Hotel Bristol

We stayed at Hotel Bristol from 21/12/25-28/12/25 so experienced Christmas here. Hotel location was good,very near to the old town and 10 min walk to Levante beach where there were an array of bars and restaurants. On arrival check in was smooth and reception staff were welcoming. Our room was very nice with an ok view. We had room cleaned and towel changed every day which was good. The only thing I was annoyed about is there was no toilet brush in the bathroom,this may seem minor but I feel it’s important from a hygienic point of view. The food was really good,plenty of salads and hot food. I liked the fresh fish cooked on the griddle,very tasty. Xmas eve gala dinner was really nice,massive king prawns and salmon,I went up for thirds! At breakfast I was addicted to the hot chocolate sauce next to the pancakes,it was so good as we’re all the pastries. I would recommend this hotel and we would come back but definitely not in the summer as I can imagine Benidorm would be a nightmare to navigate around. It was very busy in the day in all the restaurants and bars but not so much in the evenings. All in all a good stay and hopefully be back in the future.

Great location, enjoyed our holiday. We upgraded to have a balcony, however our beds were not the best, with springs digging into your back in certain areas of the bed, the room was not heated by the hotel it was very cold. We found the whole hotel cold, dining room and communal areas which was disappointing maybe there was a problem. Best night we enjoyed for food was the Spanish themed night, paella was out of this world. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall we would return in hope of a warmer room and a good bed.

Excellent clean friendly hotel in the heart of everything. Room fab and beds nice. Stayed full board and food it wow superb and a great. Choice. They have even put NYE Gala dinner menu and New years day special lunch menu on the TV for us to see. Great idea. Entertainment in evening mainly for the Spanish but we are in spain lol. Great choice of English channels on the Tv. This hotel has thought of everything.

Winter holiday in the Sun. How can anyone not enjoy Benidorm in Spain. It has everything you could wish for. On a previous visit I admired Hotel Bristol passing bye on the way into Old Town. Its location is superb and always busy with a great atmosphere. When it came up on a holiday search we had no hesitation in booking it. The experience was exceptional the whole staff throughout the hotel were so helpful and attentive despite how busy it was. The room on the 6th floor facing the pool was large well equipped and exceptionally clean. The food was always well presented and plenty of choice. Christmas Eve was amazing. I normally try different Hotels on revisits to Benidorm but will definitely use this Hotel again.

We were there for just 1 night and absolutely loved it. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable indeed. We will definitely be back. Also the breakfast was great. The only small negative is that the carpet on the landing of the third floor was quite stained outside the lifts but I understand that this is difficult to keep clean.

I had a family holiday to the Bristol hotel in Benidorm for 5 days from the 15th of December to the 19th of December. It was a beautiful stay the beds were changed every day the room was tidied and always looking spotless the staff were very friendly and welcoming also the food breakfast and evening meals were very good as you had a real good range of different cuisines too choose from. All the staff at the Bristol hotel were fantastic and very friendly and welcoming and helpful. A special mention to the bar team as well for all there hard work. The entertainment was fantastic as well. We look forward too coming back next year to see all the friendly cheerful staff again feliz navidad y prospero ano nuovo |Best wishes in 2026

Very good location for od townl Hotel as soon as you walk up to it has a feeling of luxury All staff go above and beyond we asked to change room as we got a street view not pool view done next day and what a view straight onto xmas festivities in park Room was big and kept clean by cleaners.very good shower Restaurant was a bit tricky to find on 1st day no sins to tell you where it was got there eventually. I was ok with food choices.themed every night but husband struggled as he is a plain Jane when it comes to food.big shout out to all staff in there especially Lola she is very friendly and professional in her work Overall a very good hotel and I will be back!!!

Great hotel, staff are excellent, rooms are super clean! My second stay at this hotel and I will be back again. I had city view this time and previously a pool view room - both rooms exceptional and breakfast was great - a huge choice of food. Thank you!

good location with plesant staff downside is the entertainment at night its pretty grim still doing same staff shows as they did years ago hotel food is good bedrooms good be aware of touts outside offering blanket trips they take you on trips sit you in a room miles from anywhere till people start to buy the overpriced goods take care at night going down the yellow brick road as muggings are rife
