I stayed at the hotel from 3rd July 2025 to 2nd August 2025. Overall, I found the rooms to be very comfortable, with daily cleaning and fresh linen provided. However, on certain days, the replenishment of tea, coffee, and water was not up to standard, and I had to request these items separately.
The breakfast experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The menu remained unchanged throughout my stay, with little to no variation. Additionally, there were frequent delays in serving dishes from the hot kitchen, which often compelled me to leave without having the main course to avoid being late for work. That said, I must commend the exceptional attention and service provided by the Filipino supervisor. On the days she was on duty, there were no service lapses, and her efforts made a noticeable difference.
Another area of concern was the valet service. Particularly during weekends in the evenings, the service was very poor, with significant delays in handing over keys due to inefficient traffic handling by the attendants. However, I would like to recognize Sumith for his commendable service — he was very prompt in the mornings, which helped compensate for the delays I experienced at breakfast.
Overall, despite these shortcomings, the hotel maintains good and comfortable standards.
