Finding a room in the middle of the night in Valadolid is quite thhe experience. It ranges from defective online night desks to racist receptionist ( looking at you Hotel Jardinbala) -|The staff is absolutely professional and willing to speak english where other hotels failed,and the room suited our needs after 30 hours of driving perfectly. They were clean and comfortable.|The staff was in constant effort to make us as comfortable as humanly possible, whether it was in the night or early in the morning. Shout out to the young man working the night desk on the 3rd of August. |if I ever felt like passing through Valadolid again, this Hotel would be henceforth my first choice.

This location was lovely and very close to the city center. The hotel staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure my luggage got safely in our room. Would highly recommend this safe location with an elevator and AC that works.

Perfectly located in the heart of Valladolid. Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of options and attentive staff. The room, although small, was comfortable. My only complaint was the bathroom sink - no p-trap, and thus the bathroom and room often smelled of sewer gas.

The staff was wonderful — very attentive and kind throughout the stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only downside was that the room was quite small, but everything else made up for it.

Well and strategic position for this hotel. The rooms are fine to rest and enjoy the rest of the city. Personal is friendly and it helps you a lot. The picture that you may find in Booking is not of the hotel, but of the cathedral instead.

This hotel is well located and was sufficient but no more. A small room (with a balcony overlooking the street) was cramped with space for only one suitcase. Sound insulation was poor and we could hear conversations outside and next door. There was a cafe in the basement that we didn't use but no other communal space.||||The hotel could arrange discounted parking in the public underground car park but it was still about 15 euros night.||||I can't recall what we paid but it was more than the room was worth (but rooms were scarce on one of the two nights we stayed).||||Not recommended.

Valladolid is a beautiful, interesting town to visit and hotel cathedral did not let me down. Pleasant staff who went out of their way, even loaned me a kettle so that I could make tea. Comfortable bed and bathroom good. Very clean everywhere. Location behind cathedral superb and great for exploring. I recommend this hotel.
