Stay: It was a nice stay. The rooms were good and comfortable. Just open the window for some fresh air if needed. Cleanliness: The rooms were neat and tidy. No complaints. Location: It’s easy to reach from Interlaken West station, and it’s a 20-minute walk to the OST station. Google Maps shows the accurate location. Staff: They were really friendly and helpful. We did the online check-in to speed up the process. Get the city tax details from the reception.

Sparkling clean room with great daylight and views right outside window. Staff here are very friendly. Jessica gave us great travelling suggestions and kitchen staff serviced buffet breakfast very good! Convenient location with bus stops close by. Free bus vouchers covers the entire duration of the stay. Highly recommended.

Decent rooms for a cheaper price than the rest of Interlaken, but it will be a cheaper experience to match. Some rooms have shared bathrooms and toilets which are fine. The water gets warm and they are sufficiently clean. My only complaint is the noise. You are above multiple restaurants and the clientele at these restaurants seem to like to hang around until midnight, being very loud. Since the hotel does not have air conditioning, you must keep the windows open to stay cool, meaning that all of the sounds from outside come into your room at night. The room accommodations are fine, beds are comfy enough and the beds are made daily, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was one of the better hotel/hostel breakfasts I have had. Overall, a decent budget option, just be prepared for a bit of a budget experience! I would stay here again if I needed to a place to stay for cheap.

I found the hotel to be simple but very nice, perfect for a short stay. I booked a family room, which consisted of two rooms with a co-joined door. Unfortunately, only one of the rooms had a toilet and a shower, but both had sinks. The service was great, and the lady serving breakfast in the restaurant was very helpful and polite. The location was perfect for me, as it was very close to the train station (Interlaken Ost) and to a bus station. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the hotel, and it met my needs for a short stay with its simplicity and convenient location.

Although the rooms need an update and could be bigger, we had a good stay. Rooms at the front can be noisy in the evening. We had a room with shared facilities and the shower could be improved. Beds are good and there is a good coffee machine in the room. Check In was very friendly and also the lady who runs the breakfast is lovely..

The hotel and restaurant (El Azteca) are lovingly managed and maintained by family members Polo, Claudia, and Jessica - all stimulating personalities. However, Eddie (at the bar in the restaurant), is the most colorful character of all! Great personality with wonderful 'tall tales'. Kudos to all! ||||The facility is in a good location; it is clean and well maintained; the Wi-Fi is very good; the rates are reasonable; and the restaurant is cozy with a good basic continental breakfast. ||||Minor considerations: the single room (twin bed) is small but adequate. It comes with a private shower, whereas some of the larger rooms have shared showers. My in-room shower was the type where water goes over the whole bathroom; remove anything you don't want to get wet before you shower. There is no elevator; if climbing stairs is a problem, better to choose elsewhere.

We did stay at the Blume for 4 nights. Excellent location, no traffic noice in the night, very clean and homey. Good size rooms, the shower is a litttel challenging, very small. The check in and check out not that great since the hotel has no elevator. The Mexicain Restaurant is excellent, and the owner is providing great entertaiment with his guitar. Overall wonderful stay.
