Great value for price. Lovely newly refurbished rooms, attention to detail. Despite only two stars, everything is new, towels are huge fluffy and brand new, nice cosmetics, bathtub with high pressure water, convenient chair, desk, nice lamps. Amazing location in the heart of city. Really recommend it. Attention, checkin in hotel nearby, just around the corner. Coffee and tea corner on ground level, no teapot in room

This is in the Old Town of Bilbao, minutes walk from the Riberra market, and about 20 minutes walk from Guggenheim Museum. We had to collect the keycards from Hotel Letoh Letoh (couple of minutes walk). The communication from the hotel was good and clear. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Lots of options for food and drinks almost right on the doorstep. Good clean room and bathroom. The only small thing we missed is having coffe/ tea making facility in the room. But, overall a very nice and pleasant stay. The only other point I'd mention is if you're coming from the Bilbao bus station (Bilbao Intermodal) to the hotel, take a taxi or a bus - it's easier.

Pros: - Right in the heart of old town - nearby cafes, restaurants and grocery shop all within walking distance - Very close to metro or tram station, and walkable to the city centre - room was modern and clean with TV, wifi, blower, iron - cosy lounge area for work/studying with great background music - Great value overall Cons - no reception so you need your card to access the hotel (front door locked for 3 days I was there) - bathtub took 45mins to fill with water with incorrect size of hole cover. - no phone in the room - check in via sister hotel on the same street due to no reception available - early check-in costs around €15 (or €50) even for just 1 hour. I can’t remember how much exactly. - tea/coffee available in lounge but milk is locked in the kitchen so you can’t access it.

To check in you have to go to another hotel 80 m away , there is 24 h reception. Amazing location - heart of old town. Pinxos bars were just at a doorstep. Room was ok. Tidy. I was happy that we got windows facing back yard instead of the busy street, so it was quieter. But that I can not say about the room itself- it has very very poor sound isolation- you literally can hear all your neighbours talking on both sides plus annoying foot steeps above your head 🤯. Check out process was pretty easy, there is a box for the keys on a ground floor.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, surrounded by charming cafés where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds. On the first floor, there’s a quiet hall with tables and chairs, ideal for working. There’s also a little station with tea, coffee, and a teapot is also available. While it would have been more convenient to have hot water in the room (especially as I needed it often for my sore throat), this was only a minor detail. Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful—I highly recommend this hotel!

A no frills hotel. The rooms are a decent size, the beds comfy, and the en suite has a toilet, sink and shower. It's in the old town, but less than five minutes walk from the river, from where you can walk, or take public transport across the city.

Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. The front desk was absolutely amazing. They gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see and places to eat. The room was clean and even had soap and shampoo. The room was tiny, but we didn't spend much time in it for it to matter. There is a window, but the view is into other people's private residence so we closed the curtains. The breakfast is wonderful, but does have a cost in addition to the room. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel is in a wonderful location and had everything we needed!

Spent a few days here with my wife and was very happy. The staff are really nice and helpful. It's right in the middle of the old town with a selection of decent restaurants just outside. There's gentle ambient music in the reception area which I found relaxing. Felt like it was worth more than the two star grading but maybe that's because there's no fridge or kettle in the room
