Hotel Bristol

A wonderful warm welcome on arrival. The superior room was clean and tidy with a balcony looking over the city. Staff were so friendly from reception to evening staff. Breakfast was plenty full and lovely choices. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank u again for a wonderful stay at the Bristol.

We stayed at Hotel Bristol from 21/12/25-28/12/25 so experienced Christmas here. Hotel location was good,very near to the old town and 10 min walk to Levante beach where there were an array of bars and restaurants. On arrival check in was smooth and reception staff were welcoming. Our room was very nice with an ok view. We had room cleaned and towel changed every day which was good. The only thing I was annoyed about is there was no toilet brush in the bathroom,this may seem minor but I feel it’s important from a hygienic point of view. The food was really good,plenty of salads and hot food. I liked the fresh fish cooked on the griddle,very tasty. Xmas eve gala dinner was really nice,massive king prawns and salmon,I went up for thirds! At breakfast I was addicted to the hot chocolate sauce next to the pancakes,it was so good as we’re all the pastries. I would recommend this hotel and we would come back but definitely not in the summer as I can imagine Benidorm would be a nightmare to navigate around. It was very busy in the day in all the restaurants and bars but not so much in the evenings. All in all a good stay and hopefully be back in the future.

Excellent clean friendly hotel in the heart of everything. Room fab and beds nice. Stayed full board and food it wow superb and a great. Choice. They have even put NYE Gala dinner menu and New years day special lunch menu on the TV for us to see. Great idea. Entertainment in evening mainly for the Spanish but we are in spain lol. Great choice of English channels on the Tv. This hotel has thought of everything.

Just finished up staying at this fabulous hotel for the week. We upgraded twice and ended up with a deluxe room, well worth the upgrade as it gives you access to a private pool. The hotel is clean and modern, central location away from the main strip but short walking distance to the beach. The food is good, and you will always find something to eat. We went full board and we never went hungry. Most of the staff are fantastic, super friendly apart from a small few but it wasn’t the norm. Felix was fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Only downside for us is that there was no gym, and with it being out of season the main pool and pool side bar was closed for maintenance. Overall, we will visit again, and it would be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a half stars from us ❤️

Excellent choice of food on the buffets, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, salads, cold meat and cheese. Hot food choices included show cooking. Breakfast bacon, choice of scrambled, poached or freshly cooked omelettes, beans, sausage, tomatoes (and more!)with select a of breads. Yoghurts and cereals, continental and fresh pastries. Lunch and dinners had stews, rice, potatoes, most meats and salads. Drinks are not included but hotel prices were okay. Our room was spacious, teas and kettle provided (bring your own tea bags) large shower, shower wash and soap provided, Reception speaker good English and are always happy to help. Both the old town and sea front are a very short walk away. I would advise to upgrade to get a balcony with city view. Pool looks good but weather wasn’t the best for us so not used. Singers in the bar every night after dinner.

Great location, enjoyed our holiday. We upgraded to have a balcony, however our beds were not the best, with springs digging into your back in certain areas of the bed, the room was not heated by the hotel it was very cold. We found the whole hotel cold, dining room and communal areas which was disappointing maybe there was a problem. Best night we enjoyed for food was the Spanish themed night, paella was out of this world. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall we would return in hope of a warmer room and a good bed.

The facilities and especially the staff (every single one of them ); on reception, the cleaners & those in the restaurant & in the bar were always happy & so helpful. The location of the hotel gave walkable access to the old & new town & the beach & castle areas. The food was lovely and varied every day & the rooms spotless. Cannot fault this hotel for value. Will be back !

Hotel staff were very friendly we book throught the site and got very good price for room with breakfast lunch dinner. The food was lovely and breakfast was the same but lunch and dinner were different. The room were nice bed and pillow were lovely best pillow if ever had in a hotel and crib had its own matress not a tin one either baby sleep like logs . we got with view which was pool view as January pool not on use unless u like cold water. Hotel very close to beach and old town everything walking distance. Overall lovely hotel get with view and if a couple holidays try get up high as nicer views

good location with plesant staff downside is the entertainment at night its pretty grim still doing same staff shows as they did years ago hotel food is good bedrooms good be aware of touts outside offering blanket trips they take you on trips sit you in a room miles from anywhere till people start to buy the overpriced goods take care at night going down the yellow brick road as muggings are rife
