Hotel Boutique & Spa Las Mimosas

Having been to Ibiza too many times to mention, our stay at Las Mimosas was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had on the island. From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming (not the case in many Ibiza hotels!). Andrea on reception, the bar staff, everyone we encountered were amazing, the hotel itself is super chilled, you almost feel like you're staying at a boutique villa but with great food served to you by the pool, delicious cocktails, chilled dj and lovely comfy double sun beds which are always reserved for you, if you let them know the day before (again- not the case with many hotels!!). Also, for us another notable highlight was the peaceful rooms, if you have a late night and need a lie in, there was not a banging door to be heard, its almost as if you have the hotel to yourself. LOVED, and will be back next year for sure. Thanks Las Mimosas team. x

Our stay at Hotel Boutique & Spa Las Mimosas was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home thanks to the warm and professional welcome from the reception team! The hotel is an oasis of tranquility near the lively bay of San Antonio. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the pool with its luxurious sunbeds was the perfect place to relax together. The Italian restaurant and the pool bar served delicious food and drinks, and the atmosphere was always perfect. What truly makes Las Mimosas special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and did everything to make our stay unforgettable. They made us feel like we truly belonged. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in Ibiza. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful hotel and pool area. We were a group of three actually staying at the Sister Hotel Sau Clau by Mambo which didn't have a pool so the manger arranged for us to use this one. I can't comment on the rooms as we didn't see those but we had the most wonderful afternoon by the pool. It was clean, peaceful and nothing was too much trouble. We were looked after by a wonderful lady who's name sounded like Fay in English. We enjoyed some ice cold wine and delicious food. The hotel is stylish, beautifully decorated and we were warmly welcomed. We really wish we had stayed here! Thank you for a glorious afternoon.

We just arrived home after a great week staying at Las Mimosas! The hotel has a luxurious, but calm and welcoming atmosphere with a Mediterranean feel. We felt everything was done to just the right level with efficient and friendly service from all the staff. The food from Mimo’s we had for breakfast and a few lunches was always delicious and you could tell it used high quality ingredients. It is a short walk to local facilities and supermarkets. There is also a bus stop just down the hill on the main road, which we used to head into the main part of San Antonio, only a short journey. There is also the option to walk to local beaches or get the ferry / water taxi across San Antonio bay. I would definitely come back here to stay again in the future. Thank you to all the staff who helped us have a great stay.

We were a little skeptical at first as this is located in San Antonio, however we were surprised with how quiet and tranquil it was, just very slightly out of the craziness, it was like a little oasis. Lovely spacious room with roof terrace and sunbeds, lovely pool with chilled DJ, food and drink were really good. The spa which you could have to yourself for an hour was great with a jacuzzi, sauna etc. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family and I would definitely come back if we visit again.

We stayed at Las Mimosas Ibiza for five days (including our 6-month-old baby), and we couldn’t have wished for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and located in a peaceful, quiet area – a real oasis away from the busier parts of the island. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. What really made our stay memorable was the incredibly friendly warm, and attentive staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Traveling with a baby can be a challenge, but the team at Las Mimosas made it so easy for us – nothing was too much to ask. The food was absolutely delicious – compliments to the (very friendly!) chef for every flavorful and beautifully prepared dish. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we truly enjoyed every meal. There’s a genuine family feeling at this hotel – it’s not just about luxury or looks (although those are certainly there), but about creating a place where guests feel at home. We left with full hearts and already look forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay in Ibiza! Nice place with very kind and friendly people. The room is beautiful and clean. The breakfast is tasteful and served by very friendly ladies. Sometimes you need to wait a long time for the food and drinks but it is worth waiting.

What an end to the 2025 summer season! This hotel is so good that if you don’t have party plans, there is no need to abandon the pool or indeed the spa area for an entire day. Many thanks to Nhu and her team and see you again in 2026 for more of the same.
