I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Blue Sea Le Printemps. Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel was far from what I had anticipated.
Firstly, there was significant noise disturbance throughout the stay, particularly with many guests behaving inappropriately and intoxicated. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy the environment during my stay.
Additionally, I encountered frequent issues with the room key card. On multiple occasions, I had to visit the reception as the card failed to open the door. This caused a lot of inconvenience.
There were also ongoing electrical problems in the room, which significantly affected the quality of my stay. These issues were not resolved promptly and added to the frustration.
Lastly, I was also concerned about the surrounding area. The streets outside the hotel were very dark, creating an unsettling and unsafe atmosphere, which made me feel uncomfortable walking around the area.
