Hotel Boutique Las Brisas

Lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are quite small, but adequate for the price paid. Clean and tidy. Sight issue that needs to be fixed is that the shower door didn't close, so flooded the bathroom. Breakfast choice is limited, but again adequate. Could do with some nicer bread choices and fruit options. Location is perfect - opposite a golden, long sandy beach. Short walk into the square and 25 mins walk into town. Would recommend for a short break.

Beautiful boutique hotel just a stones throw away from the beach. Hotel kept good communications prior to stay & check in was straight forward & smooth. Staff were lovely & very accommodating. Room was top floor built into the attic space so be aware if you are tall......mind your head. Hotel was extremely clean with tea & coffee available all day within the breakfast/lounge area. Reception is not staffed 24 hours but there is a contact number available but this was not required at this visit. Beach & local coffee shops/restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.

This cute little hotel is so close to the beach that I could hear the waves at night! I loved the little, comfy room and the warm atmosphere!

I chose this place because it is away from the main drag in Santander, but still with easy access. We walked most places otherwise you could hop on one of the many buses or grab a cab.|We were on the ground floor. The room was small but delightfully decorated with a comfortable bed. |Breakfast was down some stairs where a limited buffet was on offer, but this included locally made pastries. I went with my husband for 3 nights and we had a great time/

We had a room with great view of the beach. Comfortable but very small.

Great location for the beach and coast, good location for the rest of the city. Nice surroundings. Hotel individually and tastefully appointed. Room was good. Would use again.

Small, friendly hotel and spotlessly clean. We stayed for four nights and had a nice time. Cost of stay was really reasonable for a nice hotel close to the beach. Breakfast was included but it was fairly minimal. Rooms are tiny and quite dated but as mentioned already very clean indeed. It was a bit of a challenge to open and close the shower room door due to such tight space!||Santander itself is lovely and this area is about a 20 minute stroll for the centre. Beach is amazing but not huge amount of stuff to do.

Difficult review this as I'd place it higher than a three but not a four for me.|Handy for the fine beach and near the football stadium which was my reason for visiting. |Easy to get to by several bus services which you pick up from near where the airport bus drops off.|A few bars and some good restaurants nearby and a handy little shop for newspapers and quality bread if needed!|Hotel very clean and a friendly welcome. It's an old building so no lift. My room pretty small but I knew this from research. Just me so no problem with space but bathroom a little tight and the loo has little room around it.| For my three night stay it was fine.|Average breakfast.|If you get a good rate it's great value but if not others may offer more.
