Hotel Blu di Te

This is now one of my favourite hotels. |The staff are the best I have ever encountered, so friendly, always willing to help and offer great dining recommendations for both Santa and Portofino. The bar, restaurant and lobby are perfectly decorated, stylish and comfy. The bar serves amazing cocktails and wine, the breakfast is delicious and the pool side lunch with Prosecco was perfect (definitely worth the 100 euro for a day bed with lunch included)!|Love it all. We are already planning our next stay. 10/10

Blu Di Te is a charming boutique hotel in a great location! We loved Santa Magherita, but the front desk concierges helped us enjoy it even more with their restaurant recommendations, maps, and tips. The breakfast was always delicious. And one evening we enjoyed apertifs and hugo spritzes on the roof deck and it was just lovely! All staff were so nice and accommodating. Great trip, great place. We'd go again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience at Blu di Te House. The staff was amazing. The hotel as described in other reviews did not disappoint. Breakfast was truly artwork. I would strongly recommend to any of our friends from the United States traveling to Italy, who appreciate true boutique hotels.

We had a fabulous stay at Blu Di Te. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout, the decor original and appealing, and the breakfast tasty and generous. The room was on the smaller side, but well equipped and with quality toiletries and amenities. Parking in Santa Margerita can be a challenge so the private parking token was helpful. The closest thing I could find to a negative was the cost to hire a sunlounger; had we time to spend around the pool this would have been been prohibitive. A wonderful wee hotel that I've no hesitation to recommend and that I hope to stay at again.

Our family of four first stayed at Hotel Blu di Te in 2019 when they had just opened, and we had an amazing experience. This past summer (July 2024), we returned for a one-night stopover in Santa Margherita Ligure on our way to Lake Como. Although the online booking system showed no availability, I reached out directly, and Paola went above and beyond to help us secure the same Junior Suite Superior we stayed in back in 2019.||The room is perfect for a family, with a double room featuring a cozy corner balcony and a smaller room with two single beds. The hotel’s breakfast is a beautifully presented buffet, and every detail—from the charming decor to the thoughtful amenities and even the placement of items in the bathroom—reflects the care and attention they put into creating an exceptional guest experience.||The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay as memorable as our first visit. We loved this hotel in 2019 and loved it just as much in 2024. The only thing we regret is not staying longer. Next time!

Beautiful, sophisticated interior and superb service. Fully recommended for a tasteful coastal experience. A hidden gem for design lovers.

Great experience here recently. Breakfast spread was pretty nice every morning although would have been nice to vary some of the items daily as I was there for a week. Decor was retro-modernish, done perfectly. Rooms were not the largest although don't have much experience with other hotels in the area to compare to. Wasn't a problem for us though, had a nice little balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walk to the train station was about 10-15 mins. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, best breakfast ever. Slightly off the beaten path but perfect. Lobby area was so quiet at night and if I hadn't been so tired I would have "lounged" there. Most accommodating and friendliest staff I have encountered on my two week tour. Helpful for dinner bookings although maybe not suggestions. Maid was fast and efficient--probably the best I have encountered here, too! Quiet too, although the rooms were tiny with only a sliding door and one shower pane door in the bathroom as part of the industrial-eclectic chic style. In short, I loved the lobby layout and breakfast more than my room, and I am not sure when I will return, but I adored this hotel and I would highly recommend it! Our window was tiny and looked into other places but seemed very Italian looking at the hanging clothesline and all!

This Place is Amazing. The breakfast spread is absolutely perfect and beautifully done. The lobby is a great place to relax. The rooms are great, not large, but very well equipped. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were amazing. Some of the best and kindest service I have ever experienced. My father in law broke his leg on a boat while we were there and I don't know if we would have survived the experience without them. After one day all of the staff new my sons name and had him running up to them with a smile. Great coffee whenever you want. The bar had a great selection of wine and champagne and cocktails. I really can't say enough about the staff. After walking around in crowds walking into Blu di Te immediately relaxed us. This place is a diamond in the rough off the main drags!!!!!
