Hotel Brisa Ibiza

Perfect budget get away! Check in can take a while if a few groups arrive at once. Hotel takes 50 euro to hold I assume in case of any damage to the room etc after all most people staying at this hotel are young couples groups hens stags etc. hotel provides towels which are 10 euro but you get 5 back when you hand the towel back in. Rooms are basic but clean. Food & drinks were great round the pool and reasonably priced! All staff friendly had no issues at all. Noise.. just be prepared for doors slamming loud music playing shouting etc all hours because that’s the type of hotel this is in season because it’s a budget hotel in San Antonio if you’re looking for a relaxing break I would look elsewhere but a party holiday you can’t go wrong has everything you need just remember to pack some ear plugs! They worked wonders for me. Taxi to hotel from airport is £35/37 euro. A few local supermarkets very close to hotel. 6 minute walk to Ibiza rocks which was such a fab day! Would I stay again? Absolutely if I was going on a party holiday. Rooms don’t have a fridge, all have aircon.

Fab hotel. The guests and staff alike were fun and friendly, though maybe that’s the place? The room was surprisingly quiet for all the partygoers staying there, and the balcony was a perfect spot for an evening cava. It felt safe, with calm staff patrolling the floor, and it was clean. Good value for money. The negative reviews here not only fail to match our experience, some defy credibility (£45 for a slice of toast??). One thing, though - rather than a double/queen bed, we got two singles pushed together, which were prone to slide apart. Is this a local custom? It’s been the same in all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Ibiza.

Deposit scam. avoid. Paid a deposit on arrival, passports taken, then returned with our room key. At checkout, receptionist claimed no record of it and tried to make us doubt ourselves. blatant gaslighting. Dishonest and unprofessional. Spend your money somewhere trustworthy.

Stay away from this hotel. Didnt do our homework before booking the holiday and massively regretted it. Staff are super rude especially the cleaners. Rooms are ancient and location isnt great. Only positive is we were able to get late check out for 7pm which was a life saver.

Perfect location Friendly staff Ladies on reception are a real asset to your team! Allowed us to stay a few days longer and also a later checkout. Used brisa a few times before and will definitely be using them again in the future

Such a lovely spotlessly clean hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful and great location. Very quiet when I was there but I didn’t mind that. Food was lovely and very reasonable - perfect for people on a budget, I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel 23rd September at approx 10pm. Upon entering the hotel we were shocked by the noise. There was groups everywhere, shouting swearing and music blasting throughout the hotel and balconys. We quickly returned to reception and ask for a higher up floor away from it. We were told we couldn't move until the following day. The next day we moved to floor 4 of 6. Every single day and night we were subjected to the worst noise you could imagine. Shouting, doors banging, chairs scraping, music of the worst kind at high levels. It never stopped in the 11 days we were there, especially 11pm 12pm 1am 2am 3am 4am tam 6am right through until 7am before it started to quiet down. This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, but not sleeping through the night made it impossible to get up early in the mornings and to get out and explore, losing valuable daylight hours. We reported this to reception repeatedly who told us in return, this is the worst they have ever seen it, and they cannot control it as they don't have any security. This behaviour was the worst of its kind, and the amount of money we paid for the holiday to be subjected to this around the clock 24 7 is disgusting. There is also another review left on TripAdvisor by someone else saying the same thing! Signs were also at the pool stating no speakers allowed, laughable. Everyone had there own speaker blasting wise the worst kind of music imaginable. If you are looking for a peaceful break, then don't book here. It was an absolute nightmare. Forget sitting on your balcony in the evening aswell, the noise was unforgettable. The hotel itself is lovely, but who they cater for leaves alot to be desired. You have been warned!!! We have contacted love holidays to investigate. Best of look on your Ryanair flight too, they are beyond disrespectful on that too!!!
