Room was nice & clean, but bathroom amenities were missing (like shower gel or soap). There's an events hall on the ground floor so you won't have a chance to do to bed before 23:00 if there's a party downstairs (which it was) and you're staying on the first level.

A simple hotel with nothing special. So not great. nod bad. Staff was nice, but not always prepared with all the answers for unplanned situations. Rooms were clean rooms, but its maintenance could be improved. The wi-fi signal was poor, and not improved during my 4 days stay. Near the city center

I suggest this recently renovated hotel because it is in the centre of Bistrita but the location is quiet. The room and the bathroom were ok, breakfast was good. We had a tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant. The receptionist is always present and speaks English. The prices are interesting.

It's a nice hotel in the central area of Bistrița. A 3stars hotel probably recently refurbished, clean and cozy. The breakfast was ok, not so various, but pretty good. The bed was bad, you have to be careful not to kick the margins, which I did. It hurts. The bathroom is tiny if you are claustrophobic you won't spend much time in there. 😁 The minibar is poor and the fridge doesn't work until you put the key card into the "plug". Just few cameras have balcony and there are no elevators and NO facilities for disabled people. But there are New Testaments 🛐✝️ in each room. 😉

They are still doing some refurbishment works so you can't expect to find all new or in place, but you are going to find a good service and quality of service/product in exchange for your money. The rooms are cleaned up and in good conditions. The hotel is located in the city centre with parking enough for all the hosts. Restaurant is one of their great points, managed independently for events is cared with love by the managers and you can see it in the decoration and the distribution as well in the kitchen results. Some stuff still to be finished while they are working, but the cleanliness is present. Friendly service even with the great problem of the language, which sometimes can make you feel frustrate until they found someone who can translate you.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and we were a little disappointed. We fount it a bit hard as it didn't have the name posted on top so you can see it. It was under renovation a part of it. The room had not a nice view from the window and below there was the garbage cans so you can imagine the smell. The room was large and quiet. The waiters from the restaurant were very rude especially an elderly woman who turned her back to me when I said that neither of the 2 coffee machines weren't working!

New, clean, but not attention for details. The most annoing thing - can't exit room without making big noise when closing the door. Starting with 5-6am you can hear all the doors from the floor, even if an well educated persoan is trying make it quietly.
