The staff were extremely helpful and friendly Wonderful view of the beach and would have loved to keep my balcony door opened but the beach club was extremely loud up until around 3 am almost every night. The breakfast was great also but they need to restock the foods more. Would for sure stay again if in the area.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Boutique Balandret! The location is perfect—directly across from the beach and with countless dining options right on the doorstep. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and we were very impressed with the quality and variety of the breakfast each morning. This is a top-notch hotel, and we would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Beautiful boutique hotel, overlooking Las Arenas beach. Fantastic location, gorgeous decor and really friendly staff. There is a lovely rooftop terrace for sunbathing and/or cocktails. We had a wonderful stay and are already planning a return visit.

Hotel very clean.reception staff very very friendly and helpfully. |Restaurant staff were rude. Asked if we could have a drink on the terrace as a resident, girl said she would asked and came back and sat us at a table. Waiter came over and told us if we were not eating we had to move, didn't want to hear that we had been told to sit there, he was rude and embarrassed us. We were seated at another table, service was awful, had our drink and asked for bill. It was not our bill, it was someone else's food order. We got it sorted quickly though. Other people also left without drinks due to service.|Breakfast basic and is not replenished. Although the older lady on our last day was lovely. Very helpful.|Roof terrace supposed to be opened from 4pm, it never opened, asked about it and was told its restaurant staff that runs it, |Airport taxi that was arranged by hotel never turned up. When reception tried to contact they would not answer their phone. Very disappointing.

The hotel is very good and is worthy of all 5 stars. The staff is responsive and very friendly. The only minus is the very noisy embankment. The hotel is suitable for young people with a good night's sleep.

Nicely designed rooms right at the beach. Reception team is super friendly and welcoming. A word of warning on rooms facing the beach. Google Marina Beach Club and you will see the schedule for the open air night club close by that blasts music until 3:30am. It’s impossible to escape this noise, even with windows and curtains closed and ear plugs. Also I think the restaurant is under different management/ownership and be prepared to be treated with rudeness/indifference at breakfast.

I think most travellers would agree that they want to be able to relax and feel refreshed after a good nights sleep. This unfortunately wasn’t something we were able to experience on our four night stay at the hotel. Every evening we were disturbed by other guests returning to their rooms but this was nothing compared to the maids beginning their cleaning shift at the crack of dawn! They clearly have no concept that guests might not have woken up yet and don’t enjoy being subjected to crashing and banging about. |Breakfast was basic but ok. Staff were pleasant and generally quite helpful. The bar looks nice but rarely manned and not really geared up for anyone wanting to sit there and not a cocktail in sight (unlike the glossy website pictures portray) |Room was clean and comfortable but cramped and stuffy so a sea view room is probably advisable if you are going to stay here. Our room was basically a cube with a window that looked out on an internal wall.|Beach is on the doorstep which is great but this also means other beachgoers use the restaurant which can make it feel crowded and noisy at times. The immediate areas surrounding the hotel are quite untidy. Litter and empty glasses from the bars and burger king rubbish from 2 doors down welcome you first thing as you stroll to the beach and don’t forget the cigarette butts that are everywhere ( these images were left off the glossy website ) | València is a wonderful city and we hope to return one day but the Hotel Balandret won’t be on our shortlist and is unlikely to be recommended.
