the girl at the front desk was rude when asking questions. the room was ok i pick up a rug and it was so gross they have one curtains on a window that clearly need two, the ac unit needs to be clean there coffee marker it is really strong the bathroom shower door is really gross the the bed is really hard. it need to be cleaned really well. the breakfast is not breakfast it is one thing.the elevator is really bad got stuck on it the microwave is gross and glass broken the ice maker made black ice and the location is not bad but is not the best part of town. i DONT RECOMMEND TO COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Was checked in by Shay, who had an awesome, bubbly personality. Having her at the desk made for a fantastic first impression, and she was exceptional at handling our needs throughout the trip. Another shout out goes to Terrell, who was also extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel extremely welcomed. The location was very convenient, within easy walking distance to 7-11, a local corner store, and several local restaurants. Even during the 100°+ day we were there, all your basic amenities were so close that braving the heat was no issue (and I am personally very heat-averse) The room itself was simple and clean. Nothing exceptionally remarkable, but a perfectly serviceable room nonetheless. No complaints there, especially for the price. In summary, if I were to go to Baltimore again in the future, I'd be more than happy to stay at the Brexton.

Keurig coffee pot with no Keurig cups. Only coffee available was was for coffee pot up front. Handicap accessible in basement with elevator (glad I had my friend here to ask check-in how to get in). Free breakfast that is advertised was meager grab and go with a small/medium box of pastries, cereal bars, and some small juices. Otherwise staff was great except housekeeping piling trash and laundry bags in front of my door until they had time to retrieve them. Even if I'm wasn't a person in a wheelchair that has to be against the fire code for evacuation.

Hotel unique as it was an old warehouse or business with preserved fixtures within. I loved the spiral staircase. Hotel feels like an B&B minus the hot communal breakfast. Free continental breakfast is available, which is a plus. Cameras in and within hallways of unit so we felt safe. Front desk staff was very friendly and had good customer service.

This is an historical Hotel, Remodeled inside and very different unique, but the beds & Pillow were elegant. The bath room was very different and the parking sucks!! Once parked, took uber/lift. There was no real Breakfast, but the stay is was uniquely different, thus Y i will stay again !!!

Ended up staying three nights at the Brexton with some friends over the Easter weekend after an Airbnb cancelation left us in a bind. ||Price was reasonable and the location was convenient as our party was very reliant on public transportation for the trip. The light rail and several bus stops were within walking distance.||As for the hotel and room, it was OK. Nothing special but it was suitable for what we needed. A little rough around the edges but clean and pretty comfortable. TV was a bit wonky but after about 10 minutes of messing around with the remote we were able to update the television, and it was fine from there on out. The "Breakfast" was some grocery store mini pastries and a few small bottles of juice. If you need a real breakfast, you'll have to go elsewhere. Thankfully we found a few spots within a 5-minute walk that were pretty good options for that time of day. ||The highlight of the stay was by far the staff. Very friendly and welcoming and gave some really good tips on places around the hotel to check out.||The one issue I did have was when a worker tried entering my room a few minutes after I checked in. I'll chalk that one up to bad timing. ||Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to be in the neighborhood, but I think next time I'm in Charm City I'll stay down by the harbor.

Pretty building but quite worn on the interior. Floors and windows were grubby. Breakfast is just a tray of sweetbreads under cling wrap and a row of bottled juices.

This HoTel told me 4 days ago that I old use tap o pay to book a room. When I returned, they said they do not accept payment that way. To make matters worse they sent me a confirmation email with the invoice of the days I WAS going to stay, as if I stayed there already. WTH! I informed them that the email should have came after the room was purchased, NOT before.
