Our stay at the hotel was lovely. The staff went above and beyond to insure that our family was comfortable and cared for. Our room (a family room) was huge, had a great view of the city, and a set of bunk beds for our kids. The location was perfect for us-- near the Old City, but walking distance from the great restaurants of the 3rd arondissement. When our flight was delayed, and delayed again, the staff accomodated us gracefully. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Staff at the desk were very nice handling check-in and offering recommendations about touring Lyon. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is well-located by the tram stop and the river, with multiple tasty restaurants and cafes nearby in Part-Dieu. There is no on-site restaurant or fitness center, but if you know what to expect going in it's a great stay.

I wish we could have slippers in the room, I understand your concern about the "écologie" but you need to offer something else for your customers. Next time you wont give us even the toilet paper I guess.... Also we have stayed in your hotel many times and this time (for the first time) I asked about the upgrade but you havent got me a nice reply unfortunately. I guess next time I wont prefer your hotel as you have not given us anything that we've wanted at all..... Sad to see these lack of management.... Also solo or couple room rates are the same which is really sad to see. Why cant I stay as solo and need to pay the same price as couple.....

Location was awesome being very close to both the river and the tram. Room was clean and nicely decorated, the pillows and bed were comfortable and the staff spoke English well. The fresh bread and pastries for breakfast were great.

Stayed for three nights. Hotel is in a very nice location with most attractions in walkable distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. On top the front staff was very friendly, caring and welcoming. Will definitely recommend.

I booked for three days during the Festival of Lights in December through Booking.com with free cancellation up to a few days before. When it came time to pay, they told me that my card had been declined and that they had made several attempts but were unable to withdraw the amount, blaming the card for not working. After the cancellation, I ran a simulation for the same dates and saw that they had changed the minimum booking days! So, in fact, the room was still available,and it certainly wasn't my card that wasn't working. Really unprofessional and disrespectful. When they canceled at short notice before the arrival date, many hotels were no longer available. Be careful if you need to book this hotel!

The hotel is simple but offers a pleasant stay overall. The location is quite good, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. While the shampoo could be of better quality, the friendly service helped make up for it. For a 4-star hotel, there's room for improvement, but the experience was still enjoyable.

Perfect location with parking. We explored the old town and all of Lyon from this home base. We liked it so much, we extended our stay. The staff was exceptional. We would stay here again and again.

We travel more than 60 days a year and this was one of our favorite hotels ever. The hotel is located in a historic building and only has 54 rooms so it's quiet. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Lucas and Abdel, two of the friendliest people we've met in all of France. They informed us we'd been upgraded to a beautiful suite with a partial view of the river. They also took time to provide us with a map of the city where the noted several landmarks and restaurants we should try. The room we stayed in was huge with a balcony, a spacious bathroom, and a handwritten note and chocolates from the staff. Breakfast was a delicious spread with pastries from a nearby local bakery. While the hotel was old, it was clear it's been extremely well taken care of and it was immaculately clean. It was also only a 15 minute walk (through a gorgeous area) to the old town and city center. We will most definitely be coming back as soon as possible.

Excellent hotel. It is significantly cheaper than other hotels in downtown Lyon while having all the amenities you would want out of a place to sleep & have breakfast. It's also clean, quiet and has onsite parking. Not that we needed to use it as it is extremely well situated, being walking distance from the main train station (Lyon Part-Dieu) on the one side, and from the touristy bits (Presqu'ile) on the other. Would go again.
