A perfect place to stay. We had a suite room so there was a separate lounge area. It made a huge difference. The room was excellent, clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was good, although the elevator was a bit scary at first. For breakfast, directly outside the hotel entrance is a great bar. They did excellent tortilla, which kept us going until lunch.

Quite a small but nice hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are decently sized. I was very satisfied with the ventilation system, as our colleagues stayed in a different hotel and complained about the heat, not a problem in this hotel.

We stayed here one night towards the end of our honeymoon. The room and bed were very comfortable and the staff was very nice. We ordered dessert and had it on the terrace and we were the only ones out there and it was very romantic. The next morning we ordered breakfast a la carte and once again had the privacy of the terrace and it was delicious. Hotel is walking distance to a gorgeous nature park, definitely recommend.

It is a great location only a 5 minute walk into the old town. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Our room was first class with good soundproofed windows, so there was no street noise. We would definitely stop again.

We stayed one night on our way back to Santander. The reception staff were lovely - upgraded us to a superior room. Location great - easy walk to centre of town. Good shower and lovely bathroom. Everything perfect until it came to breakfast….. surly staff and rude service which put a bit of a dampener on the whole experience!

We arrived very early since we had to drop off our rental car in the train station. There was a reserved parking space in front of the hotel to drop off our luggage and do the check in. This was great. We were able to return the car and start walking the city without having to drag the suitcases to the hotel. ||||We came back to the hotel at about 3:00pm. Our room was very nice. The decor was very pretty. There was enough space in the room and the bathroom to feel comfortable. ||||The hotel was very nice. The location not the best to be close to the center of town, but it worked for us since the next day we walked to the train station to take the train back to Madrid.

While this is an absolutely beautiful hotel and located insanely well in the heart of the city; it's getting a 3/5 due to the blatant lie at the front desk. Let's preface this with how we know and understand the energy conservation law put in place from August 8, 2022 to November 1, 2023. All open areas and communal areas are to be kept to 27 degrees Celsius. HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO PRIVATE SPACES. That includes your hotel room. My wife is pregnant and we were sweating in our sleep. When we asked the desk about our AC we were told BY LAW it couldn't go below 21C and they had a watch on all rooms at the front desk. Well our AC never even got past 22.2C. my wife was having quite a lot of trouble sleeping and this was just a flat out lie and controlling. ||Would I stay here again, absolutely. But not in the thick of summer of this is how it works. Sorry guys, the lie was a big problem for me.
