A small, friendly and charming hotel with pleasant staff. The meals are delicious, always fresh and of good quality. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Thank you for the hospitality, it was fantastic🙂❤️

Very nice hotel in the Old Town Benidorm. Buffet style breakfast with provision for gluten free (be sure to make staff aware in the restaurant) plentiful supply of teas, coffees and juices. Very clean and tidy, rooms cleaned daily, clean sheets and towels if you wish. No kettles in the room which feels strange but I hadn't been abroad for 40 years. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We have been staying at this hotel since 2005. It is a lovely, small and well run hotel. Since we first came here it has been upgraded to 3* the guests are mostly Spanish, which gives a great atmosphere, All the facilities you need, including a small fridge in the room, excellent aircon/heating facility (summer/winter). Good number of power points in the rooms, bathrooms equiped with basin, shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and toiletries and towels are changed regularly. Hotel is kept clean, the friendly staff and the food is good. Entertainment available in the bar area each night . The area is quiet at night, being opposite the police station. Its a short walk to the Poniente beach with many bars, restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Excellent value for money!|Rocio, Sabina and Carmen all great staff, as well as those whose names I forgot!! See you all again soon

Stayed here for 4 nights in Oct, Fantastic hotel lovely upto date rooms. Lovely local breakfast included. Only had one issue with the room, the shower head popped off, but they were fantastic in sorting this out for us. Would stay again in a heat beat!

Me and my 6 year old son had a fabulous stay. We arrived before the checked in time and was no problem. Supper friendly staff, actually terrific and hospitable staff! I will definitely say that I take my hat off to all Spaniards for understanding English because I really struggle to understand Spanish - the staff taught me the words in Spanish for microwave and macaroni cheese and was happy to show me where the microwave was to heat up my son's macaroni cheese. Rooms were cleaned each day. The aircon was absolutely amazing I actually had to turn it off, it got so cold. The hotel is nestled in the heart of the old city. Conveniently situated about 2 min walk to the main boelvard, and a further lazy 5min walk to the sea front. The pool was amazing, not over crowded or pool lounge hoggers. Guests were very friendly. And so too were the locals! I would definitely be going back❤️

Located in a quiet area and only a short walk to the beach the hotel made for a pleasant stay. Though the rooms are quite small they are comfortable enough and clean. Cleaning staff attended regularly and were polite and pleasant. The shower can generate water of a level close to scalding so be careful how far you turn the lever to the left! The reception staff were very friendly from the start, as were the dining staff. The food was generally very good though sometimes not much difference from day to day. It was presented well and there was more than sufficient to go around. The hotel was very popular with older Spanish people and not so many foreign tourists, which I personally liked. Evening entertainment was obviously centered towards dealing with this demographic of guests. The only recommendation to the hotel I would offer is regarding the bartender. When giving change perhaps it is better not to neatly place any notes underneath the receipt so that they cannot be seem. Better to place them on top of the receipt with the coins so that there is no impression to the guest that you are trying to short change them. For the price and the service of the staff I would recommend a stay here.

Overall was ok reasonable location. The restaurant food was the worst of all the places I have been. I would not recommend and twice we didn't bother and ate out

Really positive experiense here! The hotel is simple, clean and nice personal. The guy in the bar is so sweet. Its placed not far from beach, and the police is right across (if u like safety like me😂 and some occasional drama outside the station👀). The view from the balcony isnt much, but i dont prioritize that since we mostly are outside. The rooms are suprisingly clean, BUT i have severe dust allergy and they coulve vacuumed a little more😭 also i found like 2 hair in the bathroom, and the shower looks a little musty. But worth it for the price anyways
