Hotel Boutique Britânico

It's the best hostel I have been so far. The whole environment is very homey and charming. The fireplace is something, I might add. The staff team is very polite. All rooms and beds are extremely clean and very comfortable. Sounds more like a suite hotel 4-5 stars, but with a cheaper price, which is a good point, and really attractive. I definitely recommend it. 10/10.

Very nice, clean and spacious hostel. The rooms are very big and they have double beds in a dormitory very special and very much appreciated. Perfect for couples on a budget. ||The staff is very warm and welcoming and helping you whereever needed and beyond. The kitchen has the best ofen i have seen in south america. The kitchen is not big but when we have been there there were not much people around so it was perfect. ||The staff helped us with booking a car for 2 days and gave us plenty of information what to do around.||Thanks we had a wonderful stay in your hostel.

We loved this hostel! After backpacking for 9 months this is the best hostel I've stayed in. It feels more like a hotel but at hostel prices. Rooms were great and the dorms even have doubles for couples. The staff were fantastic with good advice on things to do etc and helped us hire a car, highly recommend this as there's so much to see outside the town. Big thanks to Ederson who was wonderful. Oh and breakfast is amazing, best fruit salad we've had.

It is a hotel together with a hostel. Upstairs they offer beautifully decorated suites which are comfortable light airy and very clean. The bathroom is perfect. ||Breakfast may be a little umvoefortable since it is served in the lobby and living room which are together and mix all guests. So you may have to wait for a table. But the food served is of very good quality. ||Location is also a plus since you can walk to the city center where it is almost impossible to park. ||I do recommend it.

When I arrived on Easter Sunday the reception/dining area was bustling with activity, breakfast buffet was prepared so guests could help themselves. One of the owners came over and offered refreshments. After a long journey - a big plus to find the hostel so easily on foot. The rooms are spacious with high ceiling, comfortable accommadation Staff Mauro, Carlos and Niannie delivered helpful service all amenities run well - it was a pleasure to stay at this hostel.

The location is great, most attractions can be accessed by walk. I posted a pic that u can take next to the hostel, the view is awesome. The hostel is very clean. The staff is very respectful and gracious. The details in their decoration are amazing. I’m definitely coming back as soon as I can.

The Britanico is cozy, very clean, well located, beautifully decorated, great rooms and the staff makes the whole difference. Very welcoming and supportive. I loved the experience. I’ll certainly go back.

I'd never stayed at a hostel before so I might be a little biased here. But all I know is that Hostel Britânico set the bar really high, it will be tough to compete. It is really cozy and so well decorated. The staff was really helpful and nice. And the price is really affordable considering everything in Gramado is expensive. I definitely recommend it.
