We stayed at Hotel Bourg Tibourg for 6 nights. |From the minute we arrived to the beautiful scent and the warm greetings from Blandine and Anthony, we knew we chose the perfect hotel. |We were upgraded to a room with a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. We had a tub too that was so relaxing after a long day of walking. The hotel gifted us deliscious sweets for our stay. The hotel is extremely clean and the decor is stunning. The location of the hotel is perfect, La Marias is fun and lively. We are in our 60's and from NY so we loved the vibe in La Marias.|When we returned to the hotel the second night, it felt like home.|The staff is amazing and will do everything to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect. Blandine, Anthony, Lisa and Maeva helped us make reservations, find the best shopping etc. They couldn't do enough for us. |Louis at the door was attentive to all our needs, umbrellas's, taxi's etc. |The staff and hospitality made our trip a beautiful experience. |This hotel should be a five star!! |OM

Everything was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean (though a little small but it’s a boutique so that was expected). The bathrooms have nice huge tubs which was a plus after walking all day. The common areas were so cool and inviting, and the staff was helpful without being over the top about it. We chose not to take the breakfast. There are many spots outside with lots of options.

I really like this hotel and have stayed there on three trips so far. Probably not my last stay at the Bourg. The location is perfect if you like the Marais and I really like the decor of the rooms. The rooms were quite warm and the ventilation did not help at all. The breakfast is quite average though.

This small boutique hotel is big on charm and amenities. The decor is colorfully stunning, The lobby is a cozy living room area cum bar. Our charming yet small bedroom had a mansard ceiling with a well appointed bathroom including a sizeable soaking tub. The cellar breakfast room is a step back into another century with its enchanting decor. The fresh farm eggs were cooked perfectly and the breads and croissants melted in my mouth. The location in the Le Marais neighborhood is a short distance across the river from the Notre Dame Cathedral. Le Marais is totally walkable. with a restaurant, bakery or cafe about every third storefront. Plenty of great shopping, too! Maybe the best for us is the personnel. It was our first trip to Paris, and they acted as as if we were guests in their home, seeing to our every want and need, directing us to exquisite restaurants, activities, and walks. We were sad to leave, but will plan a return trip to Hotel Bourg Tibourg.

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at the Hotel Bourg Tibourg. The hotel is exceptionally charming, comfortable, and impeccably decorated. The front office/ concierge staff are helpful in every way possible and so pleasant and professional. The breakfast is quite good and the waiter was truly the best— remembered our preferences and made it a welcoming experience. Our junior suite on the 4th floor was a good size for Paris; very modern and comfortable, nice view of the garden patio below, spacious bathroom, great shower and huge bathtub. The location is perfect. Will definitely stay here again, and can’t say enough positive things about our stay!

We were very impressed with our stay at Hôtel Bourg Tibourg. The staff was helpful, energetic, friendly, and eager to assist. This was especially helpful when making plans/reservations, given my inability to speak French. The room, bathroom, and common rooms were clean, neat, and organized. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Thank you!

The Parisian quaint vibes and the staff make this hotel a special stay. Ben’s breakfast in the mornings were our favorite part. Great location in Marais and overall would recommend to anyone.

Yelp
My husband and I checked in on a Friday and left on a Monday. It was the perfect hotel for a weekend stay in Paris. The hotel was very clean and incredibly spacious. When I say spacious, I mean even by US standards. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. There was an instance where I needed a bandage and they quickly brought supplies up. The Marais district is one of our favorites in Paris, and I would strongly recommend this hotel. During our stay, we did have one odd thing happen to us. The hotel gives physical keys and not key cards. We had no problems with it, but the last night we came in a bit late and a security guard had to let us in. He didn't berate us, but he did tell us that it was tacky to take the key if we would be out late, but at no point did anyone tell us this. Mind you, he was speaking to us in English, so that may just have been a translation issue. That may be something you want to ask reception about, because we didn't get to as it was our last night.

Yelp
Slice of heaven right in the heart of Paris! This hotel is perfect in so many ways. Responsive and helpful staff. Amazing location. Nicely appointed and super cozy rooms. Bourg Tibourg is named for the street it sits on. The street has a perfume maker who has been in business for 40 years and a tea shop that opened in the 1800's. That says something. The location is great for two reasons: 1. It's in a vibrant, but calm and quite, neighborhood. 2. It's SO close to wherever your explorations take you. I found it both convenient and practical, but also a really good local scene. It's hard to pull off both prime location and calm LOCAL neighborhood. Le Marais is all good things. The rooms are spotless. They are meticulously clean and housekeeping is amazing. Hotel Bourg Tibourg is well loved. This is evident by all of the staff. Back to location. Shopping and excellent food choices are at your doorstep. But the hotel location is also great to use as an operating base to access the rest of the city. Major attractions are within striking distance. As a female traveler going solo on this trip I also felt very safe at all times. I stayed in room 56 and I think it was 100 percent perfect. If you have the option pay up for a Deluxe room, you won't regret it. My room had a nice tub, street view, a king bed or can be two twins. A gorgeous tiny patio with two chairs. It's on the street side of the building which even at the 5th floor you can hear city noise slightly. Very muffled, and honestly it didn't bother me at all. If you're sensitive go with a courtyard view. I absolutely loved having a bathtub but I could see how some people might prefer just a shower. And the set up could be awkward. But the tub is amazing! The room has everything you might need. And then some. They really seemed to have anticipated the essentials and what you might need to be comfortable. If you forgot something or are worried about anything the staff here will accommodate, and go above and beyond to make it perfect. The elevator to reach the higher floors is tiny. Again, didn't bother me at all. If you're a big dude or easily claustrophobic this might be a problem. Fair warning. If concerned you could book a lower floor and use the stairs. Even the high floors it's easy to take the stairs. But I thought the elevator was fun. I was able to check in super early on the day of my arrival. I'm sure this might not always be an option. But for me it was lifesaving and an incredibly helpful gesture. Here is what the hotel is. Ridiculously charming, calm, romantic, discreet, warm, and inviting place. VERY PARISIAN vibes from top to bottom. If a French experience is what you're after you have found your spot. Here's what it is not: big, commercial, sterile. 5 star in Champs-Elysee (but it's not trying to be that.) I love this hotel and the neighborhood! Wish I could stay longer. Hope to be back soon!

Yelp
This hotel was perfect. Very small as most are in Europe. We upgraded to a littler bigger room for the wedding but both rooms were great. Its top quality. Very clean. 5 star. I travel alot and this is one of my favorite places Ive stayed. We honestly would like to take another moment to thank the staff again who made our stay wondeful. This was our 1st time to France, my French is terrible and my husband is worse but there was no issues with communication. These guys were so patient with us and so helpful. We came for our Wedding elopement. That was our only plan so the rest we were just winging. The front desk helped us with all of our last min plans and reservations. Transportation to and from the airport. Great dinner recommendations. This place was perfect. It was romantic and cute. The staff did everything to make it special for us. The location is honestly the best place to stay in Paris. Great neighborhood. It's very safe Very trendy. You can pretty much walk everywhere. There isn't a gym but there are many nice gyms in walking distance. Fitness park is my recommendation. We tried a couple. A spa around the corner recommendation of the hotel. Very nice. A bakery three doors down along with wonderful cafes for morning coffee. A grocery across the street. And the best shopping two blocks away. We will be back .

Yelp
One is always a bit skeptical when working through hotel reviews in foreign countries. The Bourg-Tibourg was recommended by a local friend who lived in Paris for a couple of years. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough on all counts! The rooms are a bit on the small size but very comfortable. The decor, architecture and location in the Marais are superb. Most importantly, the entire staff from the front desk check-in staff through the bellmen and night clerks to the housekeeping staff were the most pleasant, professional and personable team we've run across in ages. Book the Bourg-Tibourg...you won't be disappointed!

Whitney S.

Yelp
Front desk team very nice but rooms were smallest I have ever seen in Europe and no sleep was had due to LOUD street it is on and the very uncomfortable beds. I do not recommend staying here.

Yelp
An absolute delight...8 stars!! The service is impeccable. The best we have had in France and we have dealt out some serious coin at other spots. They were incredibly helpful months before our arrival giving us very long and detailed suggestions that made our visit most enjoyable. They truly deliver. The location is ideal for exploring the neighborhood outfitted with cafés, bars and countless shops just a stone throws away. Also, it's very central and can be used as a launching pad to the entire city. The rooms are perfect. Ideally, you want a high floor with a street view that includes a seated balcony. Do I have to leave my room? Well, if you do, the common areas are relaxing, quiet and roomy if you want a place to do some work or read. All around incredible experience!!!!!! I will be going back!!!!!!

Yelp
This is my favorite small hotel. So clean, cozy, and everyone is very friendly. Never a crowd. I've stayed here many times. It's a Costes hotel.

Yelp
Very small, service at the front desk not helpful. A few of the staff very accommodating. However don't expect any assistance with dinner reservations. The rooms are very small and the decor is outdated. Not worth the price but great location

Yelp
A warm and secret place to escape the quirky streets of Paris for a few hours. Quiet, yet very central. Rooms are small and cosy with thick carpets, heavy curtains and indirect lighting. The style perfectly balances elegance and snugness. A fine breakfast with fresh fruits, croissants (of course croissants) etcetera is what you get in the morning (served in the lobby or brought to your room) and you will be given an iPad for your stay (free WiFi). The hotel is really petit and does not have a restaurant or a spa or something but you will find plenty of really nice little shops, restaurants and cafes for every budget in the narrow streets around. This hideaway is how you imagine a hotel during your romantic stay in P-A-R-I-S.

Yelp
This hotel is a true gem. Every single staff member acted like I was their favorite guest ever! (Which, yes, I'm a great guest ha ha but it was obvious they do their best to make everyone feel that way.) They were totally responsive to every request I had and overall just delightful. They really were the best. The hotel itself is in a fabulous location and my room had a nice view over the street. They had a little outside seating area that was just beautiful and the furnishings and interior just take you away from the hectic streets of Paris. The room service was amazing and the croissants and fresh berries were to die for. The lighting was a tiny bit dim but it was in keeping with the classic Parisian atmosphere of the hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this hotel to anyone.
