, you are not dragging luggage far. If you are in the area for a few days, give them a try.

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Interlaken, location in the heart of the town. The lady at reception was very helpful and a lovely guide. Room was comfortable with amazing views surrounding.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bernerhof! 💖 The hotel is in close proximity of the Interlaken west bus and train stations so it was very accessible. I would like to commend Jerome's service! 💖 He took his time to explain to us the city map and places we could visit. He was very attentive to our needs and all our requests are met. The breakfast has your usual fare. Sausage, eggs and a wide choice of breads. Yogurts fruits and mueslis. The rooms were nice and clean. You can have complimentary tea and coffee 24 hours at the reception. We enjoyed our stay overall and will definitely recommend this hotel! 💖
