Hotel Brasa

We stayed at this hotel for one night and decided to extend our stay for another night. We had a family room with two bedrooms, access to a large terrace, and a beautiful view of the fields and sunset — very cozy and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was quite basic, and on the second morning the cheese and ham looked a bit dry and the fruit wasn’t very appealing, but overall there was enough to eat. We were satisfied with our stay — a good option for a 3-star hotel.

- Stayed in a room on the 1st floor, wifi went out sometimes; - no hot water (not even warm water) on the shower; - old looking room from the '60s with some dirt and insects inside; - very small bed (I'm 1.75m and my feet were sticking out); - TV is minuscule. - housekeeping staff tried to bust in my room door forcefully without knocking in; - no "do not disturb" sign; - housekeeping staff threw out a toothpaste (I had left behind) immediately without keeping it for half a day even, I went back to the hotel on the same day I checked out and it was gone.

We stayed one night and were really well welcome. Despite there was not enough toilet paper, the receptionist was very helpful. Also, it was a little bit cold outside but the air conditioner worked very well. The beds were very noisy. Every time you moved, you could hear it a mile away. The shower head was not working well and the WC went all wet. Too many water pressure. The breakfast was quite good! Good coffee and toasts with excellent cheese and ham. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Just spent a night here as a good value alternative to hotels in nearby Badajoz, Spain. Hotel was easy to find on the main road (but no road noise that we heard) with free car park. Our first floor room had a view of the countryside, with H&C air conditioning and a comfortable double bed. The buffet breakfast was excellent - one of the best we have encountered anywhere. I had forgotten when I booked that breakfast was included in the price which made this hotel outstandingly good value. Only a few small negatives - the wall mounted TV was too small to be viewed from the bed but we weren't going to watch it anyway. At busy times the hot water was not hot enough for a bath the way I like it buy fine for a shower. There was a shaving mirror but no shaver point and the bathroom lighting was a little too low for shaving according to my husband.

This is a slightly aged hotel. That being said, I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very nice and well kept. The Portuguese countryside is a nice view. And the price was very acceptable. I'd happily stay here again.

The water presure for shower is quite law. Its an ok place just to stay for overnight

Much better than expected. Restaurant and bar are closed since Covid, but rooms are spacious and nothing wrong with. Prices from €50 are including basic breakfast which is cool. I recommend it for a good night's sleep.

It looks like a before 90’ hotel. We took a “suite” for 105€ but it was nothing like a suite. The furniture was quite old, the AC didn’t worked and it wasn’t that clean. The only part that was ok was the bathroom but still not a suite bathroom.
