Hotel Bristol

Came here for 4 nights last week. The hotel is very modern and exactly what we were looking for. The staff are exceptional and will cater to any of your needs the best they can. The rooms were clean and we had fresh bedding and towels provided every day. The room itself was a brilliant size for the two of us and the balcony was huge, with our own sunbeds. The location of the holiday was brilliant, 5 minutes from the beach and 5-10 minutes walk to everywhere else. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Benidorm and staying in the old town.

Stayed at The Bristol last week. Check in was very smooth and easy. The rooms are very clean and bright with comfortable beds. The showers are probably the best I have ever used in any hotel. The rooms always smelled clean when we returned after our days out. The location is perfect with the old town just seconds away. The food at the hotel was always very nice, something for everyone's taste. Lola our main waitress was fantastic and always friendly. I am not a pool person so I cannot comment on that. I would 100% return and I hope I do so again next year. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely couldn't fault it.|From Ana the receptionist, who greeted us on arrival and offered to check us in early, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.|The room was spotless and of a really good size. Huge bathroom and a decent balcony where we enjoyed sitting out having a cuppa before breakfast (which was |also excellent). |I have to say buffet hygiene was sadly lacking from many guests during our stay.|The location of the hotel is excellent and so close to everything without being noisy - happily return in the future and highly recommend.

We have had a lovely stay in the Bristol Hotel! This was our 2nd stay! We had a lovely balcony room and very clean. We would certainly return! The food was really good every night and we always found something! Great location! Our only gripe would be the constant smell of Cannabis! It was always in the corridors and came through the vents! It's not our thing and appreciate it is others but its like constant cigarette smoke when you are not a smoker!

We had a lovely time. The location was perfect for the beach, Old and New town. The room was very clean and done every day. Breakfast was very varied and very well presented.The staff were very helpful and accomodating in every way.Check in was super easy and check out was eceptional in that you were allowed to (if you had a late flight) store your luggage,use the pool and hotel and they provided a lovely shower room to get ready before you left. I would definitly stay here again. Thankyou.

Bristol Hotel is an Excellent Hotel, perfectly suited with easy access to all amenities. Staff are super especially the ones on Reception, ANA is the receptionist we communicated with most but others are helpful too. Only stayed on B/B basis,so cannot comment on the other meals.Rooms are of a generous size with the bathrooms having a good size walk in shower,Kettles in rooms for hot drinks,going again and it will be our 4th time. 🍻

The hotel was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. There was a large array of breakfast foods and the food area was always spotlessly clean. The hotel was situated in a perfect location between the old and the new town. If I was going to have to nitpick, then it would have been good to have had a full length mirror in the bedroom, but it certainly wouldn't be a deal breaker.a deal breaker. Overall, I was highly impressed with the hotel and would definitely choose it again.

Where do I start.....I booked a superior city view double room and that is not what I got in any 2 rooms we had!|Arrived on 14th Sept, room was available by 2 which was great! Got to the room (105) 2 single beds not what I would call city view like in their pics. Went down to reception asked for a double bed, receptionist said its 70 euros per night more for a double bed! Joke as personally I would assume all rooms come as double unless specify twin. Anyway another receptionist said we can have the maid make the bed as a double I said perfect! They did and I asked for a duvet as I am not one to sleep with a sheet and they gave me one :) Balcony glass was cracked just overall wasn't very happy.|Then we realised there was no control for the aircon so went back down to reception and mentioned it and they have to sign it out - fine BUT would think they give you it upon check in. Also think its poor that you have to pay for a safe it should come included in the room- never had to pay before.|First morning got woken up at 6.50 by a delivery van delivering to the supermarket next door, wasn't happy but thought maybe its delivery day so left it. I was so wrong 2nd morning woken up again at 6.50 by delivery van AGAIN! I am on holiday and waking up earlier then I do at home for work. Go down to reception and demand a change of room! Thought the day they offered room a room 3 floors up from where we are - I said no is the same street that's waking me up, they said but maybe if your higher up you wont hear it, I said no! I asked them to downgrade me to an internal room that has either a court yard OR just a window I wasn't bothered at this point. By the afternoon they gave us another room Let me tell you that even though the view was a wall but side view was pool and city, it was further from the street, significantly bigger room, more modern and had aircon controls on the wall personally they shouldn't be allowed to give anyone the room we were in as this room was more what we paid for.|The hotel itself is perfectly positioned, very clean, modern and most staff were lovely. Breakfast was nothing special - but wasn't fussed. Quite difficult to get a seat round the pool, strange that it doesn't open until 10am and also sun only lasts until about 4pm(ish) by which point your switching beds round the pool just to get the last sun.|Not sure if I would come back or recommend to anyone else as I am upset that they room 105 is OK to give to people who pay for a city view!

good location with plesant staff downside is the entertainment at night its pretty grim still doing same staff shows as they did years ago hotel food is good bedrooms good be aware of touts outside offering blanket trips they take you on trips sit you in a room miles from anywhere till people start to buy the overpriced goods take care at night going down the yellow brick road as muggings are rife
