What a fantastic hotel, right in the middle of old/new town, fairly quite at night so no noise from nearby pubs. The rooms are fab, plenty of space, A/c not noisy, nice beds/pillows. Cleaned every day fresh towels. We stopped in room 520 lifts fine, only get sun on balcony mornings paid 14 euros for the use of the safe so not to expensive but no tourist tax to pay |Breakfast was amazing great choice, quality of food lovely. We stopped half board evening meal plenty of choice and hot. I've a nut allergy and signage displayed what food contained. I think overall this hotel was amazing on every level. The only downside was the size of the pool quite small and come july/Aug or full capacity lack of sunbeds may be an issue, but the beach is only a 10 min walk. Would I return ? I certainly would. Staff all very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.

We recently stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Benidorm and couldn’t fault a thing. The entire place was spotless – from the rooms to the communal areas, everything was immaculately clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and clearly took pride in maintaining high standards. The location was absolutely perfect too – just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. It really made getting around Benidorm easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained—cleaned every single day. A great touch was your room card provided you could load money onto it on arrival, which gives you 10% off at the hotel bars and the pool bar—a nice bonus for guests who like to unwind on-site. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Old Town, beaches, and New Town. You’re really close to everything, with plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, all at very reasonable prices. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value. Would you like a more casual or more formal tone?

Wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol.|Bedrooms were comfortable and of a very high standard, beds were very comfortable - only complaint would be the lack of a mirror near a plug socket, especially when 3 ladies are sharing and getting ready - only mirror in bedroom area is a long mirror near the wardrobe but a mirror on the wall opposite the beds would be a bonus so you could sit and dry your hair but this isn’t a negative more a nice to have! Cleanliness was second to none.|Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of hot and cold food, lots of tables - seating 9 was not a problem throughout our 5 day stay.|Maybe put a notice near the cakes in the bar advising they are not free - we fell foul to that 😂.

Really well presented hotel|Breakfast was excellent with a good choice daily, only went bed & breakfast so cannot comment on the FB option.|Room was spacious & our balcony was massive (505) with table, 2 chairs & 2 sun loungers. Given 2 room cards so could keep the air con on when not there. Had nightly entertainment & themed restaurant nights, entertainment wasn't to our taste but you don't go to benidorm to stay in the hotel!|Pool was small but clean opens at 10am but if you want a lounger start queuing at about 9.20 am|Will definitely go back to Bristol Hotel.

Excellent hotel just a few minutes walk from the beach. Biggest bedroom ever and lovely big bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice bar area with entertainment. Nice pool in the front of the hotel. Only stayed 3 nights, but I would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely horrific experience. Paid for an upgraded room and got a standard room with a balcony instead. Staff were absolutely horrendous in trying to sort the issue. Said if we complained a day earlier we could’ve had a room change even tho we landed late that night and spoke down to us as if we didn’t pay a lot of money to stay in an upgraded room which we did not receive and we’re not given an option for a refund for. Basically told us to suck it up despite it being their error. Claimed the hotel was fully booked then back tracked and said we could get an upgraded room before backtracking again and said we couldn’t. Manager “ivo”was disgusting his responses really spoke down to us as we were a young couple thinking he was better than us and didn’t give us a solution to resolving the issue and have never had a more disgusting interaction with a manger. Started laughing at us along with his co worker Au who was absolutely useless too. Would not recommend if my life depended on it. Stay away. Honestly the worst hotel we have ever been to and that says a lot. Would give it minus stars if possible.

The hotel and its staff are very friendly and inviting we enjoyed our stay for 10 days pool area is busy most days and getting a sunbed can be a challenge in the morning no cash payment’s are accepted at the poolside you can pre load your room card with money or pay by card. Rooms are cleaned to a high stand and are well decorated and nice cold air conditioning, the air conditioning was one of the best I have ever experienced in a room. The buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner layouts are good you could always find something to eat I stuck to pizza chips and basic food there was some quite eccentric dishes put out if u wanted to be super picky food could be on the cool side sometimes there is microwaves provided if you want your food super piping hot and variety for English people was a bit limited ||The Bristol Hotel is a stones throw walk away from the old town and it’s relatively busy during the day and also busy at night round till 1am there’s not much entertainment at the bars etc but there is plenty of bars and restaurants and also Tapas Alley is quite pleasant too ||We were very happy with our stay and we would come back again
