A lovely hotel with a bright and impressive reception area and helpful staff. Room was extremely comfortable. In a great location for me and easy to get to other parts of the city. Pricecwas reasonable, considering the quality of the hotel. Can't comment on breakfast as I left too early.

I was told cash only to pay for a room and was assaulted and robbed by the security staff! 100% do not risk your families or your own safety by choosing this hotel

This hotel is a pleasant surprise from the big chain hotels and this is one of many reason why i do like to stay here. ||The breakfast was always well stocked and well presented! The Ladies and Gentlemen that looks after the breakfast were always cheerful and made you feel welcome. The whole area was spotless ley clean. ||Lobby bar, when you needed a break and refuel! ||The bedroom was the same and again every member of staff looking out for me and made me feel at home. ||Reception was the same and they always tried to help and point me in the correct direction to find what i was looking for! ||If you are looking for all the rooms to be the same like a big chain hotel this is not the place for you! If you are looking for a different experience at every breakfast and clean and tidy environment with staff that are looking to help and an elevator system that is getting better this is the hotel i will recommend.

Hello, I stayed at Bratislava Hotel this year. The customer service was horrendous. Absolutely horrible. The workers were very disrespectful and despite it being a 4 star hotel, their English skills were appalling. As we didn’t know the Language, we were automatically in a disadvantaged situation. They Were not willing to answer our questions regarding the fees. Upon arrival, the money they demanded was higher than agreed and when we tried to ask why (politely may I add) they were very disrespectful. A lady at the customer service counter shouted at us. Very horrible. We had no qualms about paying the agreed fee however, it seemed as if they were tricking us. We were never told the breakdown of the fee itself. ||||However, to be honest, the cleaning and breakfast service was very good and the staff at breakfast were polite and accommodating. The cleaning staff especially were lovely. ||Despite this all, I urge you to look elsewhere when booking and please for the sake of your hard earned money and self respect, do not put yourselves through this misery. ||||Thank You and I wish that this experience had been a good one.

The hotel has never been on my radar but things change and when you know a number of very nice people who work there then you have to give it a try!|The only down side for me was the elevator which seem to be all over the place!|I had a real nice hair cut on site and what real surprised me was the main restaurant at breakfast changed the table cloth after each sitting but in a way that i have only seen done in this way one in the world before so you need to look out for this! |The Lobby bar, very nice people who will look after you and this is a main attraction for me all of the staff are so helpful and friendly.|The bed room clean and tidy and laundry service as well!

It needs to be refurbished. Some construction works is being already done around the building. Taxi drivers do not have a clear spot for pick-up and drop-off. Elevators with the card keys behave different one from another, doors quite worn-out, I am not big, but the shower cabin was very narrow, I kept beating off my elbows. Bed was fine, Internet connection ok. Generally good to stay one night.

A very, very good choice. The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are kind of small, but cozy and good looking. Good bathroom, a balcony. Excellent location, near the subway (5 stops to city center) and busses, and stores quite nearby. The breakfast has a decent offer.

3rd day here and freezing in the rooms, their AC doesn’t work, they keep sending repairman and waking us up middle of the night, in the morning, doesn’t matter to them, ( also can’t move elsewhere because there are no hotels nearby and they already charged us for the whole stay), I just can’t understand how could they still be in business working like this. Rooms are $75 and they charge you extra for a kettle :)) My previous comment was edited out where I wrote that when we checked in receptionist was rude, charged us more (approximately $80 for a weeks stay, because of banking trick when paying with credit cards). Rooms are as small as I have seen a room, u can’t move in the shower (and I am not particularly tall or anything). Just a shame on many areas, very disappointed. Edit: different people now at the reception and they moved us to a new room where AC is working and room is getting warmer. So appreciative of that
