I think 3.5 stars is fair for this place, but I can't do that on Google, here's my honest thoughts: Rooms: the rooms were modern and spacious, but there were a few imperfections which would be easily touched up, like: cracked light switches, minor but noticeable stains and scuffs on various items, broken shower head was usable but kept falling and was very unstable and not fitted properly. Other than that all was good and the cleaners did a good job and we're nice. Restaurant and food: We are here for breakfast and dinner, and the food stayed the same everyday, with minor cosmetic changes to them only. The food itself was nice, but gets tiring after a few days ( I understand there is religious restrictions on food here in Morocco but I would like to still see more variety). Other than that it was all good and there was no other faults and everything was clean. Areas and amenities: The outdoor area is very nice and has amazing theming ( as shown in newer images ). The chairs are comfy and the toilets are clean and everything is modern or cozy. The elevators were fine but the doors were strangely green, not my style but I'm not complaining. Location: It's an okay area, if you like a bustling city scene then this is good for you. There is some loud honking from nearby roads sometimes but it stops at nighttime. Just to note traffic can be crazy compared to European locations and you must take care when crossing.

Everything at the "BLUE SEA - Le Printemps" hotel feels pleasantly new. Several original paintings by local artist Chaouki Sari greet the guests in the lobby. The room for my wife and me was modernly furnished and equipped with discreetly installed air conditioning. The only minor drawback was the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom. Otherwise, there is much to praise: the breakfast and dinner buffets (especially the fish) were excellent. The staff was organized, competent, and accommodating. We also enjoyed the pool area in the courtyard with its large, colorful graffiti wall, where we spent the evenings. You can also eat breakfast there, and have the option of having a custom omelet prepared. This hotel was a highlight of our Morocco tour.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location as near to the train station and located in the Gueliz district that I wanted to see.. Easy to get to the airport from there too.. Rooms were clean and with balcony and as described.. Many thanks to Hasna! She was lovely and very helpful as in fact we’re all the staff. Definatly would recommend. only negative is that the breakfast fruit juices were too watered down !

We stayed at this stylish hotel in Marrakech in August and overall had a great experience. The interior design is impressive—very chic, with beautiful paintings and cool pictures that give the place a modern yet authentic Moroccan vibe. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, but be aware that it can get quite crowded in the breakfast lounge during peak season. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for kids to swim and cool off. The main downside—and the reason for removing one star—is the location. There’s a rooftop bar nearby that plays loud music late into the night, which made it hard to relax or sleep early. If you’re sensitive to noise, that’s something to consider. All in all, it’s a solid 4-star experience. If the noise issue gets resolved, this place easily deserves a full 5 stars.

Very accommodating and friendly hotel from the reception staff to the room maids. Bed and breakfast was exceptional value for money, fresh and plentiful. The staff cleared plates quickly and never any mess left around. The lovely lady cooking fresh omelettes and pancakes was brilliant and her omelettes were beautiful. Pool is clean and well kept area. However sunbeds are limited to 7/8 per day and you need to be down for 930am to secure one. We never had a problem and usually had the pool to ourselves until mid afternoon. The restaurant and snack bar staff are very attentive and cater to all whims. There are several restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel ranging from higher priced to very low. Many serve alcohol and have beautiful terraces to enjoy the evening. Then back to le taperia in the hotel for last nightcaps before bed. 5* given

The hotel is fine, and the amenities are in line with what you would expect for the budget. The hotel would have received a fine review from me, but I stayed here twice and I CANNOT BELIEVE how rude the lady on reception is. I have not EVER been treated with such disdain and disrespect in my entire life. I cannot believe how this lady is working in hospitality. It was unbelievable how disgustingly she treated guests. I am still in such shock. I thought, on my first stay, that maybe she was having a bad day, but then I returned a week later and she was grumpy and rude all over again. If the city wasn't so beautiful, she would have ruined my entire trip. Please, train your staff to not be so disgustingly rude and callous to your guests. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Very nice hotel, in a nice location, with an extremely nice staff team including receptionists, cleaners, restaurant workers, etc. My room upstairs was very comfortable with a large, very comfortable bed and a nice balcony and bathroom. Special thanks to a hotel repair person, who, less than 1 hour after I requested the receptionist to have someone strengthen the room's air conditioner came upstairs and worked rapidly and efficiently to improve the a.c.

This is our 4th or 5th stay. We stay here because daughter likes pool. Some staff are cold. The breakfast is below average as the selection is poor with heavy cheap items (bread-pastry- egg). The location is great. The price is fair. The swimming pool is nice. I booked two rooms. This maybe our last stay in this hotel as some staff lack professionalism. Upon checking in we asked the receptionist to provide courtesy breakfast since it was not part of the booking. He told me that he will let me know upon checking with manager. He did not. Next day while having breakfast a worker asked about my rooms numbers. He told me to pay. I told him to charge it to the room. He kept FOLLOWING me to collect payment!!
