Room 303 has beautiful views (even if the ceilings are a little low in the attic type space)! The breakfast is generous and very good with cheese, ham, tomatoes, croissants and bread with jam, omelet, and fruit. The bed is a bit hard, the shower doesn’t have a door, and the front desk staff seemed very annoyed to ever have to deal with us but otherwise a lovely stay. Perfect location and includes free parking, which is a must if you’re coming on a busy weekend since the public lots were overly full.

Hotel Maribel is a wonderful hotel in beautiful Alquezar. The breakfast, in particular, is spectacular and plentiful, featuring fresh coffee, just-squeezed orange juice, pastries, fruit, cold cuts and a hot vegetable frittata that was different every day. The building is evidently very old as it befits this medieval town, so do not count on big lobbies, elevators or any of those conveniences, although it is very clean and charming (bordering on the whimsical, but still on this side of good taste). The staff is very friendly, helpful and approachable. The room was also very nice (small, inevitably) and there were flower trays on the beautiful windows. It was a very hot season, and the AC seemed to have a bit of trouble keeping the temperature down, but the town got cooler at night. ||Be warned that the streets are steep, narrow and cobbled. This means that driving to the door of the hotel is tricky, and you must not ignore the map that the hotel will send you with instructions to find its parking lot. GPS navigation will send you to the hotel through the town, which is not allowed - you must come in from the back and park in the lot as the map indicates (get the code number from the hotel in advance that you need to enter on the security pad). If you have heavy bags that need to be rolled you would be better off driving to the door of the hotel to leave the bags first, but you need to be somewhat adept at stopping and turning around in a sloping, narrow street. Once you find the parking lot of the hotel, however, it’s very easy to drive in and out of town as you like. The hotel itself is in a wonderful spot, close to everything. It does not offer dinner, but there are plenty of options in town. Definitely recommendable.

When we arrived at Alquezar, the first glimpse of the town was as we came round a corner from one of the “out of town” car parks, and it is a ruggedly stunning looking place. We found the hotel and the hotel parking easily, and the latter is very spacious and secure. The hotel fully lives up to the “boutique” in its title and is very smart indeed. Our room (201) is beautiful and is a mixture of attractive brickwork, wooden beams and plain, pastel coloured walls. The decor and furnishing is exquisite, and the en-suite is stylishly modern.||Breakfast at Hotel Mirabel was just as exquisite as everything else about this hotel. Freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, good quality ham and cheese, a courgette tortilla, toast, croissants and coffee.||This is a to class hotel and the service has been lovely.

Beautifully restoresd mansion. Great location in a truly incredible walled town. Spotless and charming. Breakfast was not a buffet for a change and was excellent. We will be back. Parking was a short walk away and was gated.

Delightful small hotel with secure parking a couple of minutes walk away. The room was spotless, imaginatively designed , quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included and freshly made with a perfect asparagus omelette, jamón, freshly squeezed juice, croissants and tea/ coffee. The owner is really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly.

A very pleasant hotel wonderfully located in the centre of this gem of a village. It is well worth the trek of getting here. A magical place and a hotel of interest and charm with comfortable and well furnished rooms. We had a small balcony as well. Although they do not speak English there we had no difficulty in communicating and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was superb, fresh and ample. Good value and well worth a visit

Eclectic and super fun hotel in Alquézar. It is decorated in a way that shows how much the owners care about the place, and it is in a beautiful part of town. The breakfast was unexpected and perfect! Delicious through every bite. The rooms were quiet, clean, and super fun. Memorable experience for my husband and I along with our parents traveling through central Spain.

Incredible hotel. incredible rooms, amazing views, awesome building, and really good breakfast. However, it's hard to get to because the town has very tight, steep roads.
