Hotel Bhagat

The hotel's location is great, as it is next to the helipad. The food and service are good. The rooms are very basic; ours did not even have a TV. The washroom had a geyser and was neat and clean. If you are looking for an affordable hotel in the best location for the helipad, this hotel is the right one.

We, 3 senior citizens stayed in this Hotel for 3 days from 21st to 24th April, 2025 and we must say, it is one of the best hotels in this category. The rooms are so cozy, clean, toilets are so clean, very good service by the Manager and its staff. Restaurant food was very hygenic and tasty, as we liked and asked. It is in an excellent location, backside views are fantastic.

I liked Hotel Bhagat very much. My family enjoyed it. The food there, the service there, the rest of the staff service is very good and if I visit govindghat again, I would like to stay at Hotel Bhagat next time too.....

Specially the basement rooms are very substandard and poorly maintained. The place is good, and the manager is soft spoken, food is also good, but the rooms are poorly maintained.

We stayed here for two days during our Valley of Flowers trip and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information for our trek and even arranging transportation for our visit to Badrinath.

Hotel Bhagat boasts breathtaking views of the Himalayas, making it an ideal destination for trekkers and pilgrims. The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the service is outstanding. Mr. Bhandari, the owner, personally ensures that guests have a memorable stay. Despite being a 2-star hotel, the amenities, including hot water, a lovely balcony, a snug dining area, and a helipad surpassed our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region!

Me and my family stayed at this hotel, the customer service was amazing. Varinder was especially very helpful ensuring we had an amazing stay. The rooms were provided with full facilities and hot water. I would highly recommend to stay here! I’ll be back next year! Thank you again! The only thing I would mention is the restaurant next door wasn’t great in terms of variety of food as they didn’t have many options and service was slow.
