"Yes, it’s lavish in its own way, but the most immediately striking thing about Hotel Boulevard is that it isn’t housed in some rakishly angled skyscraper, or built on a manmade island. Instead it’s laid out like a relatively modest mid-rise village, with a warmth that stems from its human scale and its traditionally influenced design. Rooms face the gardens and pool, and are not just quiet but exceedingly comfortable, and tasteful to boot — no mean feat in this town. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection. The hotel exceeded our expectations — it’s stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore Dubai, with great options nearby.||What impressed us most was the great value for money. Considering the standard of the hotel, the overall experience felt absolutely worth it. On top of that, every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.||We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located hotel with great service and a strong price-performance ratio.

I recently had breakfast at your restaurant for the first time, and I wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was. From the excellent service to the amazing food choices, I was thoroughly impressed. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the fact that we could also order from the menu at no extra charge was a delightful surprise. The service was especially commendable; the staff was amicable, attentive, considerate, and helpful. I would particularly like to thank Maribeth for her outstanding service. She truly made my visit special. Recommended to everyone.

Amazing location.The hotel looks as beautiful from the outside as it does inside. The staff here are also very nice and especially the metro station is nearby.This hotel is 10 minutes away from the metro station and has very good facilities. And the food here was also very tasty and the lobby environment was also very nice.And especially the housekeeping should clean the room very well.I would especially like to thanks to Atif because he made my stay so enjoyable.

Great hotel. Absolutely amazing service, the workers are all super duper kind. The breakfast is crazy good too especially the orange juice (no pulp ofcourse). The hotel is a walking distance from the burj khalifa wich is quite neat and overall a great experience.

I have been a big fan of this hotel- stayed here 3 or 4 times and it never fails.|The staff are super friendly especially the ones in the restaurant- they go above and beyond to serve you and know you by name. |Quality service! I have enjoyed every meal I ate here! Btw ask for the green apple juice, the right start to your day! ||Anyways highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the receptionist, Naaman. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and not cooperative at all. The situation escalated unnecessarily over a parking issue. I expected much better customer service would like to highlight Pankaj, the valet staff member. He was extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling. His professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference and gave a great impression of the place. He is truly one of the best staff members.

Amazing location hotel is to Dubai mall and metro station. The food is very tasty.|The housekeeping are very professional specially thanks to|Atif and anil who really makes our stay comfortable always room are near clean and tidy once we come back.

Very well situated hotel downtown. It's just across Dubai Mall on a very interesting street with great views from the front rooms. Very good experience from the concierge and the cleaning team but poor from the breakfast . Insufficient and not at all coordinated. We took the breakfast only one out of the four days. They must have someone to coordinate them. Appart of this it's a lovely hotel which I would visit again but without paying for the breakfast.
